部には前記拡開強制部材の周面に接して互いに離開す
る、適宜数の弾性杆の基部を、前記軸線に沿う方向に回
動可能に止着し、この弾性杆の先端がそれぞれ独立して
緩く係合する集束リングを、前記主体杆の、押出し工具
を接続する後端側に、同軸上にして回動可能に係合し
た、螺旋状ケーブル支持具のケーブル牽引ロープ挿通用
