Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a device for supporting a metal groove cover (grating) in a groove opening of a concrete groove block represented by a letter-shaped block or the like. 2. Description of the Related Art FIGS. 6A and 6B show a structure for preventing a noise from occurring due to rattling of a groove cover in a groove block due to a dimensional error between a metal groove cover side and a concrete groove block side. As shown, a convexly curved lid support surface 6 is provided so as to extend inward from each lower end of the opposed inner side surfaces 5 and 5 in the groove opening 3 of the groove block 1, while the lower surface of the groove lid 2 is provided. Are provided on both sides thereof, and taper surfaces 10f are formed on the lower ends of the outer sides of the legs 10, 10, respectively. Are both legs 10,10
(See Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-6194) in which the taper surfaces 10f, 10f are fitted and supported on the convex curved surfaces of the lid supporting surfaces 6, 6 so as to be joined in line contact. As described above, the tapered surfaces 1 of the two legs 10, 10 of the groove lid 2 are located between the convexly curved lid support surfaces 6, 6 of the groove block 1.
By adopting a structure in which 0f and 10f are fitted and supported, even if there is a dimensional error between the groove lid 2 side and the groove block 1 side, the dimensional error can be absorbed and can be supported without play. . [0004] However, in order to drop the groove cover 2 into the groove opening 3 of the groove block 1 to facilitate mounting, the opposing inner surfaces 5, 5 of the groove block 1 are provided.
The opening dimension A between them is set slightly larger than the width dimension B of the groove lid 2. Therefore, after the groove cover 2 is fitted, a gap g is formed between the inner side surfaces 5 and 5 of the groove block 1 and the groove cover 2.
On the other hand, if the two legs 10, 10 of the groove cover 2 are supported on the convex curved surfaces of the lid support surfaces 5, 5 in the groove block 1 as described above, the width direction of the upper surface of the groove cover 2 When a car or the like passes at a position deviated to one side from the center, the groove cover 2
, And the leg 10 on the side to which the eccentric load is applied slides downward on the lid supporting surface 6 so that the entire groove lid 2 passes through the gap g as shown by a two-dot chain line X in FIG. There is a problem that one end 2a of the groove cover 2 on the opposite side to the side to which the eccentric load is applied collides with the inner side surface 5 of the groove block 1 due to the tilt and generates a loud collision sound. . SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and even if there is a slight dimensional error between the metal groove cover side and the concrete groove block side, the groove cover can be removed. While it can ensure that it can be supported without rattling inside, even if the groove lid receives an uneven load due to traffic such as a car, it does not tilt and does not generate a collision sound with the inner surface of the groove block It is an object of the present invention to provide a groove cover supporting device for a groove block which can be formed. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the present invention provides a concrete groove block 1 having a groove opening 3 at an upper end. An apparatus for supporting a groove cover 2, wherein the groove block 1 is provided with a lid receiving portion 4 in a groove opening 3 so as to face each other, and the lid receiving portion 4 is provided with a substantially vertical inner surface 5, A lid support surface 6 is formed to extend inward from the lower end of the inner side surface 5 via a stepped portion 7 in a downwardly inclined manner.
Groove main body 9 accommodated between inner surfaces 5, 5 facing each other
And leg portions 10, 10 projecting downward on both sides of the lower surface of the groove lid body 9, each leg 10 having a width of the groove lid body 9.
A vertical outer side 10d facing outward in the direction, and the outer side 1
Od is formed continuously at the lower end and abuts on the lid support surface 6
And a groove having a tapered surface 10f.
The lid body 9 is biased inward in the width direction from directly below the outer end of the lid body 9 in the width direction.
Position, and the outer edge 10d has the step
The outer end in the width direction of the groove lid body 9 is brought into contact with and engaged with the portion 7.
Detents for preventing collision with the inner surface 5 of the lid receiving part 4
The origin 18 is outward from immediately below the widthwise outer end of the groove lid body 9.
It is characterized by being provided so as not to protrude . Here, the lid support surface 6 extending inward and downwardly inclined means a lid support surface 6 in the form of a straight downward inclined surface as shown in FIG. 4 or a lid support surface in the form of a convex curved surface as shown in FIG. Face 6
It is meant to include both. The opposing lid supporting surfaces in the groove opening of the groove block extend inward from the lower end of the inner surface in a downwardly inclined manner, so that the space between the lid supporting surfaces is upward. Since the tapered surface which contacts the lid support surface is formed at the outer lower end of each of the two legs of the groove lid, the interval between the tapered surfaces of the two legs is narrowed downward. Therefore, even if there is a slight dimensional error between the groove opening inside dimension of the groove block and the two legs of the groove cover, the two legs of the groove cover are interposed between the lid support surfaces of the groove block. By fitting, the groove cover can be supported in the groove block without rattling. [0008] When the rotation stoppers are provided on both legs of the groove cover and are engaged with the step on the step between the inner surface of the groove block and the lid support surface, the groove cover becomes an automobile or the like. The groove lid can be prevented from tilting and rotating even when subjected to an eccentric load due to the traffic by the engagement of the detent projection and the stepped portion. Collision with the side can be prevented. An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view of a groove cover according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a side view of the groove cover in a partially cutaway state, FIG. 3 is a front view of the groove cover, and FIG. It is a vertical front view shown in the state fitted in the block. In FIG. 4, 1 is a concrete groove block, and 2 is a metal groove cover. The concrete groove block 1 is formed in a U-shaped cross section and has a groove opening 3 at the upper end, and lid receiving portions 4 and 4 are cut out in the groove opening 3 so as to face each other. The portion 4 includes a substantially vertical inner surface 5 having a draft angle, and a lid support surface 6 extending inward from the lower end of the inner surface 5 through a flat stepped portion 7 so as to slope downward.
And form. The opposing lid supporting surfaces 6 and 6 are formed to be inclined inward and downward, respectively, so that the distance between the lid supporting surfaces 6 and 6 is gradually increased as going upward. , 6 are formed in an upwardly extending shape. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a metal groove lid 2 is composed of a groove lid main body 9 assembled in a square lattice shape.
A pair of legs 10, 10 welded and fixed parallel to the longitudinal direction of the groove near both ends in the groove width direction on the lower surface of the groove lid body 9. The groove lid body 9 forms a rectangular frame between the vertical frames 12 and 13 formed of flat bars or I-shaped bars and the horizontal frames 14 and 15 formed of flat bars or I-shaped bars, and a groove between the horizontal frames 14 and 15. The main bar 16 made of a flat bar or an I-shaped bar along the width direction is welded and fixed by passing a cross bar 17 made of a twist bar or the like along the longitudinal direction of the groove on the vertical frames 12, 13 and the main bar 16, respectively. Assembled in a grid. The groove cover 2 is inserted between the horizontal frames 14 and 15 of the groove cover 2 (in the width direction of the groove cover body 9) so as to be easily fitted into the groove opening 3 of the groove block 1 from above.
The width dimension B between the outer end portions is set slightly smaller than the opening dimension A between the inner side surfaces 5 and 5 of the groove block 1. The leg portion 10 of the groove cover 2 is made of a metal pipe material having a pentagonal cross section and has upper and lower sides 10a and 10b, inner and outer sides 10c and 10d, and an outer side 10d and a lower side 10d.
b, and a hypotenuse portion 10e connecting the
The upper side portion 10a is welded and fixed to the lower surface of the plurality of main bars 16 at intervals of two to three so that e faces downward, and the tapered surface 10f outside the oblique side portion 10e is covered with the lid of the groove block 1. This corresponds to the gradient of the support surface 6. Therefore, the space between the tapered surfaces 10f, 10f of the two legs 10, 10 is gradually narrowed toward the bottom. A metal locking detent projection 18 having a square cross section is fixed to project outward from an outer edge 10d above the tapered surface 10f of the leg portion 10 .
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the outwardly protruding end of the groove lid body 9 is formed.
Do not protrude outward just below the widthwise outer end
It is provided in . The detent projections 18 are arranged at arbitrary intervals in the longitudinal direction of the outer periphery 10 d of the leg 10. In the illustrated example, the outer periphery 10d of the leg 10 is welded and fixed to two positions near both ends in the longitudinal direction. As shown in FIG. 4, the metal groove cover 2 has the groove cover body 9 fitted between the inner side surfaces 5 and 5 of the groove block 1 inside the groove opening 3 of the concrete groove block 1. ,
The taper surfaces 10f, 10f of the two legs 10, 10 are fitted so as to be supported on the lid support surfaces 6, 6. At this time, the taper surface 10 presenting a state in which both legs 10, 10 are narrowed downward.
f, 10f are the two-sided support surfaces 6, 6 in an upwardly spread state.
Since there is a taper fit between the grooves, even when there is a slight dimensional error between the inner dimensions of the groove opening 3 of the groove block 1 and the two legs 10, 10 of the groove cover 2, the groove cover 2 can be inserted into the groove block. 1 groove opening 3
I was able to support it without rattling. For example, even when the groove cover 2 is subjected to an eccentric load due to the passage of an automobile or the like, the rotation preventing projections 18 of the two legs 10, 10 of the groove cover 2 are provided at the lower end of the inner side surface 5 of the groove block 1. Since the groove cover 2 is brought into contact with and engaged with the portions 7, 7, it is possible to reliably prevent the groove cover 2 from tilting and rotating as shown by the two-dot chain line X in FIG. 6 and colliding with the inner surface 5 of the groove block 1. Therefore, the groove cover 2 is supported in a stable manner and always in a horizontal fitting state in the groove opening 3 of the groove block 1 even when receiving a load due to the passage of an automobile or the like so as not to generate noise. I came to. In the above embodiment, the leg portion 10 is made of a pipe material having a pentagonal shape with a non-equilateral cross section. However, the present invention is not limited to this. The leg portion 10 may be made of another polygonal pipe material or a metal rod material. . Further, in the above embodiment, the detent projection 1
8 is formed separately from the leg 10 and is fixed to the leg 10 by welding. However, the rotation preventing projection 18 may be formed integrally with the leg 10. When the rotation-stop projection 18 is formed separately from the leg 10, the rotation-stop projection 18 may be made of a metal plate, a round bar, a bolt, or the like. The lid supporting surface 6 may be formed as a convex curved surface as shown in FIG. 5 instead of being formed as a straight downward inclined surface as shown in FIG. What is necessary is just to form so that the space between 6 may become upward expansion shape. According to the present invention, both legs having a tapered surface narrowed below the groove lid are fitted and supported between the upwardly extending lid support surfaces of the concrete groove block. Therefore, even when there is a slight dimensional error between the groove opening inside dimension of the groove block and both legs of the groove cover, the groove cover can be supported without rattling in the groove block. .
Moreover, the simple means of providing a detent projection on the leg portion of the groove cover can generate a collision sound with the groove block even when an uneven load is applied to the upper surface of the groove cover by the passage of a vehicle or the like. There is an advantage that noise can be prevented without it.
