定手段を設け、制御部に炊飯開始し温度センサーの検出

サーの検出温度を沸騰制御温度に保つよう電力制御を行
い、沸騰維持時間経過後に温度センサーの検出温度がド
ライアップに対応するドライアップ制御温度になった時
点でむらし工程に移行する炊飯の加熱シーケンスを備え

モードとし、沸騰制御温度T1を時刻表示ランプ11に
表示させ、時刻合わせキー10にて使用者の好みに合わ
せて沸騰制御温度T1を上下に調整出来、また同様に炊
き上げ調整キー9を2回押し、沸騰維持時間H1を時刻
表示ランプ11に表示させ、時刻合わせキー10にて沸
騰維持時間H1を上下に調整でき、再度炊き上げ調整キ
ー9を押すと、炊き上げ調整モードが終了する。 【0015】次に、炊飯開始スイッチを操作すると、炊
飯の加熱シーケンスにそって制御部8によって誘導加熱

センサーの検出温度を沸騰制御温度に保つよう電力制御
を行い、沸騰維持時間経過後に任意の電力にて加熱を行
い温度センサーの検出温度がドライアップに対応するド
ライアップ制御温度になった時点でむらし工程に移行す
る炊飯の加熱シーケンスを備えたから、米の種類、産
地、毎年の米の出来具合や人の食感に合うように、沸騰
を維持させる時間や、その制御温度を変えて、使用者の
求める炊き上がりに一致するように炊き上げ具合を調整
出来る業務用炊飯器が提供できる。
