More specifically, it relates to a fluororubber composition having excellent mold release properties. [0002] Vulcanizates of fluororubber have various favorable properties, but have the drawback of being inferior in moldability during vulcanization molding. For this reason, a method of applying an external release agent such as a silicone type or a fluorine type to a mold surface, or including an internal release agent in an unvulcanized rubber compound is generally employed, and particularly, Recently, from the viewpoint of productivity, a vulcanization molding method that does not use an external release agent has been desired. [0003] Therefore, there is a tendency to use an internally added release agent. However, when an internally added release agent is used, it is natural that the mold releasability is improved. There is a demand for an internal release agent which does not impair permanent set and further excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance and the like inherent to fluororubber. [0004] In order to relatively fulfill these conditions,
Although a low molecular weight polymer of tetrafluoroethylene has been proposed (JP-B-56-40168, JP-A-58-23846, and JP-A-59-41350), in this case, sufficient releasability is secured. If the amount of addition is increased before the addition, the hardness increases, and the degree of freedom of blending is limited. This is not yet at a satisfactory level. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an additive without substantially impairing the normal physical properties including the change in hardness, the compression set, and the preferable properties inherent in fluororubber. An object of the present invention is to provide a fluororubber composition having improved mold releasability during vulcanization molding. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a compound of the general formula F (CF 2 ) 2n F (where n is 5 to 30) obtained by coupling perfluoroalkyl iodide. A perfluoroalkane represented by the general formula F obtained by reacting a perfluoroalkyl halide with zinc.
(CF 2 ) mH (where m is an integer of 10 to 30)
It is achieved by fluorine rubber composition containing both 1H- perfluoroalkane. [0007] The fluororubber contains vinylidene fluoride as a main component, and other fluorine-containing olefins such as hexafluoropropene, pentafluoropropene, trifluoroethylene, trifluorochloroethylene, tetrafluoroethylene, vinyl fluoride, and the like. Perfluoro (acrylic acid ester), perfluoroalkyl acrylate, copolymer with at least one of perfluoro (alkyl vinyl ether), tetrafluoroethylene-propylene copolymer, tetrafluoroethylene-propylene-vinylidene fluoride ternary A copolymer, a tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoro (alkyl vinyl ether) copolymer, or the like is used. Further, as these fluororubbers, peroxide vulcanizable cross-linking point monomers, bromine, iodine or those in which both are bonded are also used. The perfluoroalkane represented by the general formula F (CF 2 ) 2n F is a compound produced by coupling a perfluoroalkyl iodide represented by the general formula F (CF 2 ) nI. Specifically, for example, perfluorodecane, perfluorododecane, perfluorohexadecane, perfluorooctadecane, perfluoroeicosane, perfluorotetracosane, perfluorooctacosan, perfluorotriacontan, perfluorotetracontan, perfluoropentacontan, Perfluorohexacontane and the like are used, and these are used alone or as a mixture. Further, 1H- represented by the general formula F (CF 2 ) mH
Perfluoroalkane is a compound produced by reacting a perfluoroalkyl halide with zinc (JP-A-5-320078), specifically, for example, 1H-perfluorodecane, 1H-perfluorododecane, 1H -Perfluorohexadecane, 1H-perfluorooctadecane, 1H-perfluoroeicosane, 1H-perfluorotetracosane, 1H-perfluorooctacosan, 1H-perfluorotriacontane, and the like, which may be used alone or as a mixture. Used. In these perfluoroalkanes , both perfluoroalkane and 1H-perfluoroalkane are used in an amount of about 0.5 to 10 parts by weight, preferably about 1 to 5 parts by weight, more preferably about 1.5 to 5 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of fluororubber. Used in a proportion of ~ 3 parts by weight. If the compounding ratio is less than this, the effect of improving the metal mold releasability aimed at by the present invention cannot be obtained, while if used at a compounding ratio higher than this, the vulcanization characteristics of the obtained vulcanized molded product may be impaired. become. [0011] In the fluororubber composition containing the above components as essential components, fillers and reinforcing agents such as carbon black, silica, graphite, clay, talc, diatomaceous earth, barium sulfate, and titanium oxide can also be added. It is. The vulcanization system is not particularly specified, and any vulcanization method such as amine vulcanization, polyol vulcanization, or peroxide vulcanization can be used depending on the type of the fluororubber copolymer. Compounding agents necessary for the vulcanization system, for example, a vulcanizing agent, a vulcanization accelerator, an acid acceptor and the like are compounded. As the crosslinking agent for amine vulcanization, 4,4 ′
-Methylenebis (cyclohexylamine) carbamate, hexamethylenediaminecarbamate, N, N'-
Disinnamylidene-1,6-hexanediamine or the like is used, and as a crosslinking agent for vulcanization of polyol, 2,2-bis (4-hydroxyphenyl) propane [bisphenol A], 2,2-bis (4-hydroxyphenyl) Perfluoropropane) [bisphenol AF], hydroquinone, catechol, resorcin, 4,4'-dihydroxydiphenyl, 4,4'-dihydroxydiphenylmethane, 4,4'-dihydroxydiphenylsulfone, 2,
Polyhydroxy aromatic compounds such as 2-bis (4-hydroxyphenyl) butane or alkali metal salts or alkaline earth metal salts thereof are used. As the peroxide crosslinking vulcanizing co-crosslinking agent and organic peroxide, Any commonly used one can be used.
The co-crosslinking agent is used in an amount of about 0.5 to 1 per 100 parts by weight of the fluororubber.
0 parts by weight, in a proportion of preferably about 0.5 to 6 parts by weight, also the organic peroxide, fluorine rubber 100 parts by weight per about 0.
It is used in an amount of 1 to 5 parts by weight, preferably about 0.5 to 3 parts by weight. When a polyhydroxy aromatic compound or a metal salt thereof is used as a crosslinking agent, various quaternary ammonium salts or quaternary phosphonium salts may be used as a vulcanization accelerator per 100 parts by weight of fluororubber. About 0.1
10 to 10 parts by weight, preferably about 0.1 to 2 parts by weight. As the acid acceptor, various divalent metal oxides or hydroxides are used in an amount of about 1 to 20 parts by weight, preferably about 3 to 15 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the fluororubber . The composition is prepared using a mixing roll or the like, and vulcanization of the prepared composition is generally performed by press vulcanization and secondary vulcanization in a heating oven. It is possible. According to the present invention, perfluoroalkane and 1H are added to fluororubber.
- fluororubber composition containing both a perfluoroalkane as an internal添離agent is excellent mold-releasability during the vulcanization molding, and since giving the hardness unchanged vulcanized molded article, the formulation There is no loss of freedom.
