本発明は、1本又は複数本の平角銅線を、広い方の面を接して縦方向に積層巻回し、引き出し線の他端を8の字状に折り返して、同じ巻数で積層巻回し、流れる電流が作る磁界が、互いに同一方向に向く閉磁気回路となる、2つの巻線コイルと、分割された磁性コアとからなり、前記2つの巻線コイルに流れる電流が作る磁界は、一周する閉磁気回路の磁界を互いに打ち消して零となり、かつ、前記2つの巻線コイルに同一方向に入力する電流が作る磁界は互いに付勢するよう配置したチョークコイルであって、前記2つの巻線コイルのうちの一方を、絶縁仕切板である底面および開口部を有し、前記底面の反対側に前記開口部が位置する容器状絶縁体の内部に装着し、前記2つの巻線コイル間を絶縁すると共に、2つの筒状部を有する絶縁板の前記筒状部の内部に前記磁性コアの磁脚をそれぞれ挿入し、また前記筒状部の外部に前記巻線コイルを挿入し、前記巻線コイル及び前記磁性コア間を絶縁することを特徴とするコモンモードチョークコイルである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明のコモンモードチョークコイルの一実施の形態を図面を参照しながら、以下詳細に説明する。

図1に、本発明のコモンモードチョークコイルの外観斜視図を示す。図1に示すように、本発明のコモンモードチョークコイルは、平角銅線を厚さの薄い方向の面を積層するように8の字状に巻回した2つの巻線コイル1,1aに、分割されたU字形のフェライトコア3の両脚を挿入したものである。

容器状絶縁体6の底部には、U字形のフェライトコア3の両脚部が嵌入できる穴が形成されている。また、2つの同形の巻線コイル1,1aの両側には、同形の絶縁板4が組み込まれている、絶縁板4の中心部の2箇所には、U字形のフェライトコア3の脚部と巻線コイル間の絶縁耐圧を確保するための筒状部5が形成されている。
