2. Description of the Related Art Generally, in a spinning cylinder for melt spinning a thermoplastic polymer such as polyester, polyamide, polyolefin, polyvinyl, etc., a cooling air flow region such as air or an inert gas is formed below the spinneret. The polymer discharged from the spinneret is cooled and solidified to form a yarn. However, when using such a melt spinning tube, uniform solidification cannot be achieved and a uniform yarn cannot be obtained unless the cooling airflow acts uniformly on the spinning yarn.

On the other hand, recently, the increase in spinning tension due to air resistance has become a major obstacle with the increase in spinning speed. As a countermeasure against this, Japanese Utility Model Publication 1-26775 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-113779. As described in the publication, etc., the yarns are bundled by metering oil at a position closer to the spinneret surface than before,
It has been attempted to suppress an increase in spinning tension due to an increase in air resistance due to an increase in speed, and for this reason, it is often used to install an oil supplement mechanism in the melt spinning cylinder.

However, in the spinning using the melt spinning tube, when the number of holes in the spinneret is relatively large and the spinning is fine denier, the cooling air flow acts uniformly. It is difficult to do so, and the spinning yarn is shaken by the vibration of the semi-solidified portion of the dissolved polymer (usually referred to as resonance) to make the spinning yarn unstable, and sometimes the yarn is cut. In such a case, in the melt-spinning cylinder with a built-in oil replenishment mechanism, the continuously spun yarn is entangled with the oil replenishment mechanism, which significantly impairs the post-processing work and restores a predetermined number of divided fibers. Doing this is a fairly difficult task.

The method for treating a cut yarn according to the present invention is carried out as in the above process. In the first process, the yarn running path is entirely closed, so that even if a temporary processing delay occurs, a problem due to the discharged yarn occurs. In the second to fourth steps, the yarn running path is semi-closed, especially while the upper surface of the oiling mechanism is completely protected, the spun yarn is separated and the yarn is introduced into the oiling mechanism. Since it is carried out, harshness due to the discharged yarn can be eliminated and the yarn can be accurately guided to the yarn guide.

1. A spinneret from the upper part of the cylinder to the lower part,
Nozzle of oiling mechanism, thread guide of oiling mechanism,
In a thermoplastic polymer melt spinning tube in which a yarn winding mechanism is sequentially provided, when the spinning yarn is cut, both the rear shutter on the rear wall and the front shutter on the front wall covering the upper part of the oiling mechanism are closed. The first step of extending and closing the yarn running path between the spinneret and the nozzle substantially horizontally, and rotating the front shutter from the operating position to the avoiding position and setting the rear shutter to the horizontal operating position. The second process of continuously maintaining and spun down the spun yarn in front of it, and advancing the fiber separation guide provided in the rear shutter toward the front wall, and continuously flowing down into a predetermined number of guide grooves provided at its tip. The third step of dividing the spun yarn into a predetermined number and inserting it, and rotating the upright yarn putting plate at a retracted position near the front wall to a substantially horizontal operating position, the tip of which is the nozzle of the oiling mechanism. And move it between the thread guides 4th step of contacting the spun yarn continuously flowing down into the yarn guide, moving it horizontally and inserting it into the yarn guide by dividing it into a predetermined number, and moving the yarn inserting plate to the avoiding position, After retreating and moving the rear shutter to the avoidance position, the spinning yarn that continuously flows down is spun into the spinneret,
A method for treating a cut yarn in a melt spinning tube, which comprises sequentially performing a fifth step of sequentially passing through a nozzle of an oiling mechanism and a yarn guide of the oiling mechanism, and the above five steps.
