【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、使い捨ておむつに関
し、更に詳細には、着用者が立った状態及び寝た状態の
何れにおいても容易におむつを装着させることができ、
フィット性に優れた使い捨ておむつに関する。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】従来、
使い捨ておむつとしては、おむつ止着用のファスニング
テープによりおむつの使用時におむつの腹側部と背側部
とを接合して使用する、所謂展開型の使い捨ておむつが
多用されている。しかし、上記の展開型の使い捨ておむ
つは、該使い捨ておむつを装着させる際に、着用者を寝
かせた状態で装着させるのが主であり、着用者を立たせ
た状態で着用させるのは困難であり、着用者を立たせた
状態でも容易に装着できる展開型の使い捨ておむつが要
望されていた。また、上記の展開型の使い捨ておむつで
は、上述のように着用者を寝かせた状態でしか装着させ
ることができなかったため、特に、高月齢の乳幼児等に
対して使用した場合に、着用者の動作等によるウエスト
部やレッグ部のサイズの変動に十分に対応することがで
きず、フィット性に劣るという問題があった。
【０００３】従って、本発明の目的は、着用者が寝た状
態又は立った状態の何れにおいても容易に装着すること
ができ、且つフィット性に優れた使い捨ておむつを提供
することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、液透過性の表
面シート、液不透過性の裏面シート及びこれら両シート
間に介在する吸収体とを有する展開型の使い捨ておむつ
において、使用時に着用者の腹側に位置する腹側部及び
背側に位置する背側部の側縁部の左右両側における表面
シート側には、上記腹側部と上記背側部とを少なくとも
それらの表面シート側同士を当接させて締結する、上記
腹側部及び上記背側部それぞれの縦方向に細長い細帯状
の締結部が、上記表面シートの表面上にそれぞれ設けら
れており、上記背側部の両側縁部のみに、ウエスト部の
長さを調節するウエスト部調節部材が設けられており、
上記締結部の大きさは、幅が５〜６０ｍｍ、長さが２０
〜１００ｍｍであり、上記ウエスト部調節部材は、上記
背側部の側縁から延設されており、該側縁に連設された
表面が剥離処理されてなるリリース部と、該リリース部
に連設された上記表面シート側の表面に粘着剤が塗布さ
れている止着部とからなることを特徴とする使い捨てお
むつを提供することにより上記目的を達成したものであ
る。

【作用】本発明の使い捨ておむつは、おむつの腹側部と
背側部の左右両側縁部における表面シート側に、締結部
が設けられているので、該締結部を貼着させた後使用に
供することにより、着用者を立たせた状態でも容易にお
むつを装着させることができる。

【実施例】以下、本発明の使い捨ておむつを添付図面を
参照して更に詳細に説明する。図１は、本発明の使い捨
ておむつの１実施例を示す平面図であり、図２は、図１
に示すおむつにおけるウエスト部調節部材を展開した状
態を示す一部平面図である。また、図３は、図２に示す
使い捨ておむつの締結部を締結させた状態を示す斜視図
であり、図４は、図３に示す使い捨ておむつのウエスト
部調節部材を止着した状態を示す斜視図である。
【０００７】本実施例の使い捨ておむつ１は、図１に示
すように、液透過性の表面シート２、液不透過性の裏面
シート３及びこれら両シート間に介在する吸収体４とを
有する。
【０００８】更に詳細に説明すると、本実施例の使い捨
ておむつ１は、図１〜図４に示すように、吸収体４が股
下領域が縊れた砂時計状に湾曲形成され、表面シート２
及び裏面シート３も吸収体４の形状に即して股下領域が
上述の如く湾曲形成されており、該吸収体４は、表面シ
ート２及び裏面シート３により挟持・固定されている。
また、上記吸収体４の周縁部におけるウエスト部８とレ
ッグ部９とには、おむつを着用した際に、着用者にウエ
スト部８とレッグ部９とをフィットさせるための弾性伸
縮部材７が表面シート２と裏面シート３とにより固定さ
れて設けられている。このような構成は、従来の展開型
の使い捨ておむつと同じである。

各部材の形成材料について説明する。上記表面シート２
としては、排泄物を吸収体へ透過させる液透過性シート
で肌着に近い感触を有したものが好ましく、このような
液透過性シートとしては、例えば、織布、不織布、多孔
性フィルム等が好ましく挙げられる。また、表面シート
２の周縁にシリコン系油剤、パラフィンワックス等の疎
水性化合物を塗布する方法や、予めアルキルリン酸エス
テルのような親水性化合物を全体に塗布し、周縁を温水
で洗浄する方法により、撥水処理を施し、周縁における
尿等の滲みによる漏れを防止することができる。

性樹脂にフィラーを加えて延伸した液不透過性かつ蒸気
透過性のフィルムシート、または繊維集合体が用いられ
る。
【００１１】また、上記吸収体４としては、解繊パルプ
を主材とした高分子吸水ポリマーを併用したものが好ま
しい。該高分子吸水ポリマーは、上記吸収体４の上層、
中層、下層のいずれに存在させてもよく、また、パルプ
と混合したものであってもよい。また、該高分子吸水ポ
リマーは自重の２０倍以上の液体を吸収して保持し得る
保持性能を有し、ゲル化する性質を有する粒子状のもの
が好ましく、このような高分子吸水ポリマーとしては、
例えば、デンプン−アクリル酸（塩）グラフト共重合
体、デンプン−アクリロニトリル共重合体のケン化物、
ナトリウムカルボキシメチルセルロースの架橋物、アク
リル酸（塩）重合体などが好ましく挙げられる。
【００１２】また、上記弾性伸縮部材７としては、糸ゴ
ム、平ゴム、フィルムタイプのゴムあるいはフィルム状
の発泡ポリウレタン等が好ましく挙げられ、５０％伸長
時の応力が４０〜１５０グラムのものが好ましい。
【００１３】而して、本実施例の使い捨ておむつ１は、
使用時に着用者の腹側に位置する腹側部５及び背側に位
置する背側部６の側縁部の左右両側における表面シート
２側（表面シート２の表面上）に、上記腹側部５と上記
背側部６とを、少なくともそれらの表面シート２側同士
を当接させて締結する、上記腹側部５及び上記背側部６
それぞれの縦方向に細長い細帯状の上記締結部１０が、
表面シート２の表面上にそれぞれ接着されて設けられて
いる。

のマジックテープ（登録商標）等の公知のメカニカルホ
ックテープや、粘着テープ等が挙げられる。

エスト部調節部材２０は、図１及び図２に示すように、
上記背側部６の側縁に延設されており、該側縁に連設さ
れた表面が剥離処理されてなるリリース部２２と、該リ
リース部２２に連設された表面（表面シート２側）に粘
着剤が塗布されている止着部２１とからなる。また、上
記ウエスト部調節部材２０は、上記側縁に上記止着部２
１及び上記リリース部２２を備えたテープ材料を接合す
る等して形成することができる。

おむつの使用前においては、図１に示すように、上記止
着部２１の表面と上記リリース部２２の表面とを粘着さ
