【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、草木等に水を一面
にかけたり散水するのに使用する如雨露に関するもので
ある。

【従来の技術】古くから一般に広く使用されている如雨
露20は(図4参照)、把手4を有する桶状の貯水部2
の底から導水管3を上方傾斜姿勢に一体に伸長して、貯
水部2と導水管3を連通状態にすると共に、その導水管
3の先端に「散水小孔H群を密に設けた散水面6を有す
る膨出容器形態の散水部5」を備えた構造を有し,把手
4を手で握って傾けることによって散水部5から貯水部
2内の水を細雨状に拡散散水して草木等に振り掛けたり
散水するように成っている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】以上の従来の如雨露2
0は貯水部2内に土砂類等の微細物が若干入っていた
り、或は「粉体・粒体肥料を溶かした肥料水」や「米の
とぎ汁」等を散水しようとすると、その水中に存在して
いる微小物が貯水部2の沈殿異物21になったり貯水の
水中や水面に浮遊する浮遊異物22となって、散水部5
の散水小孔Hをつまらせて散水面6の目づまりを生ずる
不具合がある。
【0004】そして、そのような目づまり不良を生ずる
と「散水部5の内外面に圧水を衝接させたり」「散水小
孔Hに細い針金をいちいち通したり」或は水中で根気良
く洗浄したりする煩雑にして面倒な「目づまり修復作
業」が必要になり、正常な散水性能の安定性・維持性に
欠ける。
【0005】本発明は、以上の従来技術の難点を解消す
る如雨露を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】以上の技術課題を解決す
る本発明の如雨露は「中空容器形状の貯水部と、該貯水
部の周壁から上方傾斜して伸長し、かつ、該貯水部と連
通する導水管と、散水小孔群を有して該導水管の先端に
備えた散水部から成る如雨露において、前記導水管と前
記貯水部の連結部位または連結部位近傍に、該導水管の
管内下半部分を塞ぐ堰堤部を一体に設け、さらに、該堰
堤部と前記散水部間に該導水管内の導水の濾過用細目網
フィルターを着脱自在に供えた構造」に成っている。
【0007】即ち、前記構成の本発明の如雨露は、貯水
部を傾けて導水管に貯水を導水するとき、沈殿異物21
を前記堰堤部によって導水管への流入を阻害すると共
に、水中・水面の浮遊異物22を前記細目網フィルター
によって捕捉して散水部への流出を防止し、散水部へは
異物不存在のクリーン水のみが送出できるようにした構
造が特徴である。

【作用】以上の構成の本発明の如雨露は、貯水部を傾け
て散水するとき貯水部中の沈殿異物が堰堤部によってせ
き止められると共に、その堰堤部を乗り越えて導水管に
流入した浮遊異物は細目網フィルターに引っ掛って散水
部への流入が阻止されるので、散水部へは水中異物不存
在のクリーン水のみが導水され、散水部の目づまり不良
が有効に防止できる。
【0009】そして、その細目網フィルターは着脱自在
であることから、随時交換して良好な濾過性能のものを
装着維持できると共に、目づまりを生じた細目網フィル
ターは異物の掛止面の反対側から水道水を衝接させる等
の簡易な手段によって「目づまり修復」ができる。
【0010】そして、導水管の基端部位の堰堤部は、貯
水部を正常に傾けて導水するときの堰堤頂が貯水部の水
面と概ね同一の水平面となるので、貯水部の貯水中の沈
殿物の導水管への流入を有効にせき止め作用すると共
に、如雨露の通常の使用状態では「せき止めた沈殿物」
のみを貯水部内に残し、かつ、残水が極めて少くなるま
で傾け可能にして良好な使用性を妨げるおそれはない。

【発明の実施の形態】本発明一実施例の如雨露1を図1
・図2を参照して説明する。即ち、上部に把手4を有す
る容器形状の貯水部2の周壁の下端から導水管3を上方
傾斜の姿勢で伸長し、この貯水部2と導水管3を連通状
態に成し、さらに、この導水管3の前端に「小孔の散水
孔H群を密に穿設した散水面6を有する膨出中空体の散
水部5」を着脱自在に備えた如雨露1において、その導
水管3には以下に詳述する堰堤部10と細目網フィルタ
ー9が設けられている。
【0012】詳しくは、貯水部2の底部7と導水管3の
接合部位には、導水管3の管内下端から立ち上って導水
管3の横断面の中空部の下半部分を塞ぐ板状の堰堤部1
0が導水管3の内周と一体になって設けられ、この堰堤
部10の上端の堰堤頂8は貯水部2の底部7と概ね平行
に設定されている。そして、この実施例の堰堤部10は
堰堤頂8を超える溢流が流れ易いように「上端が導水管
3の先端方向に若干量傾斜」している。
【0013】そして、この導水管3は貯水部2と一体の
下部導水管3Bと、散水部5を着脱自在に差し込み連結
する上部導水管3Aに分割されており、この上部・下部
導水管3A・3Bの接合面に濾過用の細目網フィルター
9が着脱自在にセットされ、この細目網フィルター9が
導水管3の中空部を横断して区画するように成ってい
る。
【0014】即ち、上部・下部導水管3A・3Bは上部
導水管3Aの下端に嵌めた雌ねじキャップ13のねじ部
を下部導水管3Bの雄ねじ部14に螺合させることによ
って相互の端面を接合して水密状に連結したり分離でき
る。
【0015】そして、細目網フィルター9(図2参照)
は、環状リング12に「貯水部2中の貯水の浮遊異物2
2・沈殿異物21の通過を阻止してクリーン水のみを通
過し得る細メッシュの細目網11」を張設した形状を有
し、この細目網フィルター9を上部・下部導水管3A・
3Bの接合面に挟着セットして雌ねじナット13で締め
付けると、環状リング12が水密パッキングとして機能
して上部・下部導水管3A・3Bが水密状に連結できる
と共に、その雌ねじナット13を緩めることによって上
部・下部導水管3A・3Bが分離して細目網フィルター
9が自在に外せる構造に成っている。
【0016】以上の実施例の如雨露1は前記の作用があ
り(図2参照)散水部5の目づまりを有効に防止して良
好な散水性能を安定維持すると共に、細目網フィルター
9が目づまりしても簡易に外して水洗したり交換するこ
とができるので、その良好な散水性能が安定維持可能に
して、如雨露性能が安定すると共に沈殿異物21や浮遊
異物22が生じ易い水でも気軽に使用可能にして使い易
くなる。
【0017】続いて、図3を参照して本発明の他の実施
例の如雨露1を説明する。即ち、堰堤部10と細目網フ
ィルター9を有するものにおいて、この図3に示す如雨
露1の細目網フィルター9は、握み片15を有する略三
角形状の枠部16に「捕虫網形状の細目網11」が袋状
に設けてあり、この握み片15を指先で握んで堰堤部1
0の堰堤頂8の上に存在する導水管3の中空部分に嵌め
付けたり外したりする形状を有し、袋状の細目網11を
導水管3内にセットして堰堤部10の溢流水を濾過する
ように成っている。この図3実施例のものは導水管3を
分割型にする必要がないので構造が簡素になる。
【0018】なお、本発明の如雨露1は前記の実施例に
限定されず、堰堤部10をアーチ式ダムのようにアーチ
形状にしたり、細目網フィルター9を導水管3の中間の
上方または側方から「差し込みセット・引き出し外し自
在」の形態等にすることがある。

能が安定維持できると共に使い易く、広く一般の如雨露
