【産業上の利用分野】本発明は筒状体にフラップ部分を
有するプラスチック製ケースに関する。

【従来の技術および発明が解決しようとする課題】透明
プラスチックシートに折り曲げ罫線を設けて端部同士を
接着し、筒状体とし、その上下には底材、蓋材となる様
にフラップが設けてあるプラスチック製ケースは歯刷子
や化粧品等の包装材料として広く用いられているが、そ
の開封方法としては、ただフラップ端部を筒状体内へ折
り曲げ、押し込んだものが全んどであるが、この場合フ
ラップが開きやすく内容物が輸送中や展示中に出てしま
う欠点がある。
【０００３】それを防止するのに、タックラベルをフラ
ップ部分と筒状体間にまたがるように貼着したり、接着
剤でフラップ同士を接着して確実に閉止できるようにし
たものがあるが、タックラベルを剥したり、フラップ部
分や筒状体部分のプラスチックを破らないと開封でき
ず、開封に極めて手間がかかるという問題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、確実に閉止で
きしかも容易に開封できるプラスチック製ケースを提供
せんとするものであり、その要旨は、筒状体にフラップ
部分を有し、そのフラップ部分を筒状体内に押し込むこ
となく、前記筒状体の上端から伸びた吊り下げ用片又は
他のフラップに接着して筒状体を閉止してなるプラスチ
ック製ケースにおいて、前記接着部分の外周近辺に破断
線を形成したことを特徴とするプラスチック製ケース。
【０００５】以下、本発明を図面に基づいて説明する。
図１は本発明のプラスチック製ケースの一例を示す部分
斜示図、図２は図１のII−II断面図、図３は本発明のプ
ラスチック製ケースの他の例を示すフラップ部分の断面
図、図４はさらに別の例を示す部分斜視図である。
【０００６】図１〜４に示すように本発明は、筒状体１
にフラップ部分２を有し、そのフラップ部分２を筒状体
内に押し込むことなく、前記筒状体の上端から伸びた吊
り下げ用片１３又は他のフラップ２に接着して筒状体１
を閉止してなるプラスチック製ケースにおいて、前記接
着部分３の外周近辺に破断線４を形成したことを特徴と
するプラスチック製ケースである。図１，２に示すよう
にサイドフラップ２４を形成してもよい。
【０００７】筒状体１およびフラップ部分２はポリエチ
レンテレフタレート、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリプロピレン
等の厚さ０．１〜１．０ｍｍ程度の硬質プラスチックシ
ートに折り曲げ用罫線１１を形成して、所定の輪郭形状
に打ち抜いたブランクシートを、折り曲げ用罫線１１か
ら折り曲げて端部糊代１２で接着して組み立てることが
できる。
【０００８】フラップ部分２を接着するためには接着剤
を塗布し接着するほか、加熱治具による熱シールや超音
波シールにより溶着して接着部分３を設けてもよい。フ
ラップ部分２を接着する位置としては図１，２に示すよ
うに、筒状体内に押し込まずに筒状体１の上端から伸び
た吊り下げ用片１３に接着してもよいし、図３，４に示
すようにフラップ部分２同士接着してもよい。
【０００９】前記接着部分３の外周近辺に破断線４を形
成するには例えば図１，２に示すようにミシン目構造等
の容易に破ける部分を設ける。破断線部分は基材より弱
い力で破ける構造であればどの様な形状でもよく、図４
に示すように何ケ所かが基材と繋がったスリット状のも
のでもよい。
【００１０】また破断線４を形成するのは、図１に示す
ように片側のフラップ部分２だけでもよいし、図３に示
すように両側に貫通するものでもよい。また、図３に示
す様に印刷インキ等の接着防止効果を有する層２１を塗
布し、接着剤が破断線４部分より外にはみ出しても接着
されない構造にするとより精密な接着部分３が得られ
る。これらの破断線４を加工するには罫線加工や輪郭打
ち抜き時に同時に行うことができる。その位置は図１，
３のようにフラップ部分２の中ほどでもよいし、図４に
示すようにフラップ部分２の端部でもよい。
【００１１】いったん開封した後でも、図１に示すよう
に封印時と同様に各フラップを折り曲げ、図２に示すよ
うに最後のフラップ部分２を開封時引きちぎった吊り下
げ用片１３の上から押し付けることにより、残った突起
２３が、引きちぎった穴部２２に嵌着し再シールできる
利点を有する。

【発明の効果】本発明は筒状体にフラップ部分を有し、

において、前記接着部分の外周近辺に破断線を形成した
ことを特徴とするプラスチック製ケースであるので、タ
ックラベル等を使用せずに確実なる封印ができて、しか
もプラスチック製ケースであっても、簡単に開封するこ
とができるばかりか、本構造だと破断線部分の破り強度
を一定にすれば接着剤の接着力やシートの肉厚に関係な
く均一な開封性が得られ、さらに再シールもできるとい
