【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、リンクの損傷等により

したルーバー式ブラインドに関する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】ルーバー式ブラインドは、窓枠の両側の
側枠の間に平行に差し渡して軸支した多数枚のルーバー
を、夫々側枠に沿って摺動自由に装着した作動体にリン
クを介して連結し、作動体の摺動により各ルーバーを傾
動させて開度を変える構造となっている。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】このようなルーバー式
ブラインドでは、軽量化の促進等のためにリンクを合成
樹脂製とすることがあるが、経年後に樹脂が劣化するこ
とによってリンクが損傷し、ルーバーが外れて落下する
おそれが無いとは言えなかった。 【0004】本発明は、そのようなルーバーの落下事故
が起きるのを確実に防止するのを目的とするものであ
る。 【0005】 【課題を解決するための手段】上記の目的を達成するた
めの手段として、窓枠の両側の側枠の間に平行に差し渡
して軸支した多数枚のルーバーを、取付シューをもって
各ルーバーに結合された連結部材のリンクを介して、夫
々側枠に沿って摺動自由に装着した作動体に連結し、作
動体の摺動により各ルーバーを傾動させて開度を変える
ようにした屋根に開口した窓孔に装着された天窓の下側
に装着される本発明のルーバー式ブラインドは、各ルー
バーの両端部の上方を横切って支持ワイヤを渡して固定
部材に固定し、各支持ワイヤからルーバーと同数組の吊
下ワイヤを垂れ下げて各ルーバーとは取付シューと同型
の取付部材により連結し、各ルーバーが側枠からはずれ
ても吊下ワイヤに吊り下げられて落下することが防止さ
れる構成とした。 【0006】 【発明の作用及び効果】リンクの損傷等によってルーバ
ーが側枠から外れると、支持ワイヤから垂下した吊下ワ
イヤによりルーバーが吊り下げられる。すなわち、ルー
バーが落下するのが確実に防止される。 【0007】 【実施例】以下、本発明の一実施例を図1〜図3に基づ
いて説明する。本実施例のルーバー式ブラインドは、屋
根に開口した窓孔に装着された天窓の下面側に装着され
るものであって、その窓孔の屋内側に嵌着される方形の
窓枠1の前後の側枠2の内側には、図2に示すようにフ
レーム3が固定されて、そのフレーム3に、図示しない
駆動装置と連結されてフレーム3の長さ方向に沿って往
復摺動される作動板5が装着されており、両フレーム3
の間に、多数枚のルーバー6が互いに平行に差し渡され
ている。 【0008】各ルーバー6の裏面には全長にわたって取
付レール7が形成され、その両端に連結部材9が取り付
けられるようになっており、この連結部材9は、図3に
示すように、基板10の一端にL字形のリンク11が形
成され、その基端に支持軸12が、先端に係合ピン13
がそれぞれ突設されているとともに、上面にストッパ筒
14が形成されており、この連結部材9の基板10が取
付レール7内に挿通されて、その上面から、一端側の側
縁に取付レール7の上端に形成された係止部16を跨い
で挟持する挟持部20を形成した取付シュー19が、嵌
合孔22内にストッパ筒14を嵌入し、また、他端側の
側縁を内方に折曲して形成した突当部21を取付レール
7の上縁に形成した切欠部17aに合わせつつ嵌め込ま
れ、連結部材9がレール7に沿った方向の移動不能かつ
上方への抜け不能に取り付けられている。 【0009】この連結部材9のリンク11の基端の支持
軸12が、上記した固定のフレーム3の所定位置に回転
自由に支持されるとともに、先端の係合ピン13が作動
板5に形成された長孔24に嵌合され、作動板5の摺動
により、各ルーバー6が、リンク11の揺動を介して、
支持軸12を中心として図2(A)の全閉位置と同図
(B)の全開位置との間で傾動して、開度を変えるよう
になっている。 【0010】続いて、本発明の特徴であるルーバーの落
下防止に係る構造を説明する。図1に示すように、窓枠
1の左右の側枠26には、その上縁に取付板27が連成
され、その両取付板27の間に、各ルーバー6の両端部
の連結部材9の取付位置の少し内側の位置の上方を横切
るようにして2本の支持ワイヤ29が差し渡され、各支
持ワイヤ29の両端が取付板27に透設された取付孔3
0を通して巻き付けられて、蝶ねじ32で締め付けられ
る押圧板31で押し付けられて固定され、各支持ワイヤ

とによって移動不能に固定されており、その取付シュー
19に形成された嵌合孔22内に、その嵌合孔22の下
側の口縁に係止する係止板35を下端の外周に突成した
挿通筒34が下側から嵌められて、その挿通筒34内
に、その挿通筒34の下面に係止する端末具38を下端
に固着した吊下ワイヤ37が挿通されて、その上端に形
成された連結輪部39が、図1に示すように上記した支
持ワイヤ29に通されている。 【0012】この場合、吊下ワイヤ37は、通常のルー
バー6の傾動動作時には挿通筒34内で移動しつつ引っ
