Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 【０００１】 【産業上の利用分野】本発明はトロリ線接続金具に関
し、その組付作業を著しく容易にしたものである。 【０００２】 【従来の技術】トロリ線接続金具にはダブルイヤー方式
と突合わせ方式とがあるが、本発明は後者に関するもの
である。従来の突合わせ方式では図４に示す如く、対向
１対のイヤーＥ１，Ｅ２に於いて、片方のイヤーＥ１の
歯部に、接続すべきトロリ線Ｔ１，Ｔ２の端部を突合わ
せ可能に両側から配置し、これを他方のイヤーＥ２で挾
持してボルトＢで締めた。ところがトロリ線はドラムか
ら巻戻して使用するのでその端部にも曲がりくせが残っ
ており、両端面を正常位置で歯部になじませるのは容易
でない。またトロリ線の突合わせ端面は、切断後に仕上
げ加工をするものの、切削バリや加工誤差などによって
切断方向へ凸起が生じるので、両線突合わせ端面の歯部
は切欠いて適当な隙間を設けておくことが必要である。
この隙間位置に合わせて左右トロリ線を同時に締付ける
のは、極めて困難な作業となっている。一見簡単と思わ
れるこの作業に３人の人手を要するのが現状である。 【０００３】 【課題解決の手段】対向イヤーを本締めする以前に、こ
れとは別に片側のイヤーへ一方のトロリ線を仮止めでき
る構造にする。このため片側のイヤーに延長部を設け、
これに対応して他側に独立のイヤー片を配置する。一方
のトロリ線を延長部を設けた片側のイヤーへ適正に配置
し、独立のイヤー片で、仮止めする。その上で他方のト
ロリ線を適正間隔をもつよう配置する。最後に他側のイ
ヤーをかぶせて本締めする。本締めの際はあとから配置
したトロリ線がズレを生じないよう注意すればたりる。 【０００４】 【実施例】図１，２，３に示す如く、本発明は対向１対
のイヤー１，２から成る。何れも上部に突合わせ縁１
ａ，２ａ、下部に歯部１ｂ，２ｂを形成し、中央部へは
左右対称複数のボルト３が挿入可能となっている。また
中央部には上辺に下げ手１ｃ，２ｃ、下辺に切欠部１
ｄ，２ｄが設けてある。イヤー１は延長部１ｅを一体に
備え、これにもボルト孔が穿ってある。独立のイヤー片
４は、延長部１ｅと対応して形成され、ボルト５で締付
可能である。 【０００５】使用に当たってはまずボルト３，５を緩め
て各イヤー片間にトロリ線Ｔ１，Ｔ２が挿入可能に拡開
する。一方のトロリ線Ｔ１を、左右位置への調節で、そ
の先端をイヤー１の切欠歯部に位置させ、イヤー片４を
ボルト５で固定する。次にトロリ線Ｔ２を同じく先端が
イヤー１の切欠歯部へ位置させてトロリ線Ｔ１と突合わ
せて挿入する。仮止めしたイヤー１との突合わせ位置を
調節した後、イヤー２をボルト３で締め込む。イヤーの
切欠き１ｂ，２ｂによって両線の突合わせ状態を検知
し、バリがある場合は削りとっておく。 【０００６】 【効果】イヤー２をかぶせるとき、トロリ線Ｔ２の出入
ズレが生じないよう注意するだけで完全な接続が得られ
る。１対のトロリ線Ｔ１，Ｔ２の同時締込みの作業とは
異なり、作業者はせいぜい２名ですむ。

  1. (57)【特許請求の範囲】 【請求項１】 上部に当接縁を下部に歯部を夫々備え中
    央部に左右対称複数のボルト孔が穿たれ上辺中央部に下
    げ手を設けた対向１対のイヤーに於いて、片側イヤーに
    単一のボルト孔を穿った延長部を一体に設け、他側にこ
    れと対応する仮止用イヤー片をボルト締め可能に配して
    成るトロリ線接続金具。
