【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、使い捨ておむつに
関し、更に詳細には、フィット性に優れ、装着時の操作
性に優れた使い捨ておむつに関する。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】従来、
使い捨ておむつとしては、おむつ止着用のファスニング
テープによりおむつの使用時におむつの腹側部と背側部
とを接合して使用する、所謂展開型の使い捨ておむつが
多用されており、上記ファスニングテープとして、機械
的ファスナーからなるものも用いられている。しかし、
上記の機械的ファスナーからなるファスニングテープを
用いてなる使い捨ておむつにおいては、上記ファスニン
グテープの止着部（おむつの左右両側縁から外方に延出
された部分）がおむつの使用前におむつのバックシート
やトップシートなどに係合してしまう場合があり、この
場合、ファスニングテープを剥がすには、通常の凹部材
に係合させた場合に比して手間がかかり、装着時におけ
る操作性が悪いという問題があった。また、上記使い捨
ておむつでは、上記止着部のみでおむつの止着を行って
いたため、装着者の動きによって、腹側部の左右両側縁
部や背側部の左右両側縁部がずれてしまい、フィット性
が低下するという問題があった。
【０００３】従って、本発明の目的は、装着時における
操作性に優れ、更にはフィット性にも優れた使い捨てお
むつを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、液透過性の表
面シート、液不透過性の裏面シート及びこれら両シート
間に介在する吸収体を有し、使用時に着用者の腹側に位
置する腹側部及び背側に位置する背側部が形成されてお
り、該背側部の左右両側縁部におむつ止着用のファスニ
ングテープがそれぞれ設けられている、展開型の使い捨
ておむつにおいて、上記ファスニングテープは、上記背
側部の側縁部に固着される連結部と、該連結部に連接さ
れてなり、該側縁部からおむつの幅方向外方に延出され
る延出部とからなり、上記連結部と上記延出部とは、両
者共に機械的ファスナーの凸部材により形成され且つ互
いに係合可能に形成されており、また、両者共に上記腹
側部の上記裏面シート側に係合されるようになされてお
り、上記腹側部の上記裏面シート上には、該腹側部にお
ける上記吸収体の幅より幅広のランディングテープが、
おむつ幅方向中央部を含むおむつ幅方向にわたって設け
られており、該ランディングテープに上記ファスニング
テープの上記連結部及び上記延出部を係合させられるよ
うになされており、上記連結部及び上記延出部の長さは
何れも１５〜５０ｍｍであり、該連結部及び該延出部の
巾は何れも１５〜４０ｍｍである、ことを特徴とする使
い捨ておむつ使い捨ておむつを提供することにより上記
目的を達成したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の使い捨ておむつを
添付図面を参照して更に詳細に説明する。図１は、本発
明の使い捨ておむつの１形態（以下、「第１の形態」と
いう場合にはこの形態をいう）を示す展開図であり、図
２（ａ）及び（ｂ）は、図１に示すおむつに用いられて
いるファスニングテープを示す拡大断面図であり、図２
（ａ）は、図１のII-II 断面図であり、図２（ｂ）は、
図２（ａ）に示すファスニングテープを折り畳んだ状態
を示す断面図である。
【０００７】本形態の使い捨ておむつ１は、図１に示す
ように、液透過性の表面シート２、液不透過性の裏面シ
ート３及びこれら両シート間に介在する吸収体４を有
し、使用時に着用者の腹側に位置する腹側部Ａ及び背側
に位置する背側部Ｂが形成されており、該背側部Ｂの左
右両側縁部Ｂ１，Ｂ２におむつ止着用のファスニングテ
ープ１０がそれぞれ設けられている、展開型の使い捨て
おむつである。
【０００８】更に詳細に説明すると、本形態の使い捨て
おむつ１は、図１に示すように、吸収体４が股下領域が
縊れた砂時計状に湾曲形成され、表面シート２及び裏面
シート３も吸収体４の形状に即して股下領域が上述の如
く湾曲形成されており、該吸収体４は、表面シート２及
び裏面シート３により挟持・固定されている。また、上
記吸収体４の周縁部におけるウエスト部５とレッグ部６
とには、おむつを着用した際に、着用者にウエスト部５
とレッグ部６とをフィットさせるための弾性伸縮部材７
が表面シート２と裏面シート３とにより固定されて設け
られている。このような構成は、従来の展開型の使い捨
ておむつと同じである。
【０００９】次いで、上記使い捨ておむつ１を構成する
各部材の形成材料について説明する。上記表面シート２
としては、排泄物を吸収体へ透過させる液透過性シート
で肌着に近い感触を有したものが好ましく、このような
液透過性シートとしては、例えば、織布、不織布、多孔
性フィルム等が好ましく挙げられる。また、表面シート
２の周縁にシリコン系油剤、パラフィンワックス等の疎
水性化合物を塗布する方法や、予めアルキルリン酸エス
テルのような親水性化合物を全体に塗布し、周縁を温水
で洗浄する方法により、撥水処理を施し、周縁における
尿等の滲みによる漏れを防止することができる。
【００１０】また、上記裏面シート３としては、熱可塑
性樹脂にフィラーを加えて延伸した液不透過性かつ蒸気
透過性のフィルムシート、または繊維集合体が用いられ
る。
【００１１】また、上記吸収体４としては、解繊パルプ
を主材とした高分子吸水ポリマーを併用したものが好ま
しい。該高分子吸水ポリマーは、上記吸収体４の上層、
中層、下層のいずれに存在させてもよく、また、パルプ
と混合したものであってもよい。また、該高分子吸水ポ
リマーは自重の２０倍以上の液体を吸収して保持し得る
保持性能を有し、ゲル化する性質を有する粒子状のもの
が好ましく、このような高分子吸水ポリマーとしては、
例えば、デンプン−アクリル酸（塩）グラフト共重合
体、デンプン−アクリロニトリル共重合体のケン化物、
ナトリウムカルボキシメチルセルロースの架橋物、アク
リル酸（塩）重合体などが好ましく挙げられる。
【００１２】また、上記弾性伸縮部材７としては、糸ゴ
ム、平ゴム、フィルムタイプのゴムあるいはフィルム状
の発泡ポリウレタン等が好ましく挙げられ、５０％伸長
時の応力が４０〜１５０グラムのものが好ましい。
【００１３】而して、本形態の使い捨ておむつ１におい
て、上記ファスニングテープ１０は、上記背側部Ｂの側
縁部Ｂ１，Ｂ２に固着される連結部１１と、該連結部１
１に連接されてなり、該側縁部Ｂ１，Ｂ２からおむつの
幅方向外方に延出される延出部１２とからなり、上記連
結部１１と上記延出部１２とは、それぞれ機械的ファス
ナーの凸部材により、互いに係合可能に形成されてお
り、また、両者共に上記腹側部Ａの上記裏面シート３側
に係合されるようになされている。
【００１４】更に詳述すると、上記腹側部Ａの上記裏面
シート３上には機械的ファスナーの凹部材からなるラン
ディングテープ２０が設けられており、該ランディング
テープ２０に上記ファスニングテープ１０の上記連結部
１１及び延出部１２を係合させることによりおむつの止
着を行うようになされている。
【００１５】上記機械的ファスナーの凸部材としては、
「マジックテープ」（登録商標、ベルクロ社製）、「ク
イックロン」（登録商標、ＹＫＫ社製）、「マジクロ
ス」（登録商標、カネボウベルタッチ社製）等、鍵状や
キノコ形状などの凸状の係合部材が多数付設されてなる
シート等の公知の（市販の）メカニカルホックテープの
凸部材を特に制限なく用いることができる。また、上記
機械的ファスナーの凹部材としては、不織布等の繊維シ
ートの他、「トリコット」（商品名、クラレ社製）等が
用いられる。
【００１６】また、上記連結部１１と上記延出部１２と
は、互いに係合可能であり、且つ両者共に上記凹部材と
係合可能であれば、特に制限されないが、本形態におい
ては、両者共に凸部材により形成されている。この際用
いられる、互いに係合可能な凸部材としては、「デュア
ルロック」（登録商標、３Ｍ社製）などの市販品の他、
特開昭５６−１５２６０３号公報の図面や特開平５−１
９９９１１号公報の図面に記載されている凸部材等が挙
げられる。
【００１７】上記連結部１１及び上記延出部１２の長さ
Ｌ1、Ｌ2（図１参照）は１５〜５０ｍｍ、該連結部１１
及び該延出部１２の巾Ｗ1（図１参照）は１５〜４０ｍ
ｍである。
【００１８】本形態の使い捨ておむつ１は、上記ファス
ニングテープ１０が、上記連結部１１と上記延出部１２
とを具備してなるので、おむつの使用時まで両者を係合
させておき、使用時には、容易に両者を剥離させて使用
に供する事ができるので、装着時の操作性に優れてい
る。また、上記連結部１１により、背側部Ｂの側縁部Ｂ
１，Ｂ２まで止着されるので、装着者の動作等によって
おむつのフィット性が低下することがない。
