(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】下端に絶縁操作棒用装着部材2を備えた有
底筒状体1に回転部材7が回転自在に内設され、該回転
部材7は付勢部材8を介して常時上方に付勢されると共
に、回転部材7の上端部には外周面が凹凸面状とされた
活線用工具ノブ22を挿脱せしめるべく略同凹凸面状
の内周面を有する挿着孔10が形成され、該挿着孔10
に対応すべく筒状体1の上端部には同凹凸面状の内周面
を有する係止用フランジ13が内向きに形成され、しか
も、筒状体1にはその周方向に沿って両端にロック孔5
とロック解除孔4とを有する溝孔状ロックピン作動路3
が形成されると共に、該ロックピン作動路3に沿って作
動せしめるべくロックピン9が回転部材7の外周面に突
設され、該ロックピン9はロック孔5に係合して挿着孔
10と係止用フランジ13との内周形状を不一致化せし
めることにより回転部材7をロックせしめ、また、ロッ
ク解除孔4に係合して同内周形状を一致せしめることに
より回転部材7をロック解除せしめるべく構成されてな
