Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a buried gas pipe, etc.
More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for protecting a buried pipe, in which a sheath such as a gas pipe is embedded in a sheath pipe to protect the conduit when the pipe is buried. 2. Description of the Related Art As a method for protecting the above-mentioned buried pipes,
A method in which a sheath tube is externally fitted to the conduit with a gap therebetween, and tape is wound around both ends of the sheath tube (hereinafter, referred to as a first conventional method), or a sheath tube is attached to the conduit. A method has been adopted in which a gap is opened and then externally fitted, and then the gap is filled with a filler such as sand (hereinafter, referred to as a second conventional method). In the case of the first conventional method, since the conduit and the sheath tube are not usually concentric, there are many portions where the conduit directly contacts the sheath tube. Can cause damage to the conduit at the point of contact,
There was a problem. In the case of the second conventional method, since the gap is usually a very small space, poor workability when filling the small space with a filler such as sand is a problem. In addition, there is a problem that the conduit may be damaged by contact with the filler depending on the type of the filler. The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and has as its object to provide means capable of solving the above-described problems at once. [0004] In a method for protecting a buried pipe according to the present invention (hereinafter referred to as the method of the present invention), at the time of burying a conduit, a sheath tube is fitted over the conduit and the conduit is attached. A method for protecting a buried pipe to be protected, wherein the strip-shaped sheet is wound around the pipe in a spiral shape while partially overlapping the pipe, and the sheath pipe is fitted around the pipe, and both ends of the sheath pipe are connected to the strip-shaped sheet or the pipe. It is characterized in that it is fixed in a sealed state with respect to. When the buried pipe is protected by the method of the present invention, a strip-shaped sheet wound spirally exists between the conduit and the sheath pipe. The direct contact portion between the conduit and the sheath tube, which has occurred in the case described above, can be eliminated. In addition, as compared with the operation of filling the gap with the filler which is required in the second conventional method, the operation of winding the band-like sheet around the conduit required by the method of the present invention (and the sheath tube after the winding). In addition, the workability is extremely good, and when the buried pipe is protected by the method of the present invention, direct contact with the conduit is made of sand or the like in the second conventional method. Unlike the fillers described in the above, since the strip-shaped sheet can prevent the conduit from being damaged even when it comes into direct contact, the problem of conduit damage in the second conventional method can be solved. Therefore, according to the method of the present invention, both the conventional problems of conduit damage and the problems of workability at the time of construction can be eliminated at once, thereby achieving the object of the present invention. . An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 to 3 show one embodiment of the method of the present invention, in which P is a synthetic resin gas pipe as an example of the conduit. [0008] The gas pipe P is buried at a position where it passes below a surface formation such as an open channel 3. At a position above the gas pipe P as the buried pipe and below a surface formation such as the open channel 3, a marker sheet 4 made of synthetic resin is provided.
However, it is buried as a mark (a mark indicating the existence under the gas pipe P) when earth and sand are re-excavated in some construction after the construction work of the gas pipe P. The buried pipe has been subjected to a protective treatment by the method of the present invention (see FIGS. 1 and 2). Next, the procedure of the method of the present invention will be specifically described. First, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), a band-shaped sheet 2 (in the present embodiment, the label sheet 4 which is a standard product and therefore inexpensive, is diverted as the band-shaped sheet 2) for the gas pipe P. After winding spirally while partially overlapping, both ends are fixed with tape. Then, around the spirally wound band-shaped sheet 2, FIG.
As shown in (b), a sheath tube 1 for protecting the gas tube P is fitted to the outside, and both ends of the sheath tube 1 are attached to the band sheet 2 or the gas tube P (the band sheet 2 in the present embodiment). On the other hand, it is fixed in a sealed state by tape fixing. According to the method of the present invention, the gas pipe P
Since the strip-shaped sheet 2 exists between the sheath pipe 1 and the gas pipe P, the gas pipe P does not directly contact the sheath pipe 1. Further, in comparison with the work of filling the gap between the gas pipe P and the sheath pipe 1 with the filler, which is required in the second conventional method, the band-like sheet 2 in the gas pipe P required in the method of the present invention. (And the operation of externally fitting the sheath tube 1 after the winding) has extremely good workability. Further, unlike the filler material such as sand in the second conventional method, the strip-shaped sheet 2 which does not damage the gas pipe P even if it comes into direct contact with the gas pipe P after the construction. Therefore, the gas pipe P is not damaged due to the contact with the filler or the like in the case of the second conventional method. Also,
As the band-shaped sheet 2, the sign sheet 4, which is a standard product and therefore inexpensive, is diverted, so that the material cost can be reduced. Next, another embodiment will be described. In the above-described embodiment, the conduit is a gas pipe made of synthetic resin. However, even if the conduit is a conduit other than the gas pipe that needs protection (for example, a water pipe made of synthetic resin), the present invention is not limited thereto. It goes without saying that the invention method can be applied. In the claims, reference numerals are provided for convenience of comparison with the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the configuration shown in the accompanying drawings.
