本考案は構築物特に建築物の外壁に、外装材を
目地を目透しに張る際に使用する弾性体よりなる

されている。即ち上記を添附の図面に基いて説明
する。第1図及び第2図は、外装材を目地を目透
しに取付ける従来よりの工法を説明する断面図で
ある。第1図において外装材1,2は目地が目透
し部3を形成して、断面矩形状の合成樹脂発泡体
等の弾性体よりなる目地バツクアツプ材4に当て
られ、その後第2図に示すように、外装材1,2
は鉄骨下地5に取付け金具6,6により締付ける
ことにより取付けられている。この場合目地バツ
クアツプ材4が沈み、第2図に示すように目透し
部3内に、それに相応する部分の目地バツクアツ
プ材4が出張り、そのため所要のシーリング材を
充填する空間が得られなかつたり、又シーリング
材7を打設後目地バツクアツプ材がなじんでふく
れ、シーリング材7を押し出しその効果が果たせ
なくなり、雨漏り等の原因となることが多かつ
た。又、図示していないが、従来の目地バツクア
ツプ材は目地バツクアツプ材と他の目地バツクア
ツプ材との継目が外装材面に対して垂直面が形成
されているため、目透し部のシール不良等により
侵入した雨水等が継目部の隙間より侵入し、雨漏

ツクアツプ材の長手方向の両端部にソギ継ぎし得
るように傾斜面を設けたことを特徴とする外装用
