【産業上の利用分野】本発明は,自動車等の車両に燃料
を補給する給油所に設置され,使用に供される灰皿洗浄
器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来より,給油所においては,給油の
際,サービスの一環として,車両に装備されている灰皿
の洗浄を行っているが,灰皿洗浄器を作動させる方法と
して,押釦スイッチを洗浄室の外側に設置して手動で操
作するものや,光検知器を洗浄室内に設置したもの等が
ある。
【0003】しかしながら,押釦スイッチを洗浄室の外
側に設置したものは,洗浄に際し,洗浄室内に灰皿を挿
入するとともに,押釦スイッチを作動させるため,両手
で操作しなければならず,作業性に問題があった。

汚れ等によって誤動作したり,意図しないときに作動し
たりする不都合があった。

従来使用されている灰皿洗浄器における問題点を解決し

【課題を解決するための手段】すなわち本発明に係る給
油所用灰皿洗浄器は、開口部を有する洗浄室と、前記洗
浄室の内部上方に配置され、蝶番により回動可能に支持
された内天井板と、前記洗浄室の内部上方に配置された
前記内天井板の静止位置より下方向への回動を抑止する
ストッパーと、前記蝶番に取り付けられ、前記洗浄室に
穿設した小孔を貫通して一部を外部に張り出した作動腕
と、前記洗浄室の外側壁に設置され、前記作動腕の回動
により開閉を制御されるスイッチと、前記洗浄室内に設
置された洗浄機構とを備え、前記内天井板が押し上げら
れたとき、前記内天井板が上方へ回動して前記作動腕が
前記スイッチを押し、前記洗浄機構を動作させて前記洗
浄室内に配置した灰皿を洗浄し、前記内天井板に対する
上方向への押し上げを解くと前記内天井板が自重により

方に配置した内天井板3を回動自在に保持する蝶番,4

穿設した小孔8を貫通して洗浄室1の外部に張出してい
る。5は洗浄室1の外側壁において,前記作動腕4の作
動域に設置したスイッチで,作動腕4によりその開閉を
制御される。また7は本発明灰皿洗浄器を収容した筐
体,9は内天井板3の作動範囲を制限するストッパーで
ある。

【実施例】本発明を使用するには,図4に示すように,
灰皿洗浄器を筐体7内に配置し,洗浄器の開口部6が筐
体の正面,側面あるいは背面等々筐体の外側を指向する
ようにし,これを給油所のアイランド等に設置する。
【0010】本発明灰皿洗浄器により,灰皿の洗浄を行
うには,先ず洗浄しようとする灰皿を開口部6に挿入
し,洗浄室1の内部で灰皿を回転して吸殻等を落下させ
る。
【0011】ついで,灰皿を保持したまま,手で内天井
板3を上方に押し上げると,該内天井板3は蝶番2の軸
を中心として上方に回動し,それに伴って該蝶番2に取

押し上げを解いても,前記電気回路による一連のシーケ
ンスが順次作動し,洗浄機構を作動し続けるので,その
間に洗浄作業を行うことができる。

皿の洗浄を終了すれば,前記のように洗浄機構の作動は
終了し自動停止する。なお内天井板3は押し上げを解く
と自重により下方に回動して旧位置に復帰し,ストッパ
ー9により抑止される。
【0013】以上説明したように,本発明灰皿洗浄器
は,操作者が意図したときにのみ確実に作動することに
なり,誤作動の虞れはない。
【0014】なお,上記実施例では,作動腕4を洗浄室
1の外側下方に張出した場合を示したが,下方に限ら
