The present invention relates to a water stopping structure of a pipe mounting member that obtains good water tightness using packing . [0002] To attach the distribution line protection with a wave tube in the wall of the Related Art Ma Nho Le (fixing portion), as shown in FIG. 2, the inner to the through hole 21 bored in the wall portion 20 Insert the connector 40,
The outer connector 4 is inserted into the thread groove carved on the outer periphery of the inner connector 40.
After screwing a screw groove formed on the inner circumference of the first connector 1 and fixing it by screwing, a corrugated pipe 43 for distribution line protection is connected to the outer connector 41.
Install. Here, the inner connector 40 and the outer connector 41
A flange 50, 51 is formed at one end of each of them, and the respective flanges 50, 51 press against the wall 20 by screwing and tightening the connectors 40, 41,
Both connectors 40 and 41 are fixed to the wall 20. A plate-like rubber packing 31 is disposed between each of the flanges 50 and 51 and the wall 20 to maintain watertightness between both sides of the wall 20. However, when the surface of the wall portion 20 was rough, the gaps (concave portions on the surface of the wall portion) were not completely filled by the rubber packing 31, and sufficient watertightness was not obtained. Therefore, a method has been proposed in which the recesses on the wall surface are filled with epoxy putty and filled. However, this method requires an extra step of filling with an epoxy putty, and has a problem in workability. For this reason, using a water expansion ring made of a material in which rubber is mixed with a water expansion material for packing,
A method has been proposed to block the water path with an expanded ring.
However, this water expansion ring was expensive. [0003] In view of the above,
The present inventors have conceived of using a foam (for example, a polyurethane foam containing a swelling resin) instead of the water-swelling rubber ring. Then, a ring-shaped foam packing smaller in diameter than the flange portion of the connector was prototyped and used. However, the foam gasket 30, since the material is soft, or caught in the flange portion 51 by the rotation of the flange 51 when screwing the outer connector 41, as shown in FIG. 3 b, the flange portion 51
It could not function as a packing because it came off or the ring shape collapsed. Therefore, although the diameter D of the foam gasket 30 tried to greater than the diameter d of the flange 51, in turn, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), during the screwing, and tearing the foam gasket 30 watertight Sex was impaired. These problems could be prevented by careful work, but it was difficult to manage construction work on construction sites and civil engineering sites, and it was not possible to commercialize watertightness. An object of the present invention is to provide a water stopping structure for a screw portion using a foam packing that can reliably obtain good water tightness without any difference between operators. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a manhole.
Insert the inner connector into the through hole opened in the wall,
Formed on the inner circumference of the outer connector in the screw groove formed on the outer circumference of
After screwing in the screw groove and fixing it with the screw,
Outer connector flange of pipe mounting member for mounting pipe to connector
Met water stop structure between the wall and the flange of the outer connector
The foam packing sandwiched between the part and the wall part
Protrudes from the contact part of the collar of the foam with the foam packing
It is formed in a size, and the foam package of the flange portion of the outer connector is formed.
The corner of the outer peripheral end of the surface that contacts the kin is chamfered
A water stopping structure for a pipe mounting member . Here, the chamfering means to make a slope or a round at a corner where the surface intersects. The slope is preferably formed such that an internal angle θ between the surfaces becomes an obtuse angle. [0005] In the present invention, the foam packing is formed by the outer connector.
Because it is formed protruding out size than the contact portion with the foam packing of the flange portion of the data, the foam packing by tightening the outer connector, or caught in the flange portion of the outer connector, or off, the shape defect It does not cause or.
Also because it is chamfered at the corners of the outer peripheral side leading end portion of the surface in contact with the foam packing of the flange portion of the outer connector, never the surface of the foam packing or tearing scratched by the collar. Therefore, there is no difference between operators, and good watertightness can be reliably obtained. In the present invention, any foam can be used for the foam packing. In particular, the sheet-like water-swellable polyurethane foam is inexpensive, has excellent water pressure resistance, and can withstand a water pressure of up to about 0.04 MPa by compressing its thickness in half. In the present invention, the degree of roundness (R) and the taper angle at the time of chamfering at least the corner of the outer peripheral end of the surface of the outer connector that comes into contact with the foam packing are appropriately selected depending on the material of the foam packing used. Is done. An embodiment of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings. Figure 1 is a water stop structure of the present invention
It is a longitudinal sectional view showing the embodiment shaped state. Figure 1 is a partially enlarged view of the outer connector shown in FIG. Interior angle at the corner of the outer peripheral end of the surface in contact with the outer connector 4 1 foam packing 30 theta is obtuse taper is formed. In this example, the foam packing 30 is formed to have a size that protrudes from the contact portion of the flange 51 of the outer connector 41 with the foam packing 30 (the diameter D of the foam packing 30> the outer connector 41). Since the diameter d) of the contact portion of the flange portion 51 with the foam packing 30, the foam packing 30 does not get caught in the flange portion 51 of the outer connector 41. Also, the surface 56 of the flange 51 that comes into contact with the foam packing 30 rotates while rotating.
Although the center of the foam packing 30 is compressed, the foam packing 30 is not damaged or torn because the taper at which the inner angle θ is obtuse is formed at the corner of the outer peripheral end of the outer connector 41. As described above, in the waterproof structure according to the present invention, the foam packing is formed so as to protrude outside the contact portion of the flange of the outer connector with the foam packing. And outside
Since the corner of the end of the connector flange that comes into contact with the foam packing is chamfered, even if a packing made of foam is used, there is no difference between operators and good water tightness is reliably exhibited.
