Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an excellent novel cosmetic containing amorphous silica composite secondary particles, having a good finish and good cosmetic durability. . [0002] In powder cosmetics, when the cosmetic is applied to the skin, it is desired that the cosmetic has good persistence, a good finish and a moist feeling without bulkiness. Conventionally, powders for cosmetics include inorganic extender pigments such as talc, mica and sericite, inorganic coloring pigments such as titanium dioxide iron oxide, pearlescent agents such as titanium mica, and organic powders such as nylon powder. Was. However, cosmetics using conventional powders have not always been satisfactory in terms of good finish and long-lasting makeup. [0003] Cosmetic irregularities of powder cosmetics are caused by sebum and sweat secreted from the skin, and the desired good persistence of cosmetics is due to oil absorption and water absorption of powders in the cosmetics. It must be carried out promptly, and is achieved by high oil absorption and water absorption of the powder. In order to obtain a good finish, it is necessary to make wrinkles and pores on the skin surface inconspicuous. For that purpose, the powder in the cosmetic is required to have an effect of making wrinkles and pores inconspicuous due to a small regular reflection when exposed to light and a large diffuse reflection. [0004] In the case of a commonly used extender such as talc or mica, the oil absorption and water absorption are small,
The water absorption speed is also slow. In addition, there is a problem that wrinkles and pores are conspicuous and the makeup is easily disintegrated in the formulated cosmetic because there are many specular reflections. Spherical porous inorganic powders and spherical porous resin powders are also used, but they have a strong bulkiness and poor adhesion, making it difficult for cosmetics to give a moist feeling and poor adhesion to the skin. There was a drawback to make it. Further, it is hard to say that the composition imparts the property of simultaneously obtaining good cosmetic durability and good finish when blended. Accordingly, there has been a demand for a powder capable of imparting good cosmetic continuity and a good finish to the cosmetic, and a cosmetic having more excellent cosmetic performance by blending the powder. Means for Solving the Problems In view of the above circumstances, the present inventors have conducted intensive studies and as a result, a large number of granular amorphous silica irregularly adhered to acicular amorphous silica. Cosmetic compounded with nearly spherical amorphous silica composite secondary particles in which the composite primary particles are irregularly entangled three-dimensionally has excellent physical properties such as good cosmetic durability and good finish. And completed the present invention. That is, the present invention relates to a substantially spherical composite obtained by three-dimensionally irregularly entangled composite primary particles in which a large number of granular amorphous silica particles are irregularly adhered to acicular amorphous silica particles. The present invention relates to a cosmetic containing amorphous silica composite secondary particles. Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be described in detail. The amorphous silica composite secondary particles used in the present invention are formed into acicular amorphous silica having a length of about 1 to 50 μm and a width of about 0.01 to 20 μm and a granular non-crystalline silica having a particle size of about 5 to 200 nm. The composite primary particles, which are characterized by a large number of amorphous silica particles adhering irregularly, are three-dimensionally irregularly entangled to form substantially spherical particles. The needle shape includes a rod shape and a column shape. An example of the manufacturing process will be described below. The amorphous silica composite secondary particles used in the present cosmetics include International Application No. PCT / JP90 / 01.
235 can be suitably used. For example, white carbon and silica stone powder are used as silicate raw materials, and quicklime is used as a lime raw material, and CaO / SiO 2 is used.
The molar ratio is adjusted to be 1.00, and water is further added to obtain a raw material slurry. This raw material slurry is placed in an autoclave and subjected to pressure and heat treatment with stirring to obtain an aqueous slurry composed of secondary particles of zonotlite. Next, sodium silicate is mixed into the slurry, carbon dioxide gas is injected under stirring, and the mixture is reacted at a temperature of 80 ° C. for 2 hours at 2 kgf / cm 2 . This reaction product is immersed in 3N hydrochloric acid for 1 hour, washed with water and dried to obtain the amorphous silica composite secondary particles used in the present invention. FIG. 1 shows an example of the amorphous silica composite secondary particles thus obtained.
FIG. 2 is a scanning electron micrograph at 0 × magnification, and FIG. 2 is a scanning electron micrograph at 25,000 × magnification of the composite primary particles constituting the composite secondary particles. Thus, the amorphous silica composite secondary particles are three-dimensionally entangled with the composite primary particles in which the granular amorphous silica is attached to the acicular amorphous silica, and are almost hollow spherical particles. It turns out that it has achieved. FIG. 2 is a graph showing the relationship between the particle size of the amorphous silica composite secondary particles and the particle size of the secondary particles.
The thickness is preferably from 0 to 150 μm, and more preferably from 10 to 50 μm in order to further exert the effects of the present invention, and can be prepared by controlling the synthesis conditions and classifying the synthesized product. Further, if it is smaller than 10 μm, the effect of making pores inconspicuous is impaired,
If it is larger than m, it feels rough. The compounding amount of the amorphous silica composite secondary particles is 0.1 to 80% by weight based on the total amount of the cosmetic of the present invention. In order to further exert the effect of the present invention, 0.5
% By weight or more, more preferably 1.0% by weight
That is all. The cosmetics of the present invention are used on the skin, and generally include cosmetics such as various oils, surfactants, drugs, pigments, fragrances, humectants, water, etc., including all for protection and cosmetic purposes. Can be blended. Next, the present invention will be described in more detail by way of examples. However, the present invention is not limited to the examples. Test Example 1 The amorphous silica composite secondary particles used in the present invention and the conventional powder were evaluated for the oil absorption and the effect of making pores inconspicuous. Table 1 shows the results. (Test method) The oil absorption was measured using squalane which is a component in sebum according to JIS K 5101. Regarding the effect of making pores inconspicuous, a lotion was applied to the cheeks of a human and then a certain amount of a sample was applied with a brush, and the pores were made inconspicuous. A sample having an excellent effect of making pores inconspicuous was evaluated as ○, a sample having a slight effect was evaluated as Δ, and a sample having no effect was evaluated as ×. (Hereinafter, blank space) It is clear from the results in the table that the present invention is used.
It was recognized that the amorphous silica composite secondary particles had a large oil absorption, were excellent in cosmetic persistence, and were excellent in the effect of making pores inconspicuous. Example 1 Powder foundation A powder foundation having the composition shown in Table 2 was prepared.
We evaluated the long-lasting makeup and good finish. Table 3 shows the results. (Preparation method) The pigment was mixed, pulverized, transferred to a Henschel mixer, and a binder and the like were mixed by heating and mixed, mixed with the pigment, pulverized again, and passed through a sieve. This was compression-molded on a metal plate to obtain a powder foundation. (Hereinafter, blank) (Evaluation Method) Sensory evaluation was carried out by 10 expert panelists on the goodness of the makeup and the finish, and the results were shown according to the following criteria. ○ ・ ・ ・ ・ ・ ・ ・ I felt that 8 or more people were good. Δ: 4 to 7 people felt good. ×: I felt that less than 4 people were good. [Table 3] As is clear from Table 3, the above powder foundation was excellent in cosmetic durability and finished well by using the amorphous silica composite secondary particles. Example 2 Blush In the same manner as in Example 1, the desired blush was obtained. Composition (%) 1 Talc Remaining amount 2 Mica 15.0 3 Amorphous silica composite secondary particles 5.0 4 Titanium oxide 5.0 5 Red No. 202 2.0 6 Squalane 6.0 7 Dimethylpolysiloxane 6.0 8 Preservative 0.29 Fragrance 0.2 (Margin) Example 3 Powder Eye Shadow An intended powder eye shadow was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1.
