【産業上の利用分野】本発明はゴミ収集車におけるゴミ
破砕装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来の此種ゴミ収集車は、回転軸が一軸
で、例えば、特公昭55−8402号公報に記載されて
いる発明の場合、回転軸に搬送スクリューを設けて、ゴ
ミを搬送しながら破砕して前方に送るようになってい
る。又、実公平3−28001号公報に記載されたもの
においては、回転軸にリンクチェーン又はフレキシブル
長尺材を取付けて、慣性でゴミを破断、破砕する構造の
破砕機を設けていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】前記従来のゴミ収集車
では大まかに破砕してから収納部に押し込むので、ゴミ
間に隙間が生じ、収納の効率が低い。又、破砕機が荒破
砕、細破砕の併設構造の場合には構造全体が長くなり、
ゴミ収納スペースに喰込み、収納量を減らしていた。更
に、破砕機が、ゴミ収納ドラムの出入部を塞ぐことにな
り、収納したゴミを排出する時の排出口が小さくなって
しまう場合があった。又、外部へのゴミ飛び出しを防ぐ
ためには、投入口を狭めたりする必要もあった。そこ
で、本発明においては、高効率の連続破砕が可能で、ゴ
ミを高密度で収納でき、且つゴミを容易に排出できるゴ
ミ収集車におけるゴミ破砕装置を提供しようとするもの
である。

【課題を解決するための手段】ゴミ収集用のドラムの外
枠に固定した両側の支持枠に扉が垂直方向に開閉自在に
装着され、扉の下端部に刃体が互いに噛み合うように2
本の軸に回転自在に装着した破砕機本体をゴミ収集車の
車台上に取付けてゴミ破砕装置を構成することにより、
上記課題を解決した。

【作用】本発明は前記のように構成したもので、破砕機
本体の投入口から投入したゴミは、2本の軸に設けた刃
体で取り込むようにして細断され、ドラムに収納され
る。排出時には支持枠に装着された扉を上方に開くこと
により破砕機本体を排出口から遠ざけ、細断されたゴミ
を簡単に排出する。

【実施例】本発明の実施例を図面に基づき詳細に説明す
ると、図1に示すように車台1に鎖線で示すように傾斜
できるように装着した外筐2の内部にゴミを収集する円
形をした回動できるドラム3(図2参照)を設け、その
外周に設けた外枠4に2本の支持枠51 ,52 を固定
し、両支持枠51 ,52 の両端内側に設けた支持溝6
1 ,62 内に扉7を回動自在に枢着している。

水平な上横材9がその両端を支柱81,82 から突出す
るように固定され、両支柱81 ,82 間の中央には、中

82 には、破砕機本体12が固定されて、扉が構成され
ている。

枢支されている。そして、両支持枠51 ,52 の夫々外
側中央に支片141 ,142を突設し、上横材9の突出
した両端の下面にコ字型の支持片151 ,152 を設
け、支片141 ,142 に扉開閉用シリンダー161 ,
162 の下端を枢着し、支持片151 ,152 にピスト
ンロッド171 ,172 の先端を枢着し、両扉開閉用シ
リンダー161 ,162 の作動で前記ピン13,13を
中心に扉7を垂直方向に開閉できるようになっている。
又、破砕機本体12は図3、4に示すように、箱形をな
し、下方を外部に突出させた形状で、内部に2本の軸1
81 ,182 を平行に横架させ、外側に設けた駆動源1
91 ,192 で夫々別々に駆動される。2本の軸18
1 ,182 には等間隔をおいて、図4に示すように突出
した刃部20を3個所に有する刃体211,212 を多
数固定して夫々に噛み合うようになっている。そして、
