って長大化し、これにともない乾燥室の横寸法も大きく

の一側部(片側)にのみ加熱部が設けられており、この
側部(片側)からのみ温風を送り込んで生海苔を乾燥さ
せるようにしていた。しかしながらこのように乾燥室の
一側部からのみ温風を送り込む従来装置では、上述した
ように長大化したホルダーに保持された多数枚の簀に展
着する生海苔に温風を均一に吹き当てることは困難であ
り、ホルダーの横方向において乾燥むらが生じやすいと
いう問題点があった。 【0006】したがって本発明は、長大化したホルダー
に保持された多数枚の簀に展着する生海苔に均一に温風
を吹き当てて、乾燥むらが生じるのを防止できる乾海苔
製造装置を提供することを目的とする。 【0007】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の乾海苔製造装置
は、ホルダーに保持された簀上に生海苔を抄き上げる抄
部及び抄き上げられた生海苔を脱水する脱水部を含む前
処理部と、前処理部の後部に配設されてホルダーを搬送
しながら簀に展着した生海苔を乾燥させる乾燥室とを備
えた乾海苔製造装置において、前記乾燥室の両側部に加
熱部を設け、ファンにより外気をこの加熱部の内部に吸
入してこの加熱部の内部に配設された加熱手段により加
熱し、加熱されて生成した温風を前記乾燥室の両側部か
ら前記乾燥室の下部へ送り込み、前記乾燥室の内部を上
昇させるようにし、また前記乾燥室の中央部に前記乾燥
室を左右に区分けする仕切り壁を設けるとともに、前記
乾燥室の下部に整流板を配設し、前記温風をこの整流板
により整流して前記乾燥室の内部を上昇させるようにし
た。 【0008】 【0009】上記構成において、加熱部は乾燥室の両側
部に設けられているので、加熱部で生成された温風は、
乾燥室の両側部から乾燥室内へ送り込まれる。したがっ
て長大化したホルダーに多数枚保持された簀に展着する
生海苔により均一に温風を吹き当てて、乾燥むらを極力

部Aと、前処理部Aの後部に設けられた乾燥部Bから成
っている。前処理部Aにはスプロケット1に調帯された

段に配設されている。図2に示すように、本実施の形態
では、1個のホルダー4には横方向に6枚の簀3が保持
されており、また1個のホルダー4には簀3が上下2段
に保持されており、したがって1個のホルダー4には、
6×2=12枚の簀3が保持されている。またホルダー
4は中央の仕切壁17をはさんで左右2個設けられてい
