Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method of stacking printing sheets discharged from a rotary printing press or the like so as to be convenient for transportation and handling in a post-process. The present invention relates to a printing book stacking apparatus for performing printing. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 8A, a table chain 1 constituting a horizontally provided integrated table is known.
Are vertically fed by a stacking belt 3 from above, and are supported in a state where the print books are erected on the table chain 1 and the leading end thereof is regulated by a front presser 4 to collect the print books 2A. Is known. In this printing book stacking apparatus, when a predetermined number of printing books are stacked, the printing book group 2A is discharged without disturbing the printing book group 2A, and also during this time, the partition stack 5 and the temporary presser 6 are stacked.
Are provided, and their operations are performed as follows. That is, as shown in FIG. 8B, when a predetermined amount of the book group 2A is accumulated, the feeding of the book sheets is temporarily interrupted, and the partition skewers 5 waiting behind the accumulation belt 3 are moved by arrows. In the direction shown in FIG.
A is moved between the presser foot 4 and the partition skewer 5, and then
The temporary presser 6 that has been waiting immediately below the stacking belt 3 is raised, and then, as shown in FIG.
Is restarted, and the temporary presser 6 is used to accumulate the booklets. While stacking is performed using the temporary presser 6, the group 2A sent out earlier is transferred to the table chain 1 by appropriate means.
9A, the partitioning skewer 5 is lowered as shown in FIG. 9A, and then is moved behind the stacking belt 3 under the group of printing books 2A being stacked, and is shown in FIG. 9B. And return it to the original standby position. Also, presser foot 4
It is advanced to the delivery position for switching to the temporary presser 6, and is kept at that position. When the temporary presser 6 moves as the printing sheets 2 accumulate and reaches just before the front presser 4 waiting at the delivery position, the temporary presser 6 is retracted downward as shown in FIG. The front end of the group 2A of printed paper is supported by the front presser 4. Thereafter, the stacking using the front presser 4 is performed.
On the other hand, the temporary presser 6 then returns to the lower position immediately before the accumulation belt 3 and waits for the next operation. This completes one cycle and returns to the state of FIG. [0005] However, in such a conventional print book stacking apparatus, as shown in FIG.
When transferring the group of prints supported by
The temporary presser 6 located in front of the presser presser 6 is pulled out, and at that moment, a gap is formed between the print book group 2A and the front presser 4 by the thickness of the temporary presser 6, and the print book group is loosened. There is a problem that disturbance occurs. Further, since the positions of the temporary presser 6 and the partition skewer 5 need to be interchanged, it is necessary to hold them on different traveling rails so that they do not interfere with each other.
In addition, two or more temporary pressers 6 and partition skewers 5 are provided so as to come into contact with two or more distant portions of the printed book, respectively.
Each of the plurality of temporary pressers 6 and each of the plurality of partitioning skewers 5 cannot be configured to move up and down and move horizontally as a single unit by linking them. It is necessary to provide a mechanism, and there has been a problem that the device configuration is complicated. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and it is possible to smoothly transfer a printing press group supported by a temporary presser to a front presser, and to raise and lower a temporary presser and a partition skewer. It is another object of the present invention to provide a printing-book collecting apparatus capable of simplifying a traveling mechanism. [0005] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention, as shown in the embodiment of the drawings, includes a front holding device 18, a partition skewer device 20, and a temporary holding device on a support rail 24. The temporary holding device 22 is supported in this order. The temporary holding device 22 includes a temporary holding moving table 26 supported by a support rail 24, a temporary holding support plate 27 held horizontally on the temporary holding table 26, and an interval between the temporary holding support plate 27. Lifting and lowering mechanism 2 for vertically moving the plurality of temporary pressers 28 and the temporary presser support plate 27
9, a partition skewer device 20, a partition skewer moving base 34 supported by the support rail 24, a partition skewer support plate 35 horizontally held thereon, and a space between the partition skewer support plate 35 and A plurality of vertically mounted partition skewers 36 and an elevating mechanism 37 for raising and lowering the partition skewer support plate 35 are provided. The front holding device 18 is provided with a front holding moving table 40 supported by the support rail 24 and a horizontal holding member. Front holding support plate 41 held
And a plurality of front pressers 42 that are vertically spaced from the front press support plate 41. The position of the front presser 42 in the horizontal plane is set to a position shifted laterally with respect to the temporary presser 28 and the partition skewer 36,
The front presser foot 42 has a front presser foot support plate 41 holding it.
The print book supporting end 42a is formed at a position extending further toward the stacking belt side, and the partition skewers 36 and the temporary presser 28 are provided between the print book supporting end 42a and the front pressing support plate 41.
And can be stored. Since the printing book stacking apparatus of the present invention has the above-described structure, as shown in FIG.
8 is retracted behind the accumulation belt 12 and the front presser 4
6, the partitioning skewer 36 and the temporary presser 28 are moved to the stacking belt 1 as shown in FIGS. 6B and 6C.
2 and discharge the printed book group 10A, and the subsequent printed sheets can be collected using the temporary presser 28. Thereafter, as shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, By moving the front presser 42 to a predetermined delivery position and holding it at that position, the temporary presser 28 is stored behind the print support end 42a of the front presser 42, so that the group of booklets being accumulated is 10A can be smoothly transferred from the temporary presser 28 to the front presser 42, and the stacking of the printed books can be performed without disturbance. Further, after the transfer to the front presser 42 is completed, the partitioning skewer 36 and the temporary presser 28 can be returned to the original retreat position under the group of printing sheets 10A being accumulated. Further, at the time of these operations, since it is not necessary to change the positions of the partition skewer 36 and the temporary presser 28, the plurality of partition skewers 36 and the plurality of temporary holders 28 are respectively connected to one partition skewer support plate 35 and one temporary skewer support plate 35. Attached to the temporary holding support plate 27, it can be lifted and lowered integrally, and the partition skewer support base 34 and the temporary holding support base 26 holding them can be held and run on the same support rail 24, and the structure can be improved. It can be simplified. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described. Here, the position of the front presser 42 in the horizontal plane is a position shifted laterally with respect to the temporary presser 28 and the partition skewer 36 as can be clearly understood from FIG. Further, as can be clearly understood from FIG. 1, the front presser 42 has a shape extending toward the stacking belt 12 side from the front presser support plate 41 holding the front presser 42, and has a print book support end 42a at its tip. And the printing book support end 4
The partition skewer 36 and the temporary presser 28 can be stored between 2a and the front presser support plate 41. Next, the operation of the printing book stacking apparatus having the above configuration will be described with reference to FIGS. Now, it is assumed that normal printing book accumulation is performed. At this time, as shown in FIG. 6 (a), the scissor-shaped printing paper discharged from the rotary printing press is sent vertically downward by the accumulation belt 12 and is blocked by the table chain 16 and simultaneously opened to the open side. Stacked, the leading end is supported by the front presser 42, and the
OA is formed. At this time, the partition skewer 36 and the temporary presser 28 are waiting behind the accumulation belt 12. When the stacking of a fixed length of book groups or the stacking of a fixed number of copies is completed, the supply of the booklets by the stacking belt 12 is temporarily stopped, and during that time, FIGS. 6B and 6C are used. As shown in FIG. 7, the partitioning skewer 36 passes through the accumulation belt 12 to support the rear end side of the group of prints 10A, and discharges the group of prints 10A together with the front presser 42 from the accumulation position. at the same time,
The temporary presser 28 also passes through the accumulation belt 12 and moves to the accumulation start position in front of the accumulation belt 12, and then the accumulation is started using the temporary presser 28. Then, FIG.
As shown in (d), while the stacking is performed using the temporary presser 28, the previously sent out printing book group 10A is replaced with an arm or the like (not shown) and taken out to a predetermined place. On this occasion,
The front presser 42 and the partition skewer 36 are a group of printing books 10A formed by an arm or the like.
If it interferes with the gripping of the
6 is lowered to a position where it does not interfere with the arm or the like. From the top of the table chain 16, the printing book group 10A
Then, the front presser 42 is raised to the original position, and is moved to a predetermined delivery position, as shown in FIG. At the same time, the partition skewer 36 is retracted behind the book support end 42a of the front presser 42. In this state, if the accumulation by the temporary presser 28 is continued, the temporary presser 28 moves toward the front presser 42, and finally comes to a position overlapping the front presser 42 as shown in FIG. 7B. . As a result, the leading end of the stacked printing book group 10A is supported by the front presser 42, so that the temporary presser 28
Is transferred to the front presser 42 from

Is delivered to At the end of the delivery,
As shown in (c), the temporary presser 28 descends to a position where the temporary presser 28 does not interfere with the book group 10A. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 7 (d), the temporary presser 28 and the partition skewer 36 are in
To move behind the accumulation belt 12 and then ascend to return to the state of FIG. Thus, one cycle is completed, and the same cycle is repeated thereafter. In the above description, as shown in FIG. 6 (d), after the print book group 10A is gripped by an arm or the like (not shown) and taken out, as shown in FIG. In the present embodiment, the front presser 42 is moved to the delivery position.
A can be lowered below A.
When A is on the table chain 16, the front presser 42 may be moved under the lower portion to a predetermined delivery position. Further, when the print book group 10A on the table chain 16 is gripped and taken out by an arm or the like (not shown),
If there is no problem even if the front presser 42 is not lowered, it is not necessary to lower the front presser 42, and in that case,
The lifting mechanism 43 may be omitted. As is apparent from the above description, the present invention provides a printing press supporting surface 42a of a front presser 42 and a front presser support plate 41.
The temporary skewer 36 and the temporary presser 28 can be stored between the temporary pressers 28, so that the printed sheets accumulated by the temporary presser 28 can be smoothly transferred to the front presser 42, thereby causing the print book to be disturbed. This has the effect that the booklet stacking can be performed while maintaining the alignment required for the post-process. In addition, the print support surface 42a of the front presser 42 and the front presser support plate 41
The partitioning skewer 36 and the temporary presser 28 can be stored between them, so that the positional relationship between the partition skewer 36 and the temporary presser 28 does not need to be exchanged. Each of them can be attached to one partition skewer support plate 35 and one temporary holding support plate 27 to be moved up and down integrally, and further, these partition skewer support plate 35 and temporary holding support plate 27 are held respectively. The partition skewer support base 40 and the temporary presser support base 34 can be run while being held on the common support rail 24, and a mechanism for raising and lowering the plurality of partition skewers 36 and the temporary presser foot 28 and a mechanism for moving the same. Can also be simplified.
