According to the conventional heat insulating plate fixing structure for a roof described above, since the diameter-expanding head of the screw is located on the roof surface, for example, sunlight irradiation is performed. In response to this, when the roof surface becomes hot, there is a risk that the heat will propagate from the expanded head of the screw to the roof substrate side via the screw shaft, and when the outside air temperature is low, There is a risk that the heat in the building will leak to the outside through the screws, and the heat insulation performance of the roof will deteriorate.

According to the characteristic structure of the heat insulating plate fixing structure for the roof according to the present invention, the connecting member is inserted into the screw hole provided in the roof heat insulating plate placed on the roof substrate, and the tip side of the connecting member is inserted. In the state in which the roof heat insulating plate is fixed to the roof substrate by the screw whose expanded head is received by the counterbore part of the, a space sealed between the expanded screw head and the roof surface is provided. Since it is formed, this space acts as a heat insulating layer, and it becomes possible to make it difficult to transfer heat between the front and back of the roof via the screws. For example, the fixing force of the heat insulating plate is high, but the heat insulating property is poor. Even when a metal screw is used as a screw for fixing the heat insulating plate, heat from the roof surface is rarely transmitted to the roof base material through the screw, and heat conduction in the opposite direction is unlikely to occur. Form a high heat insulation plate fixing structure Theft is possible. In addition, a pressing plate for pressing the heat insulating plate toward the roof substrate side is arranged on the roof surface of the heat insulating plate, and the pressing plate is engaged only by abutting the pressing plate to the upper surface of the locked portion. The enlarged diameter head provided with a locking portion having a continuous peripheral portion for stopping and pulling toward the roof substrate side at the base end portion and the spot facing portion at the tip end side, and received by the spot facing portion. Since a connecting member with low thermal conductivity for transmitting the contacting force from the locking part to the locked part of the pressing plate is provided in the screw hole, tightening the screw The force can be applied to a wide range of the heat insulating plate through the connecting member and the holding plate, and the damage of the heat insulating plate due to the action of the local tightening force can be prevented. It can be fixed on the roof base. Moreover, since the connecting member has low thermal conductivity, it is difficult for heat of the roof surface to be transferred from the connecting member to the roof substrate through the screws, and it is possible to prevent the heat insulating effect from being impaired.
Further, the heat insulating plate, the connecting member, and the holding plate are closely covered with a waterproof member.

Furthermore, the distance between the tip of the connecting member and the roof substrate is determined by the amount of deformation of the heat insulating plate that deforms in the thickness direction due to the load from the outside of the waterproof member provided to cover the roof surface. The length of the connecting member is set such that the heat insulating plate is deformed in the thickness direction by the load from the outside of the waterproof member provided so as to cover the roof surface. If the heat insulating plate is formed so that the amount thereof is smaller than the distance between the tip of the connecting member and the roof substrate, a local load such as walking acts on the roof surface. In this case, with the deformation of the heat insulating plate in the thickness direction, the connecting member can be sunk in a state of not abutting on the roof substrate and following the heat insulating plate, and the waterproof member from below. Push it up to damage It is possible to prevent.

According to the heat insulating plate fixing structure for the roof of this embodiment, the amount of heat received on the roof surface F is reduced by the waterproof sheet 9.
Insulating the space 8 between the screw 2 and the screw 2 makes it difficult for the screw 2 to be transmitted to the roof substrate 3, and at the same time, the load acts on the roof surface F to cause the heat insulating plate 1 to move in the thickness direction. Even if it deforms, the surface of the heat insulating plate 1 sinks in a state where the surface of the connecting member 5 also follows so that it is possible to prevent the waterproof sheet 9 from being pushed up and damaged.
