【発明の属する技術分野】この出願の発明は、キッチン
収納スペースのドア構造に関するものである。さらに詳
しくは、この出願の発明は、薄手の鏡板を有する框組ド
アに対して様々な種類のドアハンガーをその裏面に取付
固定することのできるドア構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来より、キッチンのシンクやガス台等
の下方収納スペースのドアとしては、鏡板を枠板によっ
て框組みしたドアが用いられており、このようなドアで
は、図３および図４に例示したように、框組みした枠板
（イ）に囲まれた鏡板（ア）の裏面において、包丁類
（ウ）や杓子類（エ）を収納するためのドアハンガー部
材（オ）が配設することができるようにもなっている。
そして、このようなドアハンガー部材（オ）は、通常、
ドアの鏡板（ア）にビス（カ）等によって取付固定され
ている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、近年、
キッチン収納スペース用ドアの製造コストを軽減する目
的から、薄手の鏡板（ア）を備えたドアが普及してお
り、このようなドアの場合には、ドアハンガー部材
（オ）に十分な固定強度を持たせるのに必要な長さのビ
スを用いてドアハンガー部材（オ）を鏡板に固定するこ
とができないという問題点がある。
【０００４】この出願の発明は、以上のとおりの事情に
鑑みてなされたものであって、薄手の鏡板からなる框ド
アであっても、様々な種類のドアハンガー部材を強固に
取付固定することのできるドア構造を提供することを目
的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】この出願の発明は、前記
の課題を解決するものとして、鏡板の周囲を枠板によっ
て框組したドアの内側にドアハンガー部材が配設された
構造であって、ドアハンガー部材固定用ビスの長さを許
容する厚みを有し、ドア鏡板裏面に当接する板部材が、
その左右両端部に枠板の角部に対応した段差部を有し、
表面側の延長面を枠板に重ね合わせて固定され、板部材
の裏側の凸部が、鏡板から枠板の立ち上がり寸法と同
一、もしくは略同一の厚みを有してドア枠板に固定され
ており、この板部材の表面にドアハンガー部材がビス固
定されていることを特徴とするキッチン収納スペースの
ドア構造を提供する。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、実施例を示し、この発明の
実施の形態をさらに詳しく説明する。

【実施例】図１は、この発明のドア構造の一実施例を示
した斜視図である。例えばこの図１に例示したように、
この発明のドア構造においては、キッチン収納スペース
のドア（１０）の裏側に板部材（２０）が固定され、こ
の板部材（２０）の表面にドアハンガー部材（３０）が
取付固定される。
【０００８】ドア（１０）は、薄手の鏡板（１１）の周
囲を枠板（１２）によって框組した構造を有している。
鏡板（１１）は、例えば、約４ｍｍ厚程度のＭＤＦ材の
表裏面を樹脂被覆したものを用いることができ、枠板
（１２）は約１５ｍｍ厚程度のＭＤＦ材を用いることが
できる。そして、方形状の板部材（２０）の両端部が枠
板（１２）にビス（４１）で固定されており、この板部
材（２０）の表面に、ドアハンガー部材（３０）がビス
（４２）によって固定されている。

示したように、枠板（１２）の角部に対応した切り欠き
を両端に有し、表面側の延長面（２１）を枠板（１２）
に重ね合わせ、この延長面（２１）と枠板（１２）とを
ビス（４１）で固定している。また板部材（２０）の裏
側の凸部（２２）は、鏡板（１１）からの枠板（１２）
の立ち上がり寸法と略同一の厚みを有しており、その結
果、凸部（２２）の表面が鏡板（１１）と当接し、薄手

部材（２０）にドアハンガー部材（３０）を固定するビ
