(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 既設配管の一端側に粉状研磨剤をほぼ所
定量ずつ供給し、この粉状研磨剤を管の他端側から吸引
して管内を気流により移動させ、粉状研磨剤が移動する
管内に、管内面と狭い間隙を有するピグを管の一方に移
動させ、ピグと管内面との狭い間隙を粉状研磨剤流が集
中移動することにより管内面を清掃するクリーニング工
法であって、ピグの後部と胴部の表面に連続して螺旋部
を形成し、ピグの外周面と管内面との狭い間隙を集中移
動する紛状研磨剤流に、渦流を発生させるようにしたこ
とを特徴とする既設管の管内面クリーニング工法。
