[Operation] Since a semi-circular arc portion for insulator engagement is bent and formed in the center of the multiple metal wire portion, and a long spiral portion and a short spiral portion for winding electric wires are bent and formed on both end sides of the semi-circular arc portion, The portion near the spiral portion of the semi-circular arc portion where stress is likely to be concentrated and easily breaks is formed by the multiple metal wire, and the strength is strong accordingly. Since it is made of multiple metal wires, it is more flexible and easier to absorb vibration than one made of one thick metal wire having the same cross-sectional area.
In addition, since it is integrated, workability is good, and only a necessary portion is made of the multiple metal wire, and the weight can be reduced as compared with the case where the whole is made of the multiple metal wire.

In FIG. 1, an electric wire winding bind 20 of the present invention is shorter than a long metal wire 22 made of hard aluminum, hard copper, hard steel wire or the like, which has elasticity and high tension, in the central portion in the longitudinal direction. Another metal wire 24 made of hard aluminum, hard copper, hard steel wire or the like and having elasticity and high tension is arranged and fixed in parallel, and a multiple metal wire portion 26 is formed in the central portion. As shown in FIG. 1 (c), the multiple metal wire portion 26 is formed by coating two metal wires 22 and 24 with covering materials 28 and 28 such as synthetic resin, and the covering wires are parallel to each other. It is fixed with adhesive. Alternatively, the two metal wires 22 and 24 may be arranged in parallel in a state of being slightly separated or in contact with each other, and the metal wires 22 and 24 may be entirely covered with the covering material 28. Furthermore, the number of metal wires to be multiplexed is not limited to two, and may be three or more if necessary. Further, in the central portion of the multi-metal wire portion 26, semi-circular arc portions 22a, 24a for engaging the insulator that can be wound around the neck portion of the insulator 12 are integrally bent and formed, and both ends thereof are smaller than the wire diameter of the overhead wire 14. The spiral portion for winding the electric wire, which has an inner diameter, is bent and formed. Here, a long spiral portion 22b is bent and formed on the long metal wire 22, and a short spiral portion 24b is bent and formed on the short metal wire 24. The long spiral portion 22b and the short spiral portion 24b are both integral and parallel.

Although two metal wires 22 and 24 are used,
It is integrated, and work similar to the conventional one is sufficient. Then, the semi-circular arc portions 22a and 24a and the spiral portion 22
The connecting portion of b and 24b is composed of two metal wires, and is stronger than that of one. And it is more flexible than one metal wire having the cross-sectional area of these two metal wires. Moreover, in the multiple metal wire portion 26, the metal wires 22 and 24 are covered with the covering material 28, the vibration of the overhead wire 14 is absorbed by the covering material 28, and the vibration propagated to the metal wires 22 and 24 is attenuated. . Further, the covering material 28 is interposed between the metal wires 22 and 24 and the insulator 12 and the overhead wire 14, and the metal wires 22 and 24 are prevented from being worn. Due to these factors, the electric wire winding bind 20 of the present invention has the same workability as that of the conventional one, but has excellent durability. It should be noted that, as compared with one formed by two long metal wires, one metal wire can be made lighter by the shorter amount, and the work can be performed easily by the lighter amount.

In another embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the long spiral portions 32b and 32b of the long metal wire 32 and the short spiral portions 34b and 34b of the short metal wire 34 have the same pitch. , Because the position in the longitudinal direction is shifted in advance,
There is no overlap. However, the conventional 2 of the same shape
When the electric wire winding binds 10 and 10 are attached to the insulator 12 and the overhead electric wire 14, the metal wires may partially overlap with each other, which makes the work difficult. If the metal wires are overlapped with each other, the metal wires are rubbed against each other and worn, and the wires are easily broken. Therefore, in the electric wire winding bind 30 of the present invention, the metal wires do not overlap with each other, and the durability is correspondingly excellent.

In the electric wire winding bind according to the first aspect of the present invention, the portion which was easily broken in the past due to the repeated vibration of the overhead wire is made of a multi-layer metal wire, which is strong in strength and has high flexibility and vibration. Is easy to absorb. Therefore, the concentration of stress is small and the durability is excellent. Moreover, since it is integrated, the work of binding the aerial wire to the insulator is completed and the workability is good by the same work as the conventional one. Further, the electric wire winding bind of the present invention does not consist of multiple metal wires in the entire longitudinal direction, but uses multiple metal wires only in the necessary portions, and can be made lighter by that amount. Therefore, since the mounting work is performed at a high place, the weight saving of the parts is convenient for the work and the safety.

Further, in the electric wire winding bind according to the present invention, since the portion of the multiple metal wire is covered with the covering material, the covering material absorbs and attenuates the vibration, and the vibration is transmitted to the metal wire. Is reduced and durability is improved accordingly. Further, since the covering material is interposed between the insulator and the overhead wire and the metal wire, the metal wire is not worn, and the metal wire is not easily broken due to the wear.

Further, in the electric wire winding bind according to the third aspect of the invention, like the first aspect of the invention, the portion where the wire is easily broken is double and the wire is hard to be broken. Furthermore, it is also possible to additionally attach a short metal wire to the binding support structure of the overhead wire to the existing insulator to reinforce it.
