【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、α相とγ相を有す
る2相ステンレス熱延鋼帯、特にCrを22wt%前後
含む22%Cr2相ステンレス熱延鋼帯の製造方法に関
する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】α相とγ相を有する2相ステンレス鋼
は、炭酸ガスや硫化水素ガスなどの腐食環境下で優れた
耐食性を有するため油井管などに適用されている。しか
し、2相ステンレス鋼は熱間加工性が良くないため、一
般の熱延鋼帯の場合と同様に高い加工度と歪速度で熱間
圧延すると、耳割れなどの欠陥が発生し製品歩留まりを
大きく低下させる。 【0003】そのため、特公平2ー54404号公報、
特公平7ー65111号公報、特開平5−255737
号公報、特開平6−81037号公報などには、熱間圧
延に先立ちスラブに加工熱処理を加えたり、B添加と粗
バー加熱を行ったり、幅方向に圧下を加えたり、成分調
整をより厳密に行ったりして耳割れを防止するための方
法が提案されている。 【0004】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、本発明
者等が上記特許公報に記載の方法を検討したところ、耳
割れの発生がσ相の析出ではなく、特定の温度域におけ
るα相とγ相の変形能の相違に起因している22wt%
前後のCrを含む22%Cr2相ステンレス熱延鋼帯の
場合は、必ずしも耳割れの発生を防止できない場合があ
った。 【0005】本発明はこのような問題を解決するために
なされたもので、確実に耳割れの発生を防止できる22
%Cr2相ステンレス熱延鋼帯の製造方法を提供するこ
とを目的とする。 【0006】 【課題を解決するための手段】上記課題は以下の手段に
より解決される。 1.Crを21〜23wt%を含む22%Cr2相ステ
ンレス熱延鋼帯を製造するに際し、前記組成のスラブを
1050〜1150℃に加熱後、粗圧延する工程と、前
記粗圧延後の粗バーを加熱することにより900℃以上
の仕上温度で仕上圧延する工程と、を有してなる耳割れ
発生防止に優れた22%Cr2相ステンレス熱延鋼帯の
製造方法。 【0007】本発明者等が、22%Cr2相ステンレス
鋼板用のスラブを用い、種々の熱延条件と耳割れ発生の
関係を実験室的に検討したところ、以下に示すように、
耳割れ発生には圧延前の加熱温度と圧延温度が大きな影
響を及ぼしていることが明らかになった。 【0008】図1に、耳割れ発生の限界圧下率と加熱温
度および圧延温度との関係を示す。ここで、耳割れ発生
の限界圧下率とは、この圧下率以下の圧下率で圧延すれ
ば耳割れが発生しない上限の圧下率のことであり、この
圧下率が40%以上であれば、実機においても耳割れの
発生がないことを確認している。 【0009】図1に示すように、加熱温度を1150℃
以下にし、しかも圧延温度を900℃以上にすれば、常
に40%以上の耳割れ発生の限界圧下率が得られ、確実
に耳割れの発生を防止できることがわかる。 【0010】しかしながら、実機において加熱温度を1
150℃以下にすると、粗圧延や仕上圧延を900℃以
上で行うことは非常に困難になる。 【0011】そのため、粗圧延を900℃以上で行うに
は、加熱温度を1050℃以上にする必要がある。 【0012】また、900℃以上の仕上温度で仕上圧延
するには、粗バーを適当な温度まで加熱する必要があ
る。粗バーの加熱温度は、加熱前の粗バーの温度やその
後の圧延条件などにより適宜設定すればよい。 【0013】粗バーの加熱方法としては、粗バーを誘導
加熱コイル中やトンネル炉中に通過させて加熱するのが
簡便な方法である。 【0014】 【実施例】表1に示す成分系の厚さ250mmのスラブ
を用い、表2に示す熱延条件で板厚2.8と4.5mm
の2相ステンレス熱延鋼帯1〜6を製造した。なお、こ
のときの粗バーの厚みは約30mmであり、その加熱は
粗バーを誘導加熱コイル中に通過させて幅全体を加熱す
る方法で行った。そして、目視により巻取り後の鋼帯エ
ッジに発生する耳割れの有無を調査した。 【0015】結果を表2に示す。加熱温度を1050〜
1150℃の範囲内にし、粗バーの加熱により仕上温度
を900℃以上に確保できた鋼帯3、4、5には、いず
れも耳割れの発生が認められなかった。 【0016】一方、加熱温度を1200℃にした鋼帯1
や、加熱温度が1150℃であっても粗バーの加熱をし
なかったために仕上温度が900℃未満になった鋼帯2
には、耳割れの発生が認められた。なお、加熱温度を1
000℃にした鋼帯6は、圧延中に破断が起こり巻取れ
なかった。この原因は、粗圧延自体が900℃を大きく
下回って行われたために粗圧延時に耳割れが発生し、仕
上圧延時にそれを起点に割れが進行したためと思われ

いるので、確実に耳割れの発生を防止できる22%Cr
2相ステンレス熱延鋼板の製造方法を提供できる。
