キャスターにおいては垂設した壁体の軸孔に回転軸を貫
通させると共に、この回転軸に車輪を固定しなくてはな
らず組み立てが複雑であった。即ち、キャスターは最低
でもキャスター本体の他に車輪と回転軸が別部材として
存在することとなり、これらの3種の部材を組み立てな
くてはならないと共にこれらの部品管理の手間も生じ
た。又、従来技術のキャスターにおいては被取り付け体
に対する回動軸や車輪の回転軸には金属部品を使用して
おり、製造にあたって樹脂成形と金属加工の異なる工程
を必要とし作業効率が悪かった。 【0005】 【課題を解決するための手段】この発明は以上の従来技
術の問題点に鑑みて創作され、作業効率が良く、低コス
トで製造可能なキャスターを提供することを目的とする
ものである。 【0006】即ち、この発明のキャスターは、上方に回
動軸を突設したプラスチック製のキャスター本体の下方
に垂設した壁体に壁体下端を開放側とした円状の切り欠
き溝を設け、切り欠き溝の円の直径より小なる直径を有
するプラスチック製の回転軸により固定されたプラスチ
ック製の双輪の車輪の回転軸を切り欠き溝内に挿入後、
切り欠き溝の開放側を加熱により車輪の回転軸より幅狭
とすることにより車輪をキャスター本体に回転自在に保
持したことを特徴とする。 【0007】この発明のキャスターの最大の特徴は車輪
