Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention has an excellent cleaning effect on removing makeup and sebum stains, and has a refreshing feeling of use and little irritation to eyes. And a skin cleanser composition which is easy to use. 2. Description of the Related Art
In so-called makeup removers, which are used after using makeup cosmetics containing oils such as lipstick, foundation, mascara, and eyeshadow, these cosmetics contain a large amount of oil. However, even if an attempt is made to remove it with a facial cleanser containing soap (fatty acid salt) as a main component, the oil cannot be completely removed due to insufficient solubilizing ability and emulsifying ability with respect to oil. Therefore, in order to remove these makeup cosmetics, at present, facial cleansing cosmetics for removing makeup such as cleansing creams, cleansing oils, and cleansing gels mainly containing an oily base are used. . However, these conventional oil component-containing cleansing cosmetics do not have a refreshing feel because oil remains on the skin even after rinsing after use. Therefore, it is necessary to further perform a step of washing the face with a normal face wash after use, and the face wash is performed twice, resulting in complicated use. On the other hand, attempts have been made to incorporate an anionic surfactant or the like in order to provide a refreshing feel after washing the face, but there is also a problem that the eyes feel irritating when the makeup around the eyes is removed. Further, as a prior art, for example, an oil-in-water emulsified composition containing a branched aliphatic alcohol ethylene oxide adduct has been disclosed as a cleansing agent (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 61-291135). However, when this is additionally tested, as described above, since the cleansing agent contains an oily base, it becomes sticky at the time of use and requires additional face washing. Also, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-69829
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication (Kokai) No. HEI 9-210 proposes a skin cleanser that improves this point, but it is not sufficient in terms of irritation to remove makeup around the eyes. Accordingly, the present invention has an excellent cleansing effect for removing makeup and sebum dirt, has a refreshing feeling of use, is less irritating to the eyes, and has a simple and easy-to-use skin that does not require washing the face twice. It is an object to provide a cleaning composition. Means for Solving the Problems To achieve the above object, the present inventors have conducted intensive studies and as a result, have found that a specific polyoxyethylene hexyl decyl ether and a β-alanine type amphoteric surfactant are contained. The composition has an excellent cleansing effect for removing makeup and sebum dirt, and has a refreshing feeling of use, is less irritating to the eyes, and is easy to use. Heading, and led to the present invention. That is, the average degree of polymerization of ethylene oxide is 1
A polyoxyethylene hexyl decyl ether of 0 to 30 and a compound represented by the following general formula: Wherein R is a hydrocarbon group having 6 to 18 carbon atoms, m and n are integers, m = 0 to 9, n = 1 to 10, m + n
= 1-10, also M 1 represents hydrogen, an alkali metal, ammonium or organic amine. This object is achieved by a skin cleansing composition comprising a β-alanine type amphoteric surfactant represented by the formula: Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The degree of polymerization of ethylene oxide of the polyoxyethylene hexyl decyl ether used in the present invention is from 10 to 30, preferably from 15 to 25. If the average degree of polymerization is less than 10, irritation occurs, and if it exceeds 30, the effect of removing makeup is not sufficient. In the β-alanine type amphoteric surfactant represented by the above general formula used in the present invention, R has 6 carbon atoms.
-18 hydrocarbon groups such as octyl, decyl, lauryl, myristyl, palmityl, stearyl,
A single alkyl such as isostearyl or a mixture thereof; m is an integer of 0 to 9;
0 is an integer, and m + n is an integer of 1 to 10;
1 is hydrogen or an alkali metal such as Na or K, or ammonium or triethanolamine.
Specifically, N- (2-hydroxydodecyl) -N-
(2-hydroxyethyl) -β-alanine sodium salt, N- (2-hydroxydodecyl) -N- (polyoxyethylene (3EO))-β-alanine sodium salt, N- (2-hydroxyalkyl) —N- (2-hydroxyethyl) -β-alanine triethanolamine salt and the like. If the amount of the polyoxyethylene hexyl decyl ether used in the present invention is insufficient, makeup removal tends to be insufficient. On the other hand, if the amount of the β-alanine type amphoteric active agent is insufficient, the refreshing feeling after face washing tends to be lost, and the foaming tends to be insufficient. From these, the blending ratio of the polyoxyethylene hexyl decyl ether of the present invention and the β-alanine type amphoteric surfactant is preferably in the range of 10: 1 to 1: 5 by weight, and the total blending amount of both is preferably 5-7 in the total amount of detergent
A range of 0% by weight is preferred. [0014] In addition to the above essential components, the skin cleansing composition of the present invention may further contain, if necessary, components generally used for cleansing agents and cosmetics. For example, carboxyvinyl polymer as a water-soluble polymer, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, xanthan gum and carrageenan, glycerin as a polyhydric alcohol, dipropylene glycol,
Anionic surfactants such as acylamino acid salts and polyoxyethylene fatty acid amide ether sulfates such as polyethylene glycol, 1,3-butanediol and isoprene glycol; nonionic surfactants such as fatty acid alkanolamides and alkylamine oxides; PH of propylene / methyl polysiloxane copolymer, disinfectant, ultraviolet absorber, citric acid, malic acid, glycolic acid, etc.
Adjusting agents, fragrances and the like can be mentioned. The skin cleansing composition of the present invention can be produced by mixing the above essential components with the above general components by a conventional method. The thus-obtained composition of the present invention is used by applying it to soiled skin such as makeup cosmetics, massaging it if necessary, and rinsing it with water, and has both the function of removing makeup and washing the face. The skin cleansing composition of the present invention can be in the form of a liquid, foam, jelly or the like as a dosage form, and can also be used as a spray type. Next, the present invention will be described in more detail by way of examples. The effect was measured according to the following evaluation method. "Make removal effect test"
