However, in a ladle containing molten steel of about 350 tons, the diameter of the heat-insulating lid is 4 to 5 m, and if the entire lower surface of the heat-insulating lid is lined with castables, the heat-insulating lid will be The weight becomes very heavy, and a large load is applied to the crane for hoisting and carrying the ladle, which is not preferable. In order to reduce this weight, it is assumed that the castable material is replaced with a lightweight chemical fiber-based refractory material such as glass fiber, asbestos and slag fiber. However, when the converter slag and the metal remaining in the ladle are tilted and discharged as shown in FIG. 3, the converter slag being discharged and the lower end (the tip of the heat retaining lid with the metal open) ) Part, it is melted and damaged at an early stage, and there is a problem that it must be repaired frequently. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is lightweight, and even if the converter slag and the metal are in contact with each other, the life is not shortened, and
It is an object of the present invention to provide a heat retaining lid that does not deteriorate maintainability.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and means 1 thereof has a rear portion rotatably provided at an upper one end of a ladle. In a heat retaining lid for retaining heat of a lined refractory or molten steel contained in the ladle, the back of the tip of the heat retaining lid is a brick or castable refractory, and the inner back is a fibrous refractory.
Further, the means 2 is provided with a gate-type support member on the upper surface of the heat-retaining lid, and when another heat-retaining lid is overlaid on the gate-type support member, the back surface portion of the heat-retaining lid that comes into contact with the gate-type support member < The heat-insulating lid according to the above-mentioned means 1, wherein B is a brick or castable refractory. The means 3 is provided with a guide member having an inclined surface that spreads downward from the upper part to the lower part on the stiffener above the trunnion of the ladle so that the inclined surface faces outward, and guides the inclined surface of the guide member. Has been
The means 1 or 2 in which the heat-retaining lid is provided with a foot for self-standing capable of standing on the stiffener. Also, means 4
Is one of means 1 to 3 in which the diameter of the heat retaining lid is smaller than the inner diameter of the ladle.

In the present invention, as in the case of the above-mentioned means 1, while the tip of the back surface of the heat retaining lid, that is, the ladle is tilted to discharge the converter slag and the metal in the ladle, the converter The slag, the part that comes into contact with the metal is made of brick or castable refractory with good erosion resistance to prevent erosion of the refractory, and the other parts are made of fiber refractory to reduce weight. is there. As the brick, a refractory brick of high alumina type, magnesia type, magnesia-carbon type , alumina-carbon type or the like can be used, and as castable, high alumina type, alumina-magnesia type or chamotte type can be used. Further, as the fiber of the fiber type, an alumina-silica type, an alumina-silica-zirconia type, or a silica type can be used.

Further, like the means 2, when a gate-shaped support member is provided on the upper surface of the heat-insulating lid and another heat-insulating lid is overlaid on the gate-shaped support member, the gate-shaped support member comes into contact with the heat-insulating lid. By using brick or castable refractory for the back side of the upper heat-insulating lid, the refractory will not be deformed or damaged due to the weight of the upper heat-insulating lid that has become stronger and piled up, and frequent repairs will be performed. It is not necessary and is preferable.

Further, like the means 3, on the stiffener which surrounds the upper outer periphery of the ladle in a ring shape so that the inclined surface faces outward, a guide member having an inclined surface spreading downward from the upper portion to the lower portion is provided. In addition, by providing the upper part of the trunnion of the ladle, guided by the inclined surface of this guide member, by providing the heat-retaining lid with a self-standing foot that can stand on the stiffener, the heat-retaining lid is provided in the trunnion side direction of the ladle. It can always be placed in place on the ladle without slipping. Further, the heat-retaining lid can be placed horizontally by making the self-supporting foot stand on the stiffener, and when the heat-retaining lid is automatically attached / detached, the attaching / detaching device does not become complicated, which is preferable.

The refractory 1g is made of chamotte castables 1ga and 1gc on the lower surface (upper side in FIG. 2) and lower surface (left and right side in FIG. 2) of the frame 1a, and chemicals applied inside. Since 1 gb of the fiber-based alumina-silica fiber is stretched, the weight can be reduced by about 50% compared to the case where the entire surface is castable. Further, the heat retaining lid 1 is smaller than the diameter of the upper end opening of the ladle 2 by about 20 mm to 40 mm.

[0013] The ladle 2 is finished receiving the molten steel from the converter (not shown) in a state that does not have me placing the heat insulation cover 1, cover hanging piece 1d warmth lid hanging crane hooks (both not shown) Then, the crane for hanging the heat-retaining lid adjusts the position of the heat-retaining lid 1 with the ladle 2 while lowering the hook.
The ladle is placed on the ladle 2 and conveyed to the next step. When the heat retaining lid 1 is placed on the ladle 2, the rotating hook 1e of the heat retaining lid 1 engages with the bracket 7 provided on the upper portion of the ladle 2, and the self-supporting foot 1b is cut by the cut surface 4a of the guide member 4. while being guided by that the placing on the stiffener 5, heat insulation cover 1

When the molten steel in the ladle 2 has been supplied to the continuous casting equipment, the trunnion 6 of the ladle 2 is hung by the hook 10 of the pot hanging crane (not shown). The auxiliary lapping hook of the crane is hung on the eyelot 8 and the auxiliary lapping hook 9 is wound up to tilt the ladle 2. As a result, the heat retaining lid 1 is gradually opened with the bracket 7 as a fulcrum, and the state shown in FIG. 3 is reached. The converter slag / metal 12 remaining in the ladle 2 is accompanied by the tilting of the ladle 2
It begins to be discharged from inside. At this time, if the discharged converter slag / metal 12 is scattered and hits the back end of the heat-retaining lid 1, or if there is a large amount of the converter slag / metal 12 remaining in the ladle 2, it is fully opened. There is a case where it contacts the back surface tip of the heat retention lid 1 which is not open, but since the castable 1ga is lined inside the back surface tip, the damage is slight.

As described above, according to the present invention as set forth in claims 1 to 4, it is possible to reduce the weight of the heat retaining lid at low cost without deteriorating the life and maintainability,
It has become possible to minimize the adverse effects on the crane. In particular, the present invention according to claim 2 relates to a heat insulation lid.
Since the back side is made of refractory, the weight of the upper heat retaining lid allows the lower heat retaining lid to be stacked on top of it without being deformed or damaged, greatly reducing the temporary storage space for the heat retaining lid. It became possible to do it. Further, claim 3
According to the present invention described above, a guide member having an inclined surface that spreads downward from the upper portion to the lower portion is provided on the stiffener above the trunnion of the molten metal ladle so that the inclined surface faces outward, and the inclination of the guide member is increased. Guided by the surface, since the self-standing foot capable of standing on the stiffener is provided on the heat-insulating lid for the molten metal pan, it is possible to always set the ladle at a predetermined position without shifting the heat-insulating lid, For example, in the case where the heat retention cover is automatically hung and removed, it is possible to eliminate the failure of the heat retention cover attachment / detachment device without complicating the heat retention cover attaching / detaching device. In the present invention according to claim 4, since the diameter of the heat insulating lid is smaller than the inner diameter of the molten metal ladle, the heat insulating lid can be inserted into the ladle, and the gap between the ladle and the heat insulating lid can be narrowed. It is possible to improve the heat retention effect.
