(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 内部のコア層樹脂を外部の表皮層樹脂に
よって被覆してなるサンドイッチ構造を有し,幅方向に
おける一方には上記表皮層樹脂のみからなる先細り部
を,他方には表皮層樹脂のみからなる厚肉部を有すると
共に両者間にはサンドイッチ構造の一般部を有する長尺
状の長尺サンドイッチ成形品であって,上記厚肉部に
は,裏面側に開口すると共に長尺サンドイッチ成形品の
長手方向に沿った溝部を有しており,該溝部形成位置に
おける残肉部の厚みBは上記一般部の厚みAよりも小さ
いことを特徴とする長尺サンドイッチ成形品。
