[0002] Conventionally, packaging of a product having a strong odor such as garlic odor has not been taken any special measures, or has been hermetically sealed so that the odor is not released to the outside of the container. However, when cooked foods such as gyosa and Shumai that have been cooked are used in a closed container, moisture is absorbed by the contents, and the contents are spoiled to impair the taste and flavor of the food. In the past, when carrying foods with strong odors, such as gyoza, there was a concern about the odors of the surroundings, and especially when a woman came home to work, there was resistance in taking them out.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The paperboard which is the breathable container material of the present invention may have a deodorant component retained throughout the inside of the paperboard layer, or may be dispersed or partly dispersed in a part of the paperboard layer. It may be arranged in layers. Examples of the deodorant component used in the present invention include a bamboo extract, a bamboo mechanical pulp, a flavonoid, a champignon extract, or a deodorant containing a metal compound such as a copper compound, a zinc compound and a silver compound. These deodorant components may be used alone or in combination of two or more.

These deodorant components are preferably blended in the paperboard in the ordinary papermaking process. Various methods may be employed to add the deodorant component to the paperboard, depending on the form of the deodorant component. For example, when bamboo extract, champignon extract, flavonoid, etc. are used, an aqueous solution of these deodorant components is 0.1 to 50% by weight, preferably 0.5 to 1.0% by weight based on the pulp in the papermaking process. And paper is made.

[Function] The paperboard of the packaging container itself serves as a deodorant, and exhibits a filter function against odor. Odor from food is removed by the deodorant component impregnated inside the paperboard, and the container is breathable. When the odor component passes through the paperboard layer together with the vapor, only the odor component is adsorbed and removed, the vapor passes through as it is, and the odor does not leak outside.

[Example 1] First, a non-size layer made of 100% virgin pulp was made into paper in the first unit. Subsequently, an oil repellent layer was used as the oil repellent in the second unit containing 1.0% of perfluoroalkyl phosphate in the pulp, and a rosin resin was used as the water resistant agent in the pulp of 1.0%.
The water resistant layer was paper-made in the third unit containing 0%. Further, a deodorant / water resistant layer was contained in a fourth unit containing 1.0% of the water resistant agent in pulp and 1.0% of the deodorizing pulp, and a fifth unit containing the water resistant agent in 1.0% of the pulp. The water-resistant layer in the unit, and finally the oil-repellent layer in the sixth unit containing 1.0% of the oil repellent in the pulp, in order, the basis weight per layer is about 6
By stacking paper at 0 g / m 2 and making paper, a board having a total of 6 layers and a basis weight of 350 g / m 2 was produced. In the above paperboard, the inner layer was formed in the first unit, the intermediate layer was formed in the second to fifth units, and the outer layer was formed in the sixth unit.

That is, 1 g of paperboard was placed in a zipper bag having an internal volume of 1.5 L, and 1.5 L of air containing 100 ppm of hydrogen sulfide, ammonia or methyl mercaptan was enclosed. The concentration of gas remaining in the fastener bag was measured using a gas detector tube after every predetermined time, and the deodorizing effect of the paperboard was determined. The results are shown in Table 1. For comparison, a paperboard containing no deodorant component was also evaluated in the same manner.

[Example 2] Using the paperboard obtained in Example 1, a box with a lid having a length of 20 cm, a width of 15 cm and a height of 3 cm was produced. Eight steamed dumplings were put in this box, and the whole box was put in a vinyl bag and sealed. The gas concentration in the vinyl bag was measured with a gas detector tube after every predetermined time, and the amount of gas released from the paper box was measured to evaluate the deodorizing effect of the box. The results are shown in Table 2. In addition, for comparison, a box prepared using a paperboard containing no deodorant component was evaluated in the same manner. The results are also shown in Table 2.

When the packaging container of the present invention is used, it is not necessary to worry about leakage of odor to the surroundings when carrying a product having a strong odor. In addition, the packaging container of the present invention has air permeability and does not impair the taste and flavor of food. Furthermore, if raw garbage or the like is put in this packaging container and discarded, a deodorizing effect can prevent a bad odor.
