る切り込み部とを備えた綴じ具において、 前記側板及びベースに亘る領域に切欠部を設けるととも
に、当該切欠部の上下二箇所の形成端に薄肉部を介して
連設された付勢板を設け、 前記付勢板は、前記綴じ部材を綴じ込み位置としたとき
に前記側板と略同一面内に位置する第1の面と、この第
1の面の下部から前記ベースに向かって傾斜する第2の
面とを備え、 前記付勢板は、前記第1及び第2の面の屈曲形状を変化
することなく前記ベース及び側板に対して相対変位可能
に設けられ、前記綴じ部材の綴じ込み位置を規制する所
定の係合状態を解除したときに前記綴じ部材を開放方向
に僅かに移動させて浮き上がらせる弾力と、前記綴じ部
材を開放位置に向かって所定角度回転させたときに前記
側板を倒伏姿勢に保持する突っ張り力とを生ずることを
