内でのチョークコイルと外部接続端子との接続構造に関
するものである。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来の大電流用箱形ノイズフィルタは、
トロイダルコアに2本または3本の太い電線を手作業で
巻き回したコモンモードチョークコイルを、上面が開口
し対向側壁に外部接続端子が貫設され内面が絶縁紙で覆
われた箱形金属容器に、コンデンサなどの他のフィルタ
素子とともに収納してフィルタ回路に結線し、容器内に
コイル固定のために若干の埋込樹脂を注入して容器に蓋
体を組み付けた構造であった。 【0003】容器内において、コイルと外部接続端子の
接続は、先ずコイルの巻線の端部に接続金具を圧着する
か、又はあらかじめ外部接続端子に巻線の端部が半田付
けできる様な端子を取付けておき、外部接続端子にそれ
ぞれねじ止めするか又は半田付けし固定する構成であっ
た。 【0004】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】手作業によるトロイダ
ル形のコイルを用いた、従来のノイズフィルタは、コイ
ルの太い電線をそのまま半田又は、ねじ止めにて接続し
難いので、巻線の端部に接続金具を取り付ける必要があ
り、巻線の端部の位置および向きがばらつくので、容器
内でコイルの電線を巻線の端部の1個毎に、強い力を使
って微妙に屈曲する必要があり、組立時間が長い欠点が
あった。 【0005】 【課題を解決するための手段】従来の欠点を除去するた
めに、平角電線を自動装置で巻き回した巻線を採用した
チョークコイルを用いて箱形金属容器内で、コイルと外
部接続端子とを導電板を折り曲げた接続用導体で接続す
る。即ち、本発明は、平角導線を縦に巻回して形成した
2個の分割巻線からなるめがね形巻線を用いたチョーク
コイルを、L字形導電板の両端を直角に折り曲げた接続
用導体とともに、外部接続端子を貫設または絶縁端子板
を介して嵌着した箱形金属容器に収納し、前記メガネ形
巻線の端末前記端子とを、前記接続用導体の両端にそ
れぞれ接続してなる大電流用箱形ノイズフィルタであ
る。 【0006】 【作用】平角電線を筒形に自動巻回した巻線は、端部の
位置と向きが同じであり、端部に設けた貫通孔がねじ止
めによる接続を可能にする。接続用導体は、金属容器内
で両端部が巻線の端部と外部接続端子とに対向してねじ
止めによる接続を容易にする。 【0007】 【実施例】本発明の実施例を図面を用いて詳細に説明す
る。 【0008】(実施例1)本発明の第1の実施例を蓋体
を省いて図1に分解斜視図で示す。図において、三相チ
ョークコイル(以下、単にコイルと称する)1は、平角
電線のメガネ形巻線2の3個を、2個の透孔のある4枚
の絶縁仕切板3の間に挟んで同心に並べてメガネ形巻線
2の分割巻線21、22の中央孔と絶縁仕切板3の透孔
との2個の連通孔に絶縁円筒4をそれぞれ挿通し、絶縁
円筒4の両側から2個のU形コア5の磁脚を挿入して突
き合わせたものである。 【0009】コイル1は、箱形金属容器6の内底に固定
できる絶縁基台7に載せて絶縁仕切板3を細長凹部71
に嵌合し、メガネ形巻線2の下部を円弧凹部72に入れ
て2個のコア押え金具8を段部73に挟めて段部73の
壁面にねじ止めして絶縁基台7に固定されるとともにコ
ア5が閉磁路に保持される。 【0010】メガネ形巻線2は、断面矩形の平角電線を
縦にして第1の分割巻線21(図で左側。巻回方向は右
巻きで左側に巻き進む)を形成し、続けて隣り合わせに
して同じ巻回方向の第2の分割巻線22(図で右側。右
巻きで右側に巻き進む)を形成した、自動装置による巻
線である。メガネ形巻線2の両端は軸方向の同じ側にあ
って分割巻線21、22の接線方向に外方に同じ長さに
延びて小孔9が設けられている。図では小孔9は、分割
巻線21、22の軸と同じ高さである。 【0011】平角電線を縦に自動巻回したメガネ形巻線
2は、従来の太い電線の重ね巻きの場合に比べると占積
率を70%台から90%台に向上でき、コイルを小型化
できる特長と、浮遊容量が減少することにより周波数特
性が高帯域に伸びる特長をもつ。 【0012】箱形金属容器6は、矩形上方開口の短辺両
側壁に方形切欠き61を設けて外部接続端子11を一体
に貫設した絶縁端子板10を方形切欠き61に嵌着する
ものである。 【0013】メガネ形巻線2の端部と外部接続端子11
を接続する接続用導体12は、寝かせて置いたL字形導
電板の両端を直角に曲げて立て片端近傍に小孔13を設
け、他端にU形切欠き14を設けたものである。図1で
は、6個の接続用導体12の内の3個だけを絶縁基台7
の辺縁に沿ってU形切欠き14のある立上り片が絶縁基
台7の外方に突出し、箱形金属容器6の側壁と平行であ
るように取り付けた状態で示している。 【0014】箱形金属容器6の外で、接続用導体12を
固着した絶縁基台7にコイル1を載せてコア押え金具8
で絶縁基台7に固定すると、メガネ形巻線2の両端は、
接続用導体12の小孔13のある立上り片と対向し、小
孔9、13にねじを通して接続用導体12と接続でき
る。 【0015】コイル1を固定した絶縁基台7を箱形金属
容器6に入れて固定してから、絶縁端子板10を方形切
欠き61に嵌着する。外部接続端子11は、接続用導体
12のU形切欠き14を通るので、ねじ止めして接続用

る。平角電線のメガネ形巻線2の両端の小孔9は、接続
用導体12の小孔13と対向するので、容器の中にねじ
止めにより巻線2と接続用導体12を接続する。 【0018】 【発明の効果】本発明によれば、平角電線を使用したチ
ョークコイルと板を折り曲げた接続用導体とを用いるこ
とにより、チョークコイルと箱形金属容器に貫設された
外部接続端子との接続作業が極めて容易になり、能率よ
くノイズフィルタを組立てでき、小型化した、周波数特
性の良好な大電流用箱形ノイズフィルタを安価に提供で
きる。
