2. Description of the Related Art In a product displayed at a sales floor or the like, it is important to leave the fact that the packaging container is opened as a trace in order to guarantee the quality of the product. Especially for foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals, quasi-drugs, etc., there is a danger that the incorporation of foreign matter into the product may hurt life and health.Consequently, containers that have a falsification prevention effect have been proposed. There are many prior arts for cartons, which are box containers made of plastic. There are various techniques for preventing tampering, but as one that has an excellent tampering prevention effect, for example, a broken figure is drawn with a sewing machine line on the lid, and when the opening operation is performed, the broken figure falls out and the trace of opening There is something that is left. A typical example of this is the actual fairness 4-3.

In Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-37058, a cover is constructed by laminating a cover plate on an upper or lower part of a carton with an inner piece and a folding piece provided as necessary, and a falsification preventing device is provided. There is a contrivance that, on the cover plate located on the outermost side, a broken figure such as a square or a triangle is repeatedly drawn at small intervals with a perforation line, and the gap between the back of these broken figures and the surface of the folding piece is drawn. Are fixed to each other with an adhesive interposed therebetween, and when an opening operation is performed on the lid plate, the broken figure falls off to one side of the folded part in the process of raising the lid plate, so that a trace of the opening is left.

According to this invention, when the opening is performed, the broken figure comes off and a trace of opening remains, so that an excellent falsification prevention effect is exhibited. However, the broken figure comes off as expected. There were no cases. Further, if the forcible opening is forcibly opened in a state where the broken figure does not fall off, the cardboard as the lid plate material causes delamination, and the appearance of the carton after opening is unsightly, and there is a possibility that the product image may be deteriorated. In addition, although the tensile force accompanying opening acts on portions other than the broken figure, that is, on the strip between the broken figures, the strip is thin, so that the strip may be broken during the opening operation, and the opening is incomplete. In some cases. In addition, if the strip is broken and remains across the opposing folds, the free opening of the folds is hindered, and it is necessary to remove the remaining zonal by penetrating the fingertip between the folds. The opening work had to be quite troublesome.

The present inventors have conducted studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, and as a result, have reached the following conclusion. First of all, the difficulty in opening the above-mentioned conventional technology is mainly due to the difficulty in separating the broken figure as planned. One of the reasons for the difficulty of separation is that the number of broken figures is large and the bonding strength of the entire cover plate is strong, but more importantly, the outline of the broken figure drawn by the sewing machine line closes inside the cover plate. Therefore, it is difficult to cause a break for separating the broken figure. Therefore, the present inventor has conceived that the start point and the end point of the sewing line surrounding the broken figure are positioned on the side edge of the cover plate so that the broken figure faces the side edge in order to easily cause the break. did.

If it is less than 25%, the cover plate 6 may not be able to withstand the tensile force acting during the opening operation, and the cover plate 6 may be broken between the broken figures. By setting it to 25% or more, the opening operation of the cover plate 6 can be completed to the end without generating a break between broken figures.

Next, the broken figures 30, 40 will be described. Since the broken figures 30, 40 are symmetric figures, only one of them will be described. The start point 32 and the end point 33 of the sewing line 31 for drawing the broken figure 30 are both set on the side edge 6a of the cover plate 6, and the start point 32 is set at the opening end 6c of the cover plate 6 with respect to the end point 33.
The start point 32 and the end point 33 are connected by an arc-shaped curve. Here, the perforated line means a linear portion in which cut portions and stop portions are alternately formed, and indicates a line used as a guide line for cutting out. In addition, the starting point of the sewing line refers to a portion where the sewing line substantially starts,
The end point indicates a portion where the sewing line substantially ends.
The cut portion of the sewing machine line may be the start point 32 or the end point 33, or the stop portion may be the start point 32 or the end point 33. In the present embodiment, the sewing line 3 located on the side edge 6a
Although the start point 32 and the end point 33 of 1 are both stop portions, the cut portion may be positioned on the side edge, the start point may be the cut portion, and the sewing line may start from the cut portion.
However, when the cut portion is positioned on the side edge 6a, the breaking is easily started by the action of even a slight external force. The starting point 3 is the side edge 6a of
2 or the end point 33 may be turned up, and the aesthetic appearance of the carton may be impaired. Therefore, when the cut portion is positioned on the side edge 6a, it is necessary to take a means for avoiding this turning up.

The sewing line 31 located between the start point 32 and the end point 33 and drawn on the cover plate 6 includes an arcuate curved portion, and more preferably, it is desirable to draw a broken figure only from the arcuate curved portion. It is. The reason for drawing only by the arc-shaped curve is that if there is an angular part in the outline of the broken figure, it may be difficult to cut out depending on the shape. By drawing the fractured figure only from the arc-shaped curve, the fracture started from the start point can be smoothly advanced to the end point without being caught on the way.

The distance d1 between the starting point 32 and the first cut is 1
Preferably, the distance d2 between the end point 33 and the last cut portion is set in a range of 1 mm to 3 mm. By setting d1 and d2 within this range, the broken figure can be reliably formed without exerting an excessively large force during the opening operation while ensuring strength that does not easily break under external force such as vibration during transportation. The opening ease that can be cut and opened is secured.

The perforation line 31 extending from the starting point 32 toward the inside of the cover plate 6 is inclined at an angle θ with respect to the opening direction (the direction indicated by the arrow A in FIG. 3). As shown in FIG. 5A, the force F acting near the starting point 32 is configured to easily generate a component force F1 along the cut line of the sewing machine line, and the component force F1 is first cut adjacent to the starting point 32. It is designed to assist in cutting the stop portion 35 between the parts. The inventor has confirmed that the most preferable result is obtained when the inclination angle θ is 35 to 55 degrees. The direction of the sewing line 31 extending from the starting point 32 is shown in FIG.
The present invention does not exclude the case where it is orthogonal to the opening direction as shown in (b). However, in this case, no component force is generated to assist the cutting of the stop portion 35, and it is difficult to break.

The arc-shaped curve connecting the start point 32 and the end point 33 of the sewing line 31 has one stop portion 34 formed in the middle thereof. The length d3 of the stop portion 34 is 1 mm or more.
Set within a range of 3 mm. If d3 exceeds 3 mm, the broken figure 30 becomes difficult to separate. The stop portion 34 may not be provided in some cases, but in this case, there is a possibility that the cutout portion 30 may float, and it is necessary to take measures to prevent this.

In some cases, it is preferable to provide two or more stop portions in the middle of the sewing line 31 that outlines the broken figure, as shown in FIG. For example, when the packing case used for transportation is made of cardboard, there is a stepped portion on the bottom surface of the packing case due to the superposition of the cardboard lid pieces, but the lid portion in this packing case is on the bottom side. When the carton is stored vertically, the cover plate 6 of the carton may be located on the step. At this time, a gap is formed between the cover plate 6 and the bottom surface of the packing case, and when the goods in the carton are repeatedly moved up and down due to vibration during transportation in a state where the gap exists and the impact is repeatedly applied to the cover plate 6, the stopper is stopped. One portion cannot withstand this impact, and the cutout 30
Of the carton may be partially or entirely broken, and the appearance of the carton may be significantly impaired. In particular, when the product contained in the carton is a toothpaste tube or the like, the impact that the hard cap repeatedly applies to the cover plate 6 cannot be ignored.

In order to withstand such an impact, it is preferable to provide two or more stop portions on the contour line of the broken figure 30. However, as a result of increasing the number of stops,
When two or more stop portions are provided on the same line perpendicular to the opening direction of the lid plate as in the stop portions 35 and 37 in FIG. 7A, resistance to separation of the broken figure 30 increases. Separation becomes somewhat difficult, and if the resistance is too strong, delamination occurs in the cardboard as the cover plate material. Therefore, when two or more stop portions are provided on the contour line of the broken figure, it is necessary that two or more stop portions do not overlap on the same line orthogonal to the opening direction of the cover plate. When the stop portion 34 is located at one position as shown in FIG.

As described above, the insert piece 17 is connected to the cover plate 6. The insertion piece 17 is connected to the cover plate 6 only by the connecting portion 14a, and both sides of the connecting portion 14a
The cut portions 14c, 14c are formed via the 4b, 14b, and both sides of the insertion piece 17 are displaceable free ends 17a, 17b. FIG. 8 shows that the insert 17 has such a structure.
As shown in (b), a part of the folding pieces 8 ′, 9 ′ is projected along the folding lines 18, 20, and
a, 9a, the opening 50 and the folding pieces 8 ',
9 ′ and the free end 1 of the insertion piece 17
The lids 7a, 17b are wrapped around the protruding portions 8a, 9a to lock and hold the cover plate 6 in a closed state, which is a so-called lock mechanism. Such a lock mechanism may be provided, but in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8A, the lock mechanism on the side of the folding pieces 8 and 9 is not provided. This is because if the lock mechanism is provided, the lid plate 6 can be brought into the closed state by engaging and holding the insertion piece 17 with the lock mechanism even after the broken part is cut off by opening and the piece is moved to the folded piece side. This is because it is possible to hide the trace that has been opened with some effort. In this embodiment, since such small work is not allowed,
The locking mechanism on the side of the folding pieces 8 and 9 is removed, and the lid plate 6 before opening is removed.
Is maintained only by fixing with a hot melt adhesive. With such a configuration, once the box is opened and the broken figure is cut off on one side of the fold, it is impossible to reseal the lid plate 6, and the trace of the opening is visible to anyone. It can be obvious.

As shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, a sewing line 31 located at the innermost part of the cover plate 6 of the broken figure 30 is shown.
At the rear end of the stop portion 34, a short cut 39 for breaking the edge may be provided toward the inside of the lid plate 6. In the innermost part of the broken figure, as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 7, a tear S deviating from the path of the sewing machine line 31 is likely to occur. If this is left unattended, the tear that has come off from the sewing machine wire 31 accompanying the opening operation will increase, and the aesthetics of the carton after opening will be impaired. Therefore, in this embodiment, by providing the cut edge 39 for breaking the edge, even if the tear S occurs, the enlargement can be prevented by the cut edge 39.

A carton having such a structure is usually supplied to the market without an outer film. In the state before opening, the cover plate 6 is maintained in the closed state only by the fixing force of the hot melt adhesive interposed between the folding pieces 8 and 9. The stored product is opened by opening the lid plate 6, and is taken out from the opening 50 which is a take-out port and used. When an opening operation is performed on the cover plate 6, the breaking operation proceeds along the sewing machine line 31 with the rising operation of the cover plate 6, and the broken figure is cut. In the embodiment shown in the figure, the fracture starts from the circular arc portion 31a (see FIG. 4) which is present on the side of the opening end 6c from the starting point 32 of the perforation line 31, and the fracture progresses along the perforation line 31. The perforated line 31 is drawn in an arc-shaped curve, and the perforated line 31 extending from the starting point 32 to the inside of the cover plate is 35 to 5 with respect to the opening direction.
Since the angle of 5 degrees is provided, cutting of the broken figure is easily and reliably performed.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the lid plate is fixed to the folding piece with an adhesive, and the area around the fixing area of the adhesive is fixed from one point on the side edge via an arc-shaped curve. A broken figure that returns to another point on the side edge is drawn with a perforated line where the cut part and the stop part are repeated, and the broken figure is arranged opposite to both sides of the cover plate, so the starting point of the perforated line and The end point can be easily separated, and the arc-shaped curved portion that is halfway between the start point and the end point can be easily separated. Therefore, it is possible to provide a carton that is excellent in opening property and that can leave traces once opened in a clear form to anyone.

As described in the second aspect, if both the start point and the end point of the sewing line located on the side edge are used as stop portions, the breakage does not start from the start point or the end point with a small external force. Therefore, even if an external force acts on the cover plate during transportation or the like, this does not cause a part of the break to start and impair the aesthetic appearance of the carton.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, when the perforated line extending inwardly of the cover plate continuously from the starting point is inclined with respect to the opening direction, the force acting on the cover plate due to the opening operation of the cover plate is reduced. A component force is easily generated along the break of the sewing machine line, and the stop portion located between the starting point and the first cut portion can be easily separated using the component force. This is most effective when the inclination angle is 35 to 55 degrees as described in claim 4.

According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, when the stop portion of the sewing machine wire does not overlap two or more on the same line orthogonal to the opening direction of the cover plate, the resistance to the opening operation is reduced, and the opening is completed. In addition to the ease, delamination of the cardboard as the cover plate material can be reliably prevented.

According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, by not providing the lock mechanism for the insertion piece, the closed state of the cover plate can be maintained only by the fixing between the insertion piece and the adhesive. Therefore, after the broken figure is cut and moved to the folded piece side, even if the inserted piece is inserted, the closed state of the lid plate cannot be maintained, and the trace of the opening cannot be hidden.

According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, by setting the closest distance between the breaks formed in the cover plate to be 25% or more of the width of the cover plate, the cover plate can be moved up during the start-up operation of the cover plate. The portion other than the broken figure is not cut off, so that only the broken figure is separated from the cover plate, and the cover plate can be reliably opened and opened.

According to an eighth aspect of the present invention, by setting the length of the stop portion of the sewing machine wire within a range of 1 to 3 mm,
The strength of the fractured portion can be made appropriate without any problem in both the sealing property and the opening property.

According to a ninth aspect of the present invention, a notch is formed at the rear end of the stop portion of the sewing machine line located at the innermost position of the cover plate of the broken figure so as to cut the edge toward the inside of the cover plate. Even if an unexpected tear occurs from the innermost position of the lid of the broken figure in the middle of the rising operation of the lid, it is possible to prevent the tear from expanding.
