In this air conditioning system, a vertical ventilation layer is formed between the inner walls of a plurality of rooms provided inside the house and the outer wall of the house, and the vertical ventilation layer forms a ceiling back ventilation layer and an underfloor ventilation layer. An air conditioner having a heating / cooling function is provided outside the house. The air conditioner is provided with a switching means, and by switching the switching means, for example, in winter, warm air is circulated upward in each room and the vertical ventilation layer to effectively heat each room, and In the summer, the cool air is circulated in the downward direction to cool each room effectively.

In the above air conditioning system, since the direction of the flow of warm air or cold air is switched by a single switching means, it is not possible to individually control each room or each floor. without the warm or cold air, or through the inside of each room, or a not simply selected through the longitudinal air layer. In addition, in a typical duct-type air conditioning construction example, only blowout or shut-off in the room is selected, so that a load is applied to the blower at the time of shut-off, which may shorten the life of the device.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, by switching the switching means of each room, the warm air or the cold air sent from the air conditioner is directly passed through the room, thereby rapidly increasing the thermal efficiency of the room. Well heating or cooling, or conversely, do not pass warm air or cold air directly to the room, but guide it to the underfloor ventilation layer to heat and cool the room from the outside of the inner wall, so-called clean heating and cooling, use of each room The selection can be made according to the situation, and the selection function of the air conditioner is improved. Not only can the entire house be heated and cooled efficiently, but by switching the switching means of each room individually, some rooms and some floors can be concentrated and heated depending on the usage status of each room. It is possible to effectively utilize heat energy. In addition, by air-conditioning the outside of the room, such as under the floor or above the ceiling, it is possible to perform heat storage, cool storage, and temperature adjustment using the building structure.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the warm air or the cool air that has passed through the interior of each room by the switching means or has flowed upward from the underfloor ventilation layer through the vertical ventilation layer to the ceiling back ventilation layer. By collecting and returning it to the air conditioner, the conditioned air can be constantly circulated upward, and efficient heating and cooling can be achieved.

According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the cool air that is difficult to flow upward is circulated upward by opening the ventilation control shutter provided on the ceiling and sucking the cool air toward the ventilation layer behind the ceiling. In addition to this, by closing this ventilation control shutter during heating,
It is possible to prevent the warm air from flowing rapidly upward and the heating effect from being deteriorated.
