Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to boots (hereinafter referred to as "fishing waders") to be used in places having a deep water such as fishing, and more particularly, to sweating a knee upper member. The present invention relates to a novel fishing wader comprising a moisture-permeable material for preventing generation of water and moisture, a lower-knee member made of a heat-insulating material for preventing water cooling, and a knee pad portion provided on an upper portion thereof for protecting the knee. 2. Description of the Related Art As boots generally used for fishing, there is used a so-called rubber length integrated with rubber so as not to get wet even when used up to the waist. This product has the effect of not being wet with water up to the vicinity of the waist, and has the drawback that sweat and moisture easily accumulate in the rubber material. Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. Hei 10-52301 "Fishing boots" has a plurality of ridges or a plurality of columnar projections on the lower outer surface of the trunk of a boot made of an elastic material such as rubber or polyurethane. In the case of surf fishing and mountain stream fishing, it discloses boots that prevent shoe soles from slipping on rocky places,
This is a shoe length that cannot be used underwater. Further, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 9-103302, entitled "Safety torso boots for fishing" has a problem that water may enter when the boots are immersed in the water flow, and the feet may rise and cannot move. It discloses a boot that breaks the torso boots with one-touch operation at hand, and allows the water that has entered to escape instantaneously, but also has the drawback that sweat and moisture easily accumulate inside because it is also a rubber material. Was. [0005] As described above, the fishing wader, which is a conventional fishing boot, basically uses a rubber material as a material, and therefore has a basic drawback that sweat tends to accumulate inside when used. In addition, there has been a structural defect that the feet and knees gradually cool down when immersed in water for a long time. The inventor of the present invention has made intensive studies to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks. As a result, the fishing wader conventionally formed integrally is separated into an upper knee member and a lower knee member. By using different materials, it was found that a fishing wader excellent in moisture permeability and heat retention could be manufactured, and the present invention could be provided. That is, a first aspect of the present invention is a fishing wader characterized by comprising an upper knee member made of a moisture permeable material, a lower knee member made of a heat insulating material, and a boot-shaped foot. . A second feature of the present invention is that the moisture permeable material of the upper knee member is a P6 barrier or Gore-Tex, and the heat insulating material of the lower knee member is formed of neoprene (registered trademark) sponge. The fishing wader according to claim 1, wherein A third aspect of the present invention is the fishing wader according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein a knee pad portion is provided on an upper surface of the knee lower member. A fourth aspect of the present invention is that a back surface of a moisture permeable material constituting an upper knee member is bonded to a sponge surface having an outer surface separated from an outer side of an upper end of a lower knee member made of a heat insulating material via an adhesive. A first step of attaching the inner surface to the outer surface by attaching a tape for fixing the outer surface to the moisture-permeable material, and a step of joining the obtained knee member to a boot-shaped foot by joining the obtained knee member to a boot-shaped foot. A method for producing a fishing wader comprising two steps. FIG. 1 is a side view showing the appearance of a fishing wader according to the present invention. The product of the present invention
By forming the upper part of the knee with a moisture permeable material and the lower part of the knee with a heat insulating material, moisture such as sweat generated during use is brought out to the outside, and a heat insulating material so that it will not be water cooled even if immersed in water for a long time. It is insulated. A knee pad is provided on the upper surface of the lower part of the knee, particularly on the portion where the kneecap comes into contact, so as to protect the kneecap from being damaged when external contact is made during walking. As a means for manufacturing the product of the present invention, first, an upper knee member 1 and a lower knee member 2 which cover the upper knee member and the lower knee member are prepared. In this case, as the upper knee member 1, a moisture permeable material that is a material that easily emits sweat or the like is used, and as the lower knee member 2, a heat insulating material that does not cool down even when immersed in water for a long time is used. In order to join the upper knee member 1 and the lower knee member 2, the outer surface (jersey) of the upper end of the neoprene (registered trademark) sponge as the lower knee member 2 is peeled off beforehand and the inner sponge is removed. The surface of the upper part of the knee is bonded to the joint surfaces by gluing and bonding to form a cylindrical body, and from the inside of the cylindrical body, using a seam tape on the opposite surface of these joint parts, using a seam tape. 1 and the lower knee member 2 are stuck (first step). Then, a separately formed boot-shaped foot is integrated with the tip of the obtained cylindrical knee member by means of bonding to obtain a desired fishing wader (second step). As a material which can be used in the present invention, the moisture permeable material is P6 barrier manufactured by Toray or a commercially available Gore-Tex (registered trademark), and the heat insulating material is preferably a commercially available neoprene (registered trademark) sponge. The materials are not limited to these as long as they have the same effect. As a joining means in the first step, when the outer surface of the neoprene (registered trademark) sponge of the lower knee member 2 is peeled off, the sponge portion may be cut obliquely as shown in FIG. Alternatively, only the end portion may be cut obliquely, and the lower portion may have a shape in which only the outer surface is peeled off. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to Examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto. EXAMPLE 1 Gore-Tex (registered trademark) is cut and sewn as a material for the upper knee member 1 to cover the waist and upper limb, and neoprene (registered trademark) sponge is used as a material for the lower knee member 2. It was cut into a shape, the outer surface of the upper end portion was cut diagonally about 4 cm, the outer surface of the lower end was further stripped off to a width of 12 mm from the cut portion, and the inner sponge surface was exposed and sewn into a cylindrical shape. Next, the lower part of the above-knee member 1 has about 40
The sponge portion, which is the upper end of the material of the above-mentioned knee lower member 2, was pasted and fixed.
Further, on the rear side, after gluing to the back surface of the upper end portion of the lower knee member 2, the upper knee member 1
And the lower knee member 2 were bonded together (first step). In order to join the distal end of the tubular body from the waist to the ankle obtained in the first step and the foot 3 on the separately manufactured boot, the distal end of the tubular body is connected to the foot 3. The target fishing wader was manufactured by bonding and fixing it in a state of overlapping on the tip (second step). The fishing wader of the present invention uses a moisture permeable material such as P6 barrier or Gore-Tex (registered trademark) as the material under the knee, so that sweat and moisture during use are removed from inside the wader. In addition to the divergence, the material below the knee is made of a heat insulating material such as neoprene (registered trademark) sponge. In addition, when the robot is used and moved, a knee pad portion is provided on a surface to protect the kneecap because the kneecap portion often hits a contact object and is damaged. When bent, the kneecap can be protected from contact with solids such as rocks.
