cには略V字形のくびれ部が形成されている。図5およ
び図6は、従来の合成樹脂製鍵盤装置の他の例を示す側
面図である。図5の例では、複数の鍵aと共通取付部b
とを連結するヒンジ部cは、鍵aの上面に平行で、ほぼ
均一肉厚の薄板状に形成されており、図6の例では、ヒ
ンジ部cは、さらにその幅も小さく形成されている。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来の図4の鍵盤装置
においては、鍵aを上下に揺動するためにヒンジ部cの
くびれ部が薄肉にされるので、これを金型で成型する場
合には、金型におけるヒンジ部cのくびれ部に樹脂が流
れ込みにくくなり、そのため金型に未硬化樹脂を高い圧
力によって早急に注入し、鍵盤装置の成型を行なってい
た。従ってこの成型装置は大型になるという課題があっ
た。またヒンジ部cのくびれ部を機械的な切削加工によ
り形成する場合には、切削時に切口に機械的な圧力が与
えられるので、割れ易く、歩留まりが低下する等の課題
があった。 【0004】図5の鍵盤装置においては、鍵aを押下し
て上下に揺動させるとき、ヒンジ部cに加わる応力をで
きるだけ小さくして長寿命とするために、平板状ヒンジ
部cの肉厚を薄くするか、又はヒンジ部cの全長を長く
していたが、肉厚を薄くする場合には図4のものと同様
の課題があり、ヒンジ部cを長くする場合には、鍵盤部
の全長が長くなり、ひいては楽器全体が大型になるとい
う課題があった。以上の課題に加えて、図4および図5
に示す例においては、成型上の寸法誤差が生じて各鍵同
士の配列が均等でなくなった場合、鍵盤がシャーシに組
立られたとき、シャーシに設けられたキーガイドに鍵a
が強く押し付けられて摩擦力が生じ、その結果、鍵の動
作が正常でなくなったり、異常な雑音が発生したり、キ
ータッチが重くなる等の課題が発生した。 【0005】図6の鍵盤装置においては、ヒンジ部cは
上下方向に揺動するときに加わる応力が低いために長寿
命であり、且つ鍵が左右にも揺動し易いため、キーガイ
ドに鍵が強く押付けられて上記のような不具合が発生す
ることは少なくなるが、鍵aが左右に傾き易いという課
題があった。本発明は、従来のこのような課題を解決す
ることをその目的とするものである。 【0006】 【課題を解決するための手段】 本発明の鍵盤装置は、
複数の鍵と、共通取付部と、前記複数の鍵のそれぞれを
前記共通取付部に対して上下に揺動自在に連結するため
のヒンジ部とが一体成型された鍵盤装置において、前記
ヒンジ部が、複数の屈曲部が連続する略同一肉厚部材で
ある点に特徴がある。また、本発明は、前記ヒンジ部
が、前記共通取付部から一旦垂直方向に折れ曲がり、さ
らに水平方向に折れ曲がり、またさらに前記垂直方向と
は逆方向に折れ曲がっている屈曲部を含む略同一肉厚部
材である点にも特徴がある。 【0007】上記特徴によれば、ヒンジ部の実効長さを
増大させることができるので、複数の鍵はそれぞれ押鍵
・離鍵に対応して上下に揺動できることはもちろん、左
右方向に加えられる力に応じて共通取付部に対しても変
位しやすい。 【0008】 【発明の実施の形態】以下本発明の実施形態を、図面を
参照して説明する。図1および図2は本発明の一実施例
の平面図および要部の側面図である。同図において、1
は複数の鍵2からなる鍵盤部、3は楽器本体のシャーシ
(図示せず)に孔4を介してネジ止めされる共通取付
部、5は鍵2と共通取付部3とを連結するヒンジ部であ

該ヒンジ部5の略垂直部つまりUの字の縦部分は該鍵2

図であり、図2と同一の符号は同一または同等部分を表
わす。ヒンジ部4の凹部が、前記実施例では上向きのU
字形に形成されているのに対し、この実施形態では下向
きのU字形に形成されており、かつ共通取付部3の下面
近傍に連結されている点で相違するだけで、その他の構
成は第1の実施形態と同じである。 【0011】なお、上記実施形態では、ヒンジ部5をU
字形に形成したが、このようなU字形状部を複数個連続
して形成することができ、さらに一般的には、略水平部
材と略垂直部材とを複数組み合わせることにより、その
実効長さを一層増加させるように改変することができ
る。 【0012】このように、本実施形態によれば、ヒンジ
部5は略水平部と略垂直部とからなる非直線形状である
ので鍵盤の全長を大きくすることなくヒンジ部5の長さ
を実質的に大きくできる。したがって、鍵の揺動時のヒ
ンジ部の単位長さ当りの撓みが小さくなるため、肉厚を
厚くすることができるから、鍵盤装置を成型する場合
に、小型の成型機でも金型におけるヒンジ部5に未硬化
