【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は上記に鑑み提案
されたもので、枠体内に骨材を敷設した後、保持材液を
供給して骨材の一部を保持材液中に埋没させ、寒天溶解
液からなる保持材液を硬化させた後にコンクリートを打
設して鉄筋が挿通する貫通孔を形成し、そのコンクリー
トが硬化する前に表面に骨材を埋め込むようにしたこと
を特徴とする打継ぎ用コンクリート平板の製造方法に関
するものである。

【実施例】以下に、本発明を図面の実施例に基づいて説
明する。
【0006】まず、図1(A)に示すように枠体1内に
骨材2Aを敷設する。尚、上記枠体1は、後述する保持
材液3を漏洩することがない程度の液密性を有するもの
であれば特にその材質を限定するものではなく、骨材2
Aについてもその種類や粒度を限定するものではなく、
例えば粒度10〜25mmのものを使用することができ
る。

没するように供給する。尚、上記保持材液3は、短時間
で硬化し、硬化時と液状時との体積があまり変わらない
寒天溶解液を用いる。この寒天溶解液は再利用すること

扱い易い温度で液化或いは凝固させることができ、さら
には液化させた際の粘度も低いので好適である。尤も、
骨材2Aの表面に保持材液3が付着すると、その後に打
設するコンクリート4との接触が妨げられ、充分な接着
強度(埋設強度)が得られずに脱離してしまうので保持
材液3を供給する際には充分に注意して行うことが望ま
しい。

が硬化した後、コンクリート4を打設する。この時、予
め貫通孔用枠部(図示せず)を設置してコンクリート4
を打設したり、打設した直後の充分に柔らかい状態のコ
ンクリート4に掘削具等(図示せず)を用いたりして、
貫通孔5…を形成する。この貫通孔5の径の大きさにつ
いても特に限定するものではないが、例えば5〜15m
m程度に形成すれば良い。

が硬化する前に前記骨材2Aと同様の骨材2Bを埋め込
む。この骨材2Bの埋め込みを前記骨材2Aの敷設に準

た後、これを枠体1から取り出すと図1(C)に示すよ
うな製品(打継ぎ用コンクリート平板)6が得られる。

ト平板6を使用して、図2に示すようなコンクリートの
桁で次の桁を打ち継ぐ場合は、貫通孔5…に鉄筋等の強
化線材aを挿通させ、打継ぎ用コンクリート平板6を捨
型枠として用いる。その際、打継ぎ用コンクリート平板
6の表裏には骨材2A,2Bがそれぞれ突出して表面積
を大きく、打ち継いだコンクリート7との接着強度は極
めて高いものとなる。また、この打継ぎ用コンクリート
平板6を予め適宜間隔で設置しておくと、連続的にコン
クリート7を打設することもできるので、施工時間は極
めて短いものとなる。
