A deodorizing gas is circulated in the deodorizing case by a distribution fan, and a deodorizing gas containing ozone is discharged by the discharge electrode section by passing it through a reaction section such as activated carbon, zeolite or a catalyst provided downstream of the deodorizing gas. In the deodorizing device described above, it is necessary to uniformly mix the ozone with the deodorizing gas and prevent the ozone from leaking out of the case. Therefore, by narrowing the passage of the ozone generating part, ozone is distributed into the deodorizing gas, and the interval between the ozone generating part and the reaction part is increased to lengthen the mixing time of the ozone and the deodorizing gas. In general, the ozone generating part, the reaction part, and the circulation fan are arranged from the upstream side of the gas flow. However, as in Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-22592, the ozone generating part is located upstream of the ozone generating part. A sirocco fan that circulates the deodorizing gas is placed on the discharge electrode so that the gas is pushed into the discharge electrode part. The adsorption command rotates the fan at high speed and suppresses the ozone generation amount by suppressing the ozone leaking from the reaction part. A command to instruct the fan to rotate at a low speed and increase the amount of ozone generated so that the odorous components adhering to the catalyst surface are decomposed with high-concentration ozone, and as a result, ozone outflow is prevented. There is, also, KOKOKU 7-2
As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 89621, there has been proposed a method in which a deodorizing gas containing ozone is circulated from the front of the reaction section to the upstream of the ozone generation section by a return duct to prolong the contact time between the odorous component and ozone.

Also, if a fan is installed in front of the ozone generator, the amount of inflow will be larger than the amount discharged from the outlet due to the pressure loss of the catalyst, etc., and the gas containing ozone will flow back and the ozone may leak from the inlet. The fan must be slowed down to limit the gas flow rate. If the deodorizing gas containing ozone is returned to the inlet side, the device becomes complicated and the returned ozone-containing gas may leak from the inlet.

A gas is circulated, and a stirring fan that rotates at a lower speed than the circulation fan is provided in the space between the ozone generating section and the reaction section, and the deodorizing gas containing ozone is stirred by the stirring fan to generate ozone. While mixing the odorous components, the deodorizing gas is spread over the entire area of the deodorizing case so that the gas is brought into contact with the entire surface of the reaction portion substantially evenly. The stirring fan is the reaction part.
Is attached to the end of the shaft that penetrates
Between the circulation fan side end of this shaft and the rotation part of the circulation fan,
A conductive plate is attached to one side, and a magnetic pole, for example, a permanent magnet having alternating polarities is provided on the other side, and the conductive plate and the magnetic pole are opposed to each other with a gap therebetween so that torque is transmitted in a non-contact manner. It is also possible to rotate the stirring fan at a low speed without contact by making the magnetic plate and the permanent magnet or the permanent magnet and the permanent magnet face each other.

In FIG. 1, 1 is a deodorizing case, in which an inflow port 2 is provided at one end and an exhaust port 3 is provided at the other end, and in this deodorizing case 1, ozone is provided with discharge electrodes in order from the inflow port 2 to the exhaust port 3. It is provided with a generation section 4, a reaction section 5 composed of a porous filter made of a catalyst such as activated carbon or manganese-based catalyst, titania-silica-based catalyst, and a distribution fan 6 provided on the discharge port 3 side. 7 is a stirring fan provided between the ozone generating section 4 and the reaction section 5, which is supported by the deodorizing case 1 and is distributed.
It is a free fan that rotates at a lower speed than the fan 6 . The odor component contained in the gas sucked into the deodorizing case 1 from the inflow port 2 by the rotation of the circulation fan 6 is mixed with ozone when passing through the ozone generating unit 4 and its downstream side, and is reacted while being oxidatively decomposed. Although it reaches the section 5, the stirring fan 7 provided between the ozone generating section 4 and the reaction section 5 rotates at a low speed , so that the gas is stirred downstream of the ozone generating section 4 and the odorous component and ozone are mixed. Is sufficiently performed, spreads in the deodorizing case 1, and almost uniformly contacts the entire surface of the reaction section 5. The stirring fan 7 is always a distribution fan
Since it rotates at a low speed , the circulation of the gas by the circulation fan 6 is not obstructed, and the gas containing ozone does not flow back to the ozone generation unit 4 by stirring.

Has a shaft 8 penetrating therethrough, and a fan is attached to one end of the shaft 8.
And a conductive plate 9 such as copper or aluminum is attached to the other end, and the conductive plate 9 is attached to the rotating portion of the circulation fan 6.
And a magnetic pole 10 opposed to each other via a gap. The magnetic pole 10 is formed by using, for example, a permanent magnet so that N poles and S poles are alternately arranged in the rotation direction. Therefore, when the magnetic pole 10 rotates together with the circulation fan 6, an eddy current is generated in the conductive plate 9 and torque is transmitted in a non-contact manner, and the shaft 8
The stirring fan 7 is rotated at a low speed according to the slip between the conductive plate 9 and the magnetic pole 10 via the. It is also possible to use a magnetic plate for the conductive plate 9 so that the magnetic pole 10 and the permanent magnet constituting the magnetic pole 10 can be coupled and rotated, and the permanent magnet and the permanent magnet can be opposed to each other to transmit torque .

Since it is provided, the gas that has passed through the ozone generation section is agitated to effectively mix the odorous components and ozone, and the gas is diffused to improve the contact with the reaction section and increase the deodorizing effect and react. The functions of the parts can be equalized, and the number of steps for replacement and regeneration can be reduced. Also,
Since the stirring fan is rotated at a low speed, the reverse flow of gas in the deodorizing case does not occur, and there is an effect that ozone leakage can be completely prevented. The stirring fan is
Separated by rotating without contact with a distribution fan
It does not require a stirring fan drive source
It can be rotated at a low speed to ensure agitation.
You can Also, a permanent magnet is used for the magnetic pole for torque transmission.
By using it, the structure of the torque transmission part can be simplified.
