特に熱風式は、構造が簡単であるが、熱風の一方通行
で、熱いガスが放出されるので熱効率が悪い。このため
家庭用の少量焙煎には適するが、相応容量の焙煎を必要

焙煎容器体内の一方に偏らせる結果となり、同様に焙煎
