Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a liquid paper container having a spout sealed with a sealing sheet, and more particularly, to an opening of a laminated material at the spout. The present invention relates to a liquid paper container in which the end face of the section is well protected against the contents. 2. Description of the Related Art Recently, in the field of liquid foods such as fruit juice drinks, coffee, liquid soups, lactic acid drinks, etc., for example, FIG.
(A) and (b) as shown in the trunk member (120),
A liquid paper container (100) made of a laminated material obtained by heat-sealing a top member (110) having a drinking opening sealed with a sealing sheet (140) and a bottom member (130) is used in a wide range. ing. The laminated material used for this liquid paper container has heat-sealing properties and waterproof properties on the outermost layer and the innermost layer of a laminated base material composed of a synthetic resin layer, a paper layer, a metal foil layer, a metal-deposited thin film layer, and the like. It was provided with a synthetic resin layer. The structure of the spout is disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 6-49496, for example, as shown in FIG.
The synthetic resin layer of the outermost layer (12) and the synthetic resin layer of the innermost layer (13) of the laminated material (10) cover the end surface (14) of the opening (111) of the laminated material at the drinking spout and are waterproof. It was adhered to the state. [0003] However, the synthetic resin layer of the outermost layer and the innermost layer of the above-mentioned laminated material covers the end face of the opening of the laminated material in the drinking spout and adheres in a waterproof state. In the conventional method, a pinhole or a thin portion may be generated at the time of heat fusion between the outermost synthetic resin layer and the innermost synthetic resin layer, depending on the state of the end surface of the opening of the laminated material. However, the protection against the contents was not good. The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems in the conventional method. The end face of the opening of the laminated material of the drinking spout is covered with a waterproof synthetic resin film in a good condition to remove the contents. Liquid paper container to protect. According to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, an outermost layer (1) of a laminated material (10) for forming a container is formed.
In a liquid paper container in which 2) and the innermost layer (13) are a waterproof synthetic resin layer and have a spout sealed with an opening sheet (140), a spout-portion laminated material (10)
Are formed by two annular waterproof synthetic resin films (21, 22) having an outer diameter larger than the opening (111) and an inner diameter smaller than the opening (111). The contact surface inside the opening (111) between the waterproof synthetic resin film (21) bonded to the outer surface of the container and the waterproof synthetic resin film (22) bonded to the inner surface of the container is bonded. The opening (11) of the laminated material (10)
1) The end face (14) of the waterproof synthetic resin film (21,
22) A liquid paper container covered by 22). As the material of the above-mentioned waterproof synthetic resin film and waterproof synthetic resin layer, polyethylene such as low-density polyethylene and linear low-density polyethylene, and, if necessary, polyester copolymer are used. In general, it is preferable that the adhesion of the waterproof synthetic resin film to the laminated material and the adhesion of the waterproof synthetic resin films are performed by a heat fusion method. The liquid paper container of the present invention covers the end face of the opening of the laminated material at the drinking mouth by heat sealing with the innermost layer and the outermost waterproof resin layer of the conventional laminated material. Unlike,
Since the innermost layer and the outermost layer of the laminated material are heat-sealed and covered using separate waterproof resin films, appropriate materials and film thickness can be set according to the purpose of the container. Pinholes, thin portions, and the like, which are likely to occur, can be avoided. First, as shown in FIG. 2, [outside of container] paperboard layer (220 g / m 2 ) / polyethylene layer (20 μm thickness) /
A laminated substrate (11) having a polyethylene layer (15 μm thickness) / biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film layer (12 μm thickness) / silicon oxide vapor-deposited thin film layer (400 mm thick) [inside the container] was prepared by a laminating method (a). Forming a low-density polyethylene layer (12) having a thickness of 60 μm on the outer surface of the container of the laminated base material and a low-density polyethylene layer (13) having a thickness of 60 μm on the inner surface of the container by a laminating method;
A laminated material (10) for the top member (110) is produced (b),
An opening (111) is punched at the position of the spout of the laminated material (10) of the top member (110) (c), and the laminated material (10) of the top member (110) having the opening (111) formed therein. ), A low-density polyethylene film (21) having a thickness of 40 μm larger than the opening (111) is heat-sealed so as to cover the opening (111), and the opening (111) is formed on the inner layer of the container. Opening (111) so as to cover
Another larger 40 μm-thick low-density polyethylene film (22) is heat-sealed, and the contact surfaces in the openings (111) of the two low-density polyethylene films (21, 22) are heat-sealed. (D). Next, the opening (11)
1) Two low density polyethylene films (21, 2)
The heat-sealed portion of (2) is punched to form an opening (23) smaller than the heat-sealed portion, and the laminated material (11) is formed.
A drinking mouth was formed by protecting the end face (14) of the opening (111) of (0) with a low-density polyethylene film (21, 22) (e). Next, [upper] polyethylene layer (40 μm thickness) / biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film layer (12 μm thickness) / polyethylene layer (40 μm)
Thickness) Composition of laminated material, opening knob (141)
The sealing sheet (140) having the above was thermally fused to seal the drinking mouth part (f). Separately from this, [outside the container] polyethylene layer (20 μm thickness) / paperboard layer (280 g / m 2 ) / polyethylene layer (15 μm thickness) / biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film layer (12 μm thickness) / silicon oxide evaporated thin film Layer (400mm thick) / Polyethylene layer (60μm thick)
[Body inside] Body member using laminated base material (120)
And [the outside of the container] polyethylene layer (20
μm thickness) / paperboard layer (240 g / m 2 ) / polyethylene layer (15 μm thickness) / biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film layer (12 μm thickness) / silicon oxide evaporated thin film layer (4
A bottom member (130) was prepared using a laminated base material having a structure of (thickness: 00 °) / polyethylene layer (thickness: 60 μm) [inside of container]. Next, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, a bottom member (130) is heat-sealed to the lower end of the above-mentioned body member (120), filled with orange juice, and the body member (120) is filled. A top member (110) having a mouthpiece was thermally fused to the upper end of the container to seal the container, thereby producing a liquid paper container (100) of this example. [0010] The liquid paper container of this embodiment filled with the above-mentioned orange juice was subjected to a normal storage and distribution process in a state of 200 inverted cases, and then the drinking mouth was covered by heat sealing. The protection state of the low-density polyethylene film against the contents on the end face of the opening of the laminated material was examined. There was no penetration of the orange juice into the heat-sealed portion of the low-density polyethylene film, and the end face of the opening of the laminated material was completely protected from the contents in all containers. According to the liquid paper container of the present invention, the end face of the opening of the laminated material of the drinking spout is heat-sealed to the innermost layer and the outermost waterproof resin layer of the conventional laminated material. Unlike what you cover,
Use a separate waterproof resin film to adhere to the innermost layer and the outermost layer of the laminated material, heat seal and cover, so the material and thickness of the waterproof resin film used are set according to the purpose of the container It is possible to avoid pinholes, thin portions, and the like, which are likely to be generated during thermal fusion. As a result, in the liquid paper container of the present invention, the end face of the opening of the laminated material in the drinking spout is well protected from the contents.
