面を内装板によって覆うことの要請が高まりつつある。
又、漏水の生じているトンネルに対する面導水処理後の
壁面を内装板によって覆う施工方法が知られている。
又、このトンネル内装板の施工に於いては、複数枚数の
トンネル内装板が組み合わせて施工されている。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら上記の如
きトンネル内装板のパネル取付構造に於いては、トンネ
ル内壁面の不揃いを吸収することが困難であり、若干の
凹凸に対してもパネル表面が不揃いになるという問題が
あった。 【0004】そこで本発明者は従来の欠点に鑑み鋭意研
究の結果、下地面の凹凸を容易に吸収できる不陸調整パ
ネル取付構造を提供するものである。 【0005】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明不陸調整パネル取
付構造は相対する2側縁の夫々に複数の逆ネジの雌ネジ
が設けられたパネルと、基面に複数の順ネジの雌ネジが
設けられ、基面の1側面が略直角に折曲されて立面とな
され、この立面の他側面が直角に折曲されて取付面とな
され、この取付面にボルト孔が穿設された取付金具と、
一端から略中央に亘って順ネジが螺設され、他端から略
中央に亘って逆ネジが設けられた両ネジボルトからな
り、壁面に取り付けられた取付金具と、前記パネルがこ
の両ネジボルトで螺着されたもので、パネル設置後両ネ
ジボルトを回転させることにより、パネルのレベル調整
が容易にできる。 【0006】 【発明の実施の形態】以下、図面を参照しながら本発明
に付いて説明する。1はパネルであり、珪酸カルシウム
板等の無機板を基板として、表面を塗装して作製された
パネルや鋼板やアルミ板に塗装や琺瑯処理をして作製さ
れたパネル、或いはステンレス鋼板等で作製されたパネ
ルが用いられる。パネル1の2側縁の適宜位置に夫々複

33の他側面が略直角に折曲されて取付面34となさ
れ、この取付面34にボルト孔35が穿設されている。
この雌ネジ31が設けられた基面32とボルト孔35が
穿設された取付面34とが略平行面となされ、適宜高低
差が設けられている。角座金4は適宜大きさの鋼板等の
金属板の中央にボルト孔が穿設され、片面にゴムシート
やスポンジシート等の弾性シート41が貼着されてい
る。トンネル内壁に埋設されたアンカーボルト5に取付
金具3が螺着されるときこの角座金4の弾性シート貼着
面を取付金具3に当接することにより防水シート2内に
水が侵入するのを防いでいる。 【0009】6は両ネジボルトであり、この一端から略
中央に亘って順ネジ61が螺設され、他端から略中央に
亘って逆ネジ62が螺設されており、端面には十字孔が
設けられ、ドライバーで回しやすくなされている。この

を螺入固定しておく。次に、トンネル内壁前面に亘って
防水シート2を仮止めし、前記した、取付金具3を両縁
に取り付けたパネル1をこの防水シート2に当接し、取
付金具3のボルト孔35に合わせて、アンカーボルト孔
をドリルで穿設する。このアンカーボルト孔にアンカー
ボルト5が挿入、固着され、このアンカーボルト5の壁
面から露出されたボルト部51に取付金具が嵌装され、
角座金を介してナットで取付金具が固定される。 【0011】次に、取付金具3の雌ネジ31に両ネジボ
ルト6の順ネジ61を螺入し、パネル1の2側縁に設け
られた雌ネジ11のうち一方の側縁に設けられた雌ネジ

し、トンネル内壁面の所望部にパネルを設置する。パネ
ルの設置後、パネルの取付レベルが不揃いとなったとき
は、パネル1の2側縁に螺入されている前記両ネジボル
ト6を回転させ、パネル1と取付金具3の間隔を調整す
ることにより、パネル1の取付レベルが均一になされ
る。パネル1のレベル調整後両ネジボルト6は接着剤等
で固定され、パネル1の雌ネジ11はコーキング等で埋
められる。 【0012】 【発明の効果】上述の如く、本発明不陸調整パネル取付
構造は相対する2側縁の夫々に複数の逆ネジの雌ネジが
設けられたパネルと、基面に複数の順ネジの雌ネジが設
けられ、基面の1側面が略直角に折曲されて立面となさ
れ、この立面の他側面が直角に折曲されて取付面となさ
れ、この取付面にボルト孔が穿設された取付金具と、一
端から略中央に亘って順ネジが螺設され、他端から略中
央に亘って逆ネジが設けられた両ネジボルトからなり、
壁面に取り付けられた取付金具と、前記パネルがこの両
ネジボルトで螺着されたもので、パネル設置後両ネジボ
ルトを回転させることにより、パネルのレベル調整が容
易にできる。両ネジボルトは順ネジと逆ネジが設けられ
ているので、両ネジボルトが1回転されると、2回転分
パネルが移動され、僅かな回転でパネルのレベル調整が
できる。又、パネルの破損時等、パネルの2側面の両ネ
ジボルトを外すのみでパネルを容易に外すことができ、
パネルの交換が容易にできる。
