2. Description of the Related Art As a method for constructing a tunnel, a so-called shield construction method is generally used in which segments (mainly made of concrete or steel) are assembled on the inner surface side of an excavation hole to construct a tubular wall body. As the segments used in this shield construction method, those having a rectangular shape in a plan view and an arc plate shape are mainly used, and these segments are joined together by bolts. As a structure for joining the segments with each other with this bolt, a joint having holes communicating with each other when the joint surfaces of the segments are brought into contact with each other is embedded in the vicinity of the joint surfaces of the segments. A structure is generally used in which a bolt is inserted into a hole portion and a nut is fastened to the bolt in a state where the joint surfaces of the segments are in contact with each other so that the portions communicate with each other. Further, there is also a structure in which insert metal fittings, which are nut members, are embedded in mutual segments, and bolts penetrating adjacent segments are fastened to join them.

However, in the above structure, the bolt is inserted into the hole formed in the joint surface of the joint at the construction site, and the nut is fastened to the bolt or embedded in the mutual segments. Since the extremely complicated work of fastening the bolt to the insert metal fitting is required, there is a limit in shortening the assembly time, and it is difficult to adapt to automatic assembly by a robot. Moreover,
Even if the secondary lining is omitted, the bolt box formed in the segment must be closed in order to install the bolts and nuts, and a new joint structure can be used to speed up construction and save labor. The current situation is that development is an urgent task.

That is, according to the segment 1 having the above structure,
By simply fitting the rod-shaped portion 7 of the male joint fitting 2 of the segment 1 into the fitting portion 12 of the female joint fitting 3,
The dovetail portion 9 of the rod portion 7 and the dovetail groove portion 13 of the fitting portion 12 are engaged with each other, and the engaging force of each engages the respective segments 1
Rings can be constructed by joining together in the circumferential direction. As a result, compared to the conventional fastening structure using bolts and nuts or the fastening structure that fastens bolts to the insert fitting, the labor required for joining the segments 1 to each other can be significantly reduced. Since there is no bolt box, the work of closing the bolt box can be omitted.

Further, since the rod-shaped portion 7 of the male joint fitting 2 and the fitting portion 12 of the female joint fitting 3 are shaped so as to be gradually narrowed in the fitting direction, the rod-shaped portion 7 is By fitting into the fitting portion 12, a wedge effect is obtained by the rod-shaped portion 7 and the fitting portion 12, mutual joining surfaces 1a are attracted and accurately positioned, and reliable joining of the segments 1 is achieved. The state can be secured. Further, according to the above-mentioned segment 1, since the male joint fitting 2 and the female joint fitting 3 are respectively provided on the joint surfaces 1a on both sides in the same direction, the directionality of each segment 1 can be eliminated. Therefore, the segment 1 can be shared.

When a ring constituting a tubular wall body is constructed by using the trapezoidal segments 1, if the number of divisions in the circumferential direction is an even number, the trapezoidal segments 1 in plan view are alternately arranged. However, when the number of divisions in the circumferential direction is odd, parallelogram segments may be used for joining. In the above example, the male joint fitting 2 and the female joint fitting 3 are provided on each joint surface 1a.
As shown in FIG. 7, a male segment 1 having a male joint fitting 2 on each joint surface 1a and a female segment 1 having a female joint fitting 3 on each joint surface 1a are used. Male joint fitting 2 provided on the joint surface 1a of the mold segment 1
And the female joint fitting 3 provided on the joint surface 1a of the female segment 1 may be joined.

1. A joining structure of segments which are joined together in a state where their joining surfaces are aligned with each other to form a tunnel wall, wherein the joining surfaces joined in the circumferential direction are in the axial direction of the excavation hole. The male joint fittings, which are inclined with respect to each other, have a rod-shaped portion arranged in the axial direction on these joint surfaces, and a female joint having a fitting portion into which the rod-shaped portion of the male joint fitting is fitted. A metal fitting is provided, the rod-shaped portion is formed with a hollow portion along the longitudinal direction on the outer periphery thereof, and the fitting portion is engaged with the rod-shaped portion of the rod-shaped portion on the inner periphery thereof. The dovetail groove is formed along the longitudinal direction, and by fitting the rod-shaped portion of the male joint fitting to the fitting portion of the female joint fitting while engaging the dowel portion with the dovetail groove, , The circumferential contact is made by the engaging force between the bar-shaped groove and the dovetail groove of the fitting part. Joint structure of segments characterized by being combined.

2. A joining structure of segments which are joined together in a state where their joining surfaces are aligned to each other and constitute a tunnel wall, wherein the joining surfaces joined in the circumferential direction are in the axial direction of the drill hole. The male joint fitting having a rod-shaped portion arranged in the axial direction is provided on one of these joining surfaces, and the rod-shaped portion of the male joint fitting is provided on the other of the joining surfaces. A female joint fitting having a fitting portion to be fitted is provided, the rod-shaped portion has an outer periphery formed with a groove portion along the longitudinal direction, and the fitting portion has an inner periphery thereof, A dovetail groove portion with which the groove portion of the rod-shaped portion is engaged is formed along the longitudinal direction. The rod-shaped portion of this male joint fitting is engaged with the dowel portion to the dovetail groove portion while the female-type joint is being engaged. By fitting it to the fitting part of the metal fitting, A segment joining structure, which is joined in the circumferential direction by an engaging force with a dovetail groove.
