ロー送受信管理手段と、 複数のワークフローサーバのアドレス情報を含むグルー
プ情報を管理するグループ管理テーブルと、 前記ワークフロー送受信管理手段からグループ情報を要
求された場合に、要求されたグループ情報をグループ管
理テーブルから取り出して前記ワークフロー送受信管理
手段へ送り返すグループ管理テーブル処理手段と、 ノードのアドレス情報または代行ノードのアドレスを示
す代行情報を含むユーザ情報を管理するユーザ管理テー
ブルと、 前記ワークフロー送受信管理手段からユーザ情報を要求
された場合に、要求されたユーザ情報をユーザ管理テー
ブルから取り出して前記ワークフロー送受信管理手段へ
送り返すユーザ管理テーブル処理手段とを有するワーク
フローサーバが、複数、ネットワーク接続されたワーク
フロー変更システムであって、 前記ワークフロー送受信管理手段は、電子帳票を次ノー
ドに送信するとき、次ノードのアドレス情報または代行
情報を含むユーザ情報を管理するユーザ管理テーブルが
