(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 生ごみを微生物で分解処理する生ごみ処
理装置本体を厨房台内に設置し、厨房台面に設けた生ご
みの投入口と上記生ごみ処理装置本体の生ごみ処理槽内
とをダクトにて連通させ、生ごみ処理装置本体内の排気
を外部に排気する排気経路に加熱脱臭する脱臭器と送風
ファンとを配置した生ごみ処理装置であって、投入口を
開けたときに生ごみ処理装置本体内の臭気が厨房内に逆
流しないようにするため、投入口を開けると同時に送風
ファンによる排気風量をアップさせると共に一定時間後
に通常風量若しくは通常風量より少しアップした排気風
量になるように送風ファンを制御したことを特徴とする
生ごみ処理装置。
