率15倍の発泡ポリプロピレンシート(東レ製、PPS
M15030)をラミネートした積層シ−トである。こ
のときの加熱チップのヒーターの設定温度は260℃、
加熱チップと表皮材裏面との接触時間(加熱溶融時間)
は10秒、圧着チップによる加圧時間は10秒であっ
た。得られた多層成形品の外周部にははみ出した表皮材
はみられず、きれいに基材内側に折り込まれていて、し
かも表皮材裏面と基材とは強固に融着しており、製品の
外観も良好であった。
