【従来の技術】従来は、苗トレイが載置される苗載台の
両側方には苗トレイの縦送り方向に隣り合うポット部間
に嵌挿できる係送ピンをそれぞれ内側方へ突設した縦送
り用の両トレイ搬送チェンを平行に配設して構成する苗
供給装置を装備した移植機において、両トレイ搬送チェ
ンの縦送り方向後方側上部となる係送ピンが苗載台の供
給側台面より上方位となってそのまま縦送り方向前方に
移動するよう、両トレイ搬送チェンは間欠的に回転駆動
されるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】したがって、苗載台の
供給側台面上に苗トレイを供給する場合、両側の係送ピ
ンに苗トレイの前部の両側部を嵌挿させるために苗トレ
イを持ち上げた状態で落とし込まなければならないの
で、供給作業が厄介で難しく、また、苗取りが行われて
いる苗トレイの後端に、補給する苗トレイの前端を接近
させて供給することも難しくて、補給ミスがどうしても
発生しやすく、植付けに欠株が発生してしまう、といっ
た不具合を呈している。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、そのような不
具合を課題として解決し、苗トレイを正確且つ容易に補
給可能とするものであり、そのため、苗トレイAが載置
される苗載台1の両側方には苗トレイAの縦送り方向に
隣り合うポット部a間に嵌挿できる係送ピン2a,2b
をそれぞれ内側方へ突設した縦送り用の両トレイ搬送チ
ェン3a,3bを平行に配設して構成する苗供給装置B
を装備した移植機において、苗トレイAの供給側となる
両トレイ搬送チェン3a,3bの縦送り方向後方側上部
を下方から上下動自在の両チェン支持杆4a,4bによ
り支持する一方、両チェン支持杆4a,4bの上方とな
るトレイ搬送チェン3a,3bのチェンピン19の上方
に当接できるようチェン方向に延設した両チェン押さえ
杆5a,5bの後端部を後方の支点軸20にそれぞれ枢
支するとともに、両チェン押さえ杆5a,5bを引張り
ばね21,21により下方に弾圧付勢して構成し、該両
チェン支持杆4a,4bの下動により両トレイ搬送チェ
ン3a,3bの縦送り方向後方側上部を各係送ピン2
a,2bが苗載台1の供給側台面より下方に下がるよう
姿勢変更調節可能にして構成したものである。

【作用】したがって、苗トレイ苗載台に補給する場合、
両チェン支持杆を下動させると、両トレイ搬送チェンの
縦送り方向後方側上部を各係送ピンが苗載台の供給側台
面より下方に下がるよう下げることができることにな
り、そこで、苗トレイを苗載台の供給側台面上に載置し
てそのまま、苗取りが行われている苗トレイの後端に接
近するまですべらせ、その状態から両チェン支持杆を上
動させると、両トレイ搬送チェンの縦送り方向後方側上
部を上動させながら各係送ピンが、補給された苗トレイ
のポット部間に嵌挿されることになり、補給ミスが生じ
ないよう正確に、しかも容易に苗トレイを補給できる。

【実施例】図2および図3は移植機を概略示した側面図
および平面図であり、機体には上下動自在の両前輪7a
および両後輪7b、エンジン8、両予備苗載台9などを
装備するとともに後方にハンドル10を延設し、両前輪
7aの間に鎮圧ローラ11、両後輪7bの間に上下動自
在の植付爪12、該植付爪12の後方に両培土輪13を
それぞれ配備し、前記ハンドル10の前方には、苗トレ
イAを縦方向および横方向に間欠的に移動させるととも
に空の苗トレイAを下方から後方へガイド14によって
送り出すことができる苗供給装置Bを装備し、該苗供給
装置Bの前部上方では、苗取出し爪15が苗トレイAの
ポット苗を掴んで、上昇した前記植付爪12に供給でき
るようにして従来形構造同様に構成する。

れる傾斜した苗載台1の両側方に、苗トレイAの両側の
縦送り方向に隣り合うポット部a間に嵌挿できる係送ピ

トレイ搬送チェン3a,3bを平行に配備して従来形構
造と略同様に構成するが、両トレイ搬送チェン3a,3
bを掛装する前方の両スプロケット16は外周が苗載台
1より高くなるよう大径に、後方の両スプロケット17
は外周が苗載台1より低くなるよう小径にそれぞれ形設
し、前記両スプロケット17の後方に横架した支点軸1

動させながら両チェンの係送ピン2a,2bが苗載台1
の台面の上下の位置変更することになるよう、両チェン
支持杆4a,4bを上下動操作可能にして構成するが、
両レバー23a,23bを引張りばねに連繋して支点越
えに操作できるようにしたり、両レバー23a,23b
が本機の植付クラッチ操作に連動して操作されるように
したり、あるいは、図6に示すように先行の苗トレイA
の終端側を検知できるトレイ検知センサ24により両レ
バー23a,23bを回動させることができるようにし
て構成することもできる。
【0009】また、図1、図4ないし図6に示すよう
に、苗供給装置Bの供給側外周には苗トレイAの上面に
接触してトレイ押さえができる両トレイ押さえ杆25,
25を両側に架設するが、両トレイ押さえ杆25,25
の始端部25a,25aは上向きに屈曲させるととも
に、苗載台1の供給側台面の前端側にまで延設して構成
する。

ように、苗トレイAが縦送りされて、新しく苗トレイA
の苗載台1に補給する場合、操作しやすい側からレバー

下げることができることになり、そこで、苗トレイAを
係送ピン2a,2bに当たることなく苗載台1の供給側

の状態から、レバー23a,23bを逆方向に回動させ
ながらクランク部6a,6bにより両チェン支持杆4
a,4bを上動させると、図4および図5に示すように
両トレイ搬送チェン3a,3bの縦送り方向後方側上部
が上動させられてその部位の各係送ピン2a,2bが苗
トレイAの隣り合うポット部a間に嵌挿されることにな
り、補給ミスが生じないよう正確に、しかも容易に苗ト
レイAを補給できる。

ねに連繋して支点越えに操作できるように構成すると、
レバー23a,23bを正確にかつスムーズに操作でき
ることになり、両レバー23a,23bが本機の植付ク
ラッチ操作に連動して操作されるように構成すると、苗
トレイの補給時に植付クラッチが操作されると自動的に
レバー23a,23bが操作されることになり、また、
トレイ検知センサ24により両レバー23a,23bが
回動されるように構成すると、苗トレイの補給時に合わ
せて自動的に正確にレバー23a,23bを回動させる
ことができる。

【発明の効果】このように本発明は、苗トレイAを苗載
台1に補給する場合、両チェン支持杆4a,4bを下動
させると、両トレイ搬送チェン3a,3bの縦送り方向
後方側上部を各係送ピン2a,2bが苗載台1の供給側
台面より下方に下がるようになって、且つ両チェン支持
杆4a,4bの上方となるトレイ搬送チェン3a,3b
のチェンピン19の上方に当接できるようチェン方向に
延設した両チェン押さえ杆5a,5bも引張りばね2

レイAを苗載台1の供給台面上に載置するとともに先行
の苗トレイAの端部を接近するようにすべらせることに
なり、その後に両チェン支持杆4a,4bを上動させる

向後方側上部を上動させながら各係送ピン2a,2b
が、補給された苗トレイAのポット部a間に嵌挿される
ようにセットできることのなり、苗供給装置Bに補給ミ
スが生じないように正確に、しかも容易に苗トレイを補
給できることになり、苗の補給作業を一段と向上させて
欠株を生じないポット苗の移植ができる移植機にして好
