研磨シート(1)と、この不織布研磨シート(1)を下面に脱
着自在に装着して、装着された不織布研磨シート(1)を
被研磨物に押圧して研磨する固定台(2)(1)とを備える研
磨具において、 不織布研磨シート(1)が可撓性と伸縮性を有すると共
に、厚さを３〜２０ｍｍとし、かつその両側縁に引掛孔
(3)を設けており、固定台(2)は、上面の両側に不織布研
磨シート(1)の引掛孔(3)を入れて引っかける引掛凸起
(4)を有し、引掛孔(3)は不織布研磨シート(1)を伸長す
る状態で引掛凸起(4)を入れることができる位置に開口
しており、固定台(2)の下面に装着している不織布研磨
シート(1)の両側縁を、固定台(2)の両側縁に沿って折り
返して上面まで延長し、引掛孔(3)を固定台(2)の上面で
引掛凸起(4)に引っかけて、不織布研磨シート(1)を弾性
的に収縮しようとする状態として固定台(2)に脱着でき
るように連結している研磨具。1.
