Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0001] 1. Field of the Invention [0002] The present invention relates to a unit-type floor decorative material used by laying on a floor such as a balcony. 2. Description of the Related Art In general, a unit-type floor decorative material in which a plurality of surface materials are arranged on a resin mat by adhesively fixing or engaging and fixing is known. Heretofore, this floor decorative material has been provided with a drainage slit at the joint between the surface materials provided on the resin mat to ensure drainage (for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-8).
No. 5929). In addition, there has been proposed a floor decorative material in which a surface material is disposed at a position retreated from a peripheral edge of a resin mat to secure joints at the peripheral edge of the floor decorative material. (See, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-49633). [0005] However, the above-mentioned conventional floor decorative material has slits for drainage provided only at joints between surface materials in any case. In the case of a floor decorative material provided with a plurality of surface materials, since there is no joint, there is a disadvantage that a drain slit cannot be provided, and sufficient drainage cannot be secured. [0006] Further, the joints between the surface materials have slits for drainage, but the joints between the floor decorative materials after laying do not have such slits. When viewed, there is a disadvantage that the joints do not look uniform. Further, since there is no slit for drainage at the joint portion between the floor decorative materials, there is a problem that water easily accumulates in this portion and dust easily accumulates due to this effect. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and has as its object to provide a floor decorative material which can ensure sufficient drainage and can be laid along joints having a uniform feeling. I have. A floor decorative material according to the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems is a floor decorative material having a plurality of surface materials disposed on a resin mat. in those used in laying the floor, the resin mat, drain holes in the position corresponding to both joints of each surface member when the surface member on the outer peripheral edge portion of the resin mat is located is formed, the outer periphery of the resin mat A protrusion that forms a gap between adjacent resin mats is provided on the portion, and the protrusion is formed to have a protrusion height that is half the joint width between the surface materials and has a thickness equal to the thickness of the resin mat. Alternatively, it is formed to be thinner than the thickness of the resin mat, and protrudes at intervals at which the protruding portions of the adjacent resin mats abut each other. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 schematically shows the overall structure of the floor decorative material 1, and FIG. That is, the floor decorative material 1 has a surface material 3 disposed on a resin mat 2, and a projection 21 is provided on an outer peripheral portion of the resin mat 2. The resin mat 2 is made of a resin material such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, vinyl chloride, and EVA, and is formed in such a size that a total of nine surface materials 3 can be bonded in three rows and three rows. . Further, in a state where the surface material 3 is disposed on the resin mat 2, each surface material 3
A drain hole 23 is formed at a position corresponding to the joint 22 of the above. Further, on each side of the outer peripheral portion of the resin mat 2, projecting portions 21 having a projecting height W / 2 that is half the width W of the joint 22 project at equal intervals. The surface material 3 is disposed and fixed on the surface of the resin mat 2, and includes a porcelain tile, a rubber tile, a wood tile,
Desired ones such as resin tiles and inorganic sintered tiles depending on the construction site are used. The floor decorative material 1 thus constructed is
As shown in FIG. 2, in a state where the resin mat 2 is laid on the floor, the protrusions 21 protruding from the outer peripheral portion of the resin mat 2 abut against each other. Since the protrusion 21 has a protrusion height W / 2 that is half the width W of the joint 22, the adjacent floor decorative material 1 is laid with an interval of the width W of the joint 22. Therefore, the width W of the joint 22 coincides with the width W of the joint 22 of each of the surface materials 3 arranged and fixed on the resin mat 2, and the joint has no unnatural feeling as a whole. A portion where the projection 21 is not abutted is a drainage slit 20, which ensures sufficient drainage like the drainage hole 23 formed in the resin mat 2. Therefore, a uniform drainage property can be obtained as a whole, and the cleanliness can be maintained without the possibility that water is accumulated in a portion where the drainage property is poor and garbage easily accumulates due to this. As long as the protrusion 21 can form a slit 20 for drainage between the adjacent resin mat 2, as shown in FIG. 3A, the thickness of the protrusion 21 is the same as that of the resin mat 2. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), the resin mat 2 may be formed thinner. In the above description, the protrusion 2
The number and the width of the projections 21 are not particularly limited as long as a sufficient slit 20 can be secured between the adjacent floor decorative materials 1 in the laid state of the floor decorative material 1. Not something. Furthermore, in the above description, the floor decorative materials 1 are simply laid, but as shown in FIG. The floor decorative material 1 may be configured such that an engaging portion 24 for engaging with the mat 2 is protruded and the adjacent floor decorative materials 1 are connected to each other. Further, in the above description, the case where nine surface materials 3 are arranged and fixed on the surface of the resin mat 2 is described. However, the number of the surface materials 3 is not particularly limited. It is also possible to arrange and fix four surface members 3 in two rows and columns. As described above, according to the present invention, there is provided a floor decorative material in which a plurality of surface materials are disposed on a resin mat, and a plurality of the decorative materials are laid on a floor surface. in those, the resin mat, the surface material to the outer peripheral edge portion of the resin mat is positioned is drained holes both formed in position corresponding to joints of each surface member, the outer periphery of the resin mat with adjacent resin mat A protrusion that forms a gap is provided, and the protrusion is formed at a protrusion height that is half the joint width between the surface materials and is the same thickness as the resin mat or thinner than the resin mat. The protrusions of the adjacent resin mats are formed and protruded at intervals where the protrusions of the resin mats abut each other, so that in a laid state, the gaps between the resin mats formed by the protrusions serve as drainage slits and provide sufficient drainage. Secure Can be done. Further, in the laid state, a drain slit is formed at the joint between adjacent floor decorative materials, and the slit has the same joint width as the joint width of the surface material. A joint street without any is produced. Further, since a sufficient drainage property can be ensured at the joint between the floor covering materials adjacent to each other, water does not accumulate at the joint and dust does not accumulate under the influence of the joint, and the cleanliness can be maintained. Can be secured.
