Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0001] 1. Field of the Invention [0002] The present invention relates to a pig for washing pipes, and more particularly, to a pig for washing pipes which can be used as a single type even for pipes having different diameters. 2. Description of the Related Art Rust, scale, etc. adhere to pipes over time, and the flow efficiency gradually decreases. Especially the sewer pipe
In addition to the above-mentioned deposits, impurities in the sewage are deposited on the pipe wall, and various algae can proliferate on the inner wall by using organic matter in the sewage as nutrients, so that the efficiency of the flow is greatly reduced as compared with the water pipe. [0003] Therefore, it is necessary to periodically clean the pipe, and a pig washing pipe is known as a means for cleaning the pipe. In this pig washing pipe, a floating body having a diameter substantially matching the inside diameter of the pipe is inserted into the pipe, and is forcibly pumped to the downstream using a fluid pressure. It removes deposits such as rust. [0004] By the way, the pig used in the pig washing tube has too small a diameter so that the contact pressure against the tube wall cannot be obtained. Clogging in the tube makes the washing tube itself impossible. [0005] Therefore, it is necessary to prepare pigs having the same diameter for each target pipe, and there is a problem that the pig storage management is troublesome. Furthermore, there is a case where the pipe diameter is changed in the middle of some pipes, and if this change portion is reached, the diameter of the pig becomes inappropriate, so that there is a disadvantage that the pipe cannot be washed in this portion. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problem, and when pig washing is performed, even if the pipes have different diameters, the washing can be performed by a kind of pig.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a pig for washing pipe which can wash the inner surface of the changing part even if the pipe diameter changes along the way. In order to achieve this object, according to the present invention, a pig for washing a pipe is provided as a split ring made of a material having bending elasticity, the split ring having a diameter gradually reduced. Are arranged coaxially in order from the largest diameter to the smallest diameter, and a pig-washing pig skeleton in which the plurality of rings are integrally connected by supporting bones, and And a bag-shaped covering material whose opening was closed at the rear end on the maximum diameter side. Therefore, according to the present invention, the pig elastically contacts the inner surface of the pipe due to the bending elasticity of the frame for washing the pipe, so that the pig can be applied to pipes having different diameters within this elastic range. In addition, even if the pipes have different diameters on the way, the pipes can be surely washed. Next, an embodiment of the pig for washing pipe of the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a pig-washing pig skeleton according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view of an assembled state. In FIG. 1, a frame 2 of a pig 1 for a washing pipe is shown.
Is a split ring made of a material having a bending elasticity such as a spring steel plate or a hard plastic, and a plurality of split rings 3, 4, 5 of which diameters are gradually reduced are divided into three rings having a maximum diameter.
To the smallest diameter 5 are sequentially arranged coaxially, and the plurality of ring bodies 3 to 5 are formed integrally by supporting bones 6..., And are elastically deformed in the direction of the arrow by the split portions 3A, 4A, and 5A. This allows the diameter to shrink and deform. In the figure, reference numeral 7 denotes a cone cap provided at the tip of the framework 2, which is attached as required. Also, as shown in FIG. 3A, one side 3B of the ring body 3 sandwiching the split portion 3A as shown in FIG.
A plurality of locking portions 8 for locking the distal end of the other side 3C are formed in the circumferential direction, and the diameter of the ring 3 having the maximum diameter can be reduced according to the inner diameter of the pipe to be used. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, a bag-like covering material 9 is put on the minimum diameter side 5 or the cone cap 7 (cone cap 7 in the illustrated example) of the pig frame 2 for washing pipes.
The opening 9 </ b> A is closed at the rear end of the largest diameter side split ring 3. In the above, the bag-like covering material 9 covering the pipe washing pig skeleton 2 is a wear-resistant sheet or cloth,
For example, a woven fabric or a canvas made of fibers such as aramid fiber and nylon fiber is used. Next, how to use the pig for washing pipes will be described. First, the diameter of the split ring 3 having the largest diameter is adjusted to the inner diameter of the pipe 10 to be washed, and the tip of the other side 3C is fitted to an appropriate locking portion 8 on one side 3B of the split ring 3 sandwiching the split 3A. The diameter is adjusted by locking and reducing the diameter. When the frictional force with the pipe wall caused by the elastic repulsive force of the split ring 3 constituting the frame is smaller than the fluid pressure in the pipe, the end 3 for reducing the diameter of the split ring 3 is used.
There is no particular need to lock B and 3C. Next, as shown in FIG. 2, a bag-like covering material 9 is put on the frame 2 from the side of the minimum diameter ring 5 of the frame 2, and the bag-like covering material 6 is applied to the end face of the split ring 3A on the maximum diameter side. The opening 6A is closed. The pig 1 for washing pipes assembled in this manner is shown in FIG.
As shown in (1), it is inserted into the target pipe 10 and is moved downstream using the pressure of the internal fluid W. At this time, pig 1
Since the skeleton has elasticity, it comes into resilient contact with the inner wall of the pipe and removes the deposit V on the inner wall of the pipe. If the tube 10 has an enlarged portion 10A having an inner diameter as shown in FIG. 5, the ring 10 is inserted into the tube without engaging the end of the maximum diameter ring 3 described above. Therefore, the pig for washing pipe 1 is expanded by the elasticity of the skeleton as shown by the dotted line, and keeps elastic contact with the inner wall of the expanded portion 10A when the pipe is inserted into the expanded portion of the inner diameter of the tube. Further, when approaching the reduced diameter portion, it is pushed in while reducing the diameter from the smallest diameter ring 5 at the tip. As described above, since the pig for washing pipe of the present invention is composed of an elastic skeleton and a bag-shaped covering material, it is resiliently contacted with the inner diameter of the pipe and has a slight difference in diameter. Even if there is, the washing pipe can be washed with the same washing pipe pig within the above elastic range. Therefore, it is not necessary to prepare a large number of pigs in accordance with the inner diameter of the pipe as in the prior art, and the handling of these pigs can be omitted. Further, since the pig for washing pipe of the present invention has a radial elasticity, it can be uniformly washed even in a pipe having a continuously enlarged or reduced diameter portion.
